~MyRO Forums Moderator
*what is a myro forum moderator?

MyRO Forum Moderators, or commonly called as MODs, of the MyRO Forum is a part of the MyRO Development Team along with the MyRO Designers Club, and MyRO Writers Pool Division. Moderators are assigned by the Head Administrator to monitor the forums. They are distinguished from other forumers because they have a special group icon, aqua colored forum name, and the Atroce as avatar.Every action they do here in the MyRO Forum it is reported in one of the topics in the General Chat section.

The responsibility of the Moderators is to make sure that the Forum Rules and Regulations are followed and keep all threads and topics back on track. They have the ability to clean or remove Posts with impolite and provoking words. They can move topics to the appropriate section of the Forum. Moderators can also delete unnecessary Posts and topics. They can pin important topics that maybe useful to regular forumers like me. MODs have the capability to edit topic titles to make sure forumers know what the discussion is all about, to merge similar topics. They are also assigned to host Forum Events if needed for a certain occasion. Last but not least Moderators warn or put sanctions to those members who violate the rules or start a flame within a topic.

Moderators answer and help players with their concerns, inquiries, and complaints. This is why Moderators are to be well informed, and updated in MyRO, forums and in - game alike.

thelonite (Edsel) – The big bad wolf a.k.a * Sgt. Rave * in-game. He’s your second worst nightmare in the world of MyRO. He lives by the rules and if you do not, he’ll be watching you. He is very particular when responding to players, cleaning of topics that contain spam messages. You can make sure every response he makes is full of insights and information.

donthangmeup (Raf) - Raf is one of our active moderators around. He always checks every thread for those forumers who needed more information about the game. He handles other concerns regarding about the game. And also moderates spammers around the messaging board to keep the topic clean.

xsader (Ambet)– xsader or Ambet is the moderator who runs the Guilds of MyRO and Player vs Player section. He keeps watch over it in a silent manner, only interfering if things get a little too aggressive.

Arwin (well, Arwin)– Arwin is also a new moderator. He's very well-informed and excels in pointing out the consequence of things. He's also very specific when it comes to Job, Skill Descriptions and other in-game know-how. He's an all around MOD who usually watches over Suggestions and Comments.

Kim– Most moderators are men and Kim is not one of them. She's 100% girl ( and 0.5% man) and she's the one who keeps track of the MDC (MyRO Designer's Club) and assists the other MOD, Jaru, in handling the MWPD (MyRO Writers Pool Division).

Jaru Bop Pop (Jah) – Due to her manner of speaking and chatting plus in-game style, this moderator is often mistaken for a dude. However, she doesn't mind as long as there is respect. She is the head of the MWPD and assist MOD Kim in managing MDC.

Jamessanity (James)– As his in-game name suggests, this man is no noob. He does have a soft spot for newbies on the sorcerer class though. He also has a dislike for people who talk more and think less. He often picks up a fight with members but in the end, he often shows them a lesson or two. Noobs, (term is not to be confused with NEWBIE) beware. Or else.

Prestige05 (Harley)– He is LPDO's caring and famed Guildmaster. This guy treats players with more than the required respect at times and cares deeply for the MyRO Population. He's 100% service and you can count on this MOD in assisting you throughout the forums.

~Final Remarks
*leadership is influence

Being a moderator means guiding and showing the way for other people and helping them work together to find direction. It is how you get people to cooperate and do things together. They are our leaders, and being a leader is being able to stand up for what you believe in.

Leadership starts within us. We are born as role models; we just need to show other people the right way.“Leaders do not create followers, they create more leaders.” - Tom Peters
