Mygathyn Chronicles

Hundreds of years ago, Mygathyn, God of Destruction, was imprisoned. The key, too dangerous to remain in one piece, was split into pieces. The pieces were cast out unto the world in a pair of soulmates. Each pair consists of a Guardian and a Mage, bound together to ensure the evil god remains caged.

However, a champion for Mygathyn has risen - Zeben Aven. Zeben's goal is clear: hunt down and collect every piece of the key to free his lord.

An epic battle is being fought between the chosen and the forsaken. Join the fight and fulfill your destiny.

Photobucket The Mafransnor Trail
A safe and sure path through a forest of towering, ancient trees. To leave the path is to risk getting forever lost in this collection of giants..

Photobucket The Temple of the Guardians
(GUARDIANS only)
Hidden deep within the Mafransor forest lies this guardian temple. A predominantly red temple, styled like a pagoda, this temple is for the training of guardians into who they become.

Photobucket Lake Ega'nanle
The origins of this lake are high up on the Imajoul mountains, but just because there is an abundance of ill will in Imajoul doesn't mean the water is bad for you. On the contrary, the water is clean, the surrounding forest keeps waves to a minimum, and fish are plentiful.

Photobucket Trek'Allian
Trek'allain is home to the Senai clan of the T'gri. Nestled in the Mafransnor forest, it would make sense that most of the village's inhabitants are jungle cats.

Photobucket Imizael
Home of the mysterious and enchanting moon elves, hidden deep in the Mafransor forest. The village is made of homes that are almost nonexistant outside of Imizael, combining log homes with teepee's.

Photobucket The Treetops
Shivalithgar isn't something many outsiders get to lay eyes on, but if they could oh what an amazing sight it would be. The entirety of Shivalithgar is in treetops, something very much accredited to the elf's long lifespan and penchant for learning.

Photobucket The Shivalithian Castle
If you were to ask the citizens of Shivalithgar, they would unanimously name the castle as the most grand building in the kingdom, and with good reason. Many pillars, and so well lit it's practically a beacon for miles around.

Photobucket The Blue Nymph Tavern
Much like the rest of the Elven kingdom, the Blue Nymph Tavern is over the top in using thousands of years of aesthetic knowledge to their advantage. However, rates for non-elves for both food and board tend to be astronomical - it's nothing personal, but in Shivalithgar that's just the way things are.

Photobucket The Mirror Pool
The mirror pool is a meeting place for the Elven people. The waters of the mirror pool have seen many important decisions being made, from ideas to protect their people to ideas to show the other races their superiority on grandiose levels.

Photobucket Laelithar
Home to the high elves, Laelithar is far removed from the non-elf population. Gorgeous and ancient, it's a shame the high elves don't let the other races catch a glimpse of Laelithar - it would certainly give them something to be smug about for another thousand or so years.

Photobucket The Temple of the Guardians

A beautiful, ancient building of white stone. Many of the pillars supporting the place are littered with inscriptions that tell wonderful tales of heroism and honor.

Photobucket Brana'tric
Home of the T'gri clan of the Rengali, Brana'tric is a wide stretch of grassy plains and desert. The T'gri here have a treaty with the humans, and when in their human form they have as much variety as if you were in D'gran.

Photobucket The Castle
This is home to the royalty of the human race. The large, forbidding castle has withstood the test of time, and is still as strong as when it was first built.

Photobucket The Gryphon's Pride Inn
A pub/inn well on it's way to becoming rundown, the Gryphon's Pride Inn still has some of it's previous splendor. The rooms are decent, the rates are too high, but the food more than makes up for it.

Photobucket The Marketplace
Cities have a way of making even the most harmless people into conniving thieves. One should keep an eye out for shifty characters in this marketplace - sellers and customers alike.

Photobucket The Moutain Pass
The downside to taking this path is that both the fierce T'gri tribe of the Xenjii and the infinitely more deadly army of Zeben know this is the safest, fastest, and all around most direct route for the inexperienced to take.

Photobucket The Milané Enclave
The Milane Enclave is a forbidding place, reeking of death and madness. It has high, imposing walls, ferocious statues, and worst of all Zeben Aven. Unless you are Zeben, in Zeben's army, or suicidal, avoid the Milane Enclave at all costs.
Any alternative to going near the Enclave is preferable, even if that alternative happens to be a path of burning coal, followed by broken glass, followed by a mile of salt.

Photobucket The Great Door
The Great Door bears many inscriptions warning of the consequences of opening the door. These warnings, while very clear and disuasive, are also very unnecessary. Only the most oblivious wouldn't feel the evil trapped and raging behind locked doors...

Photobucket Besk
Home to the orcs, creatures as unpleasant as their appearance. Their homes tend to blend into the world around them, making it difficult to see the village until you're right on top of it. If you're lucky, they'll let you live. If you're unlucky, well... you'll wish for death.

Located high atop the Imajoul mountains, this is where the tribe of T'gri known as the Xenjii live. Only a fool would venture to this unwelcoming village inhabited by the barbaric Xenjii clan.

Photobucket Garnath
Home to the dwarves, Garnath is carved right into the Imajoul mountains. It's quite impressive, even if all the ceilings are far too low for the non dwarfish people.
