Q: My character is stuck on a map and cannot log it back in, what do I do?

A: You are missing some data files.

As a temporary fix

Go to our CONTROL PANEL / REGISTRATION website
Log on your account at our website located at http://www.myro.tk or http://www.myro.ph
Click "My Account" from the drop-down box.
Click the character you want to reset.
Click "Reset Look" or "Reset Postion" on the upper part.

As a permanent fix
Solution 1. Just fully patch your Ragnarok pRO by launching the Ragnarok.exe file inside your Ragnarok Folder. You must have a fully updated ragnarok game client to play MyRO.
Solution 2. Download the renewal_fix2.grf file from the downloads page located at http://www.myro.ph. This is a manual patch that was released for those using older Ragnarok game clients.

Q: I successfully overupgraded an item but it was powered down(3 levels lower) / Upgrade has been completed successfully but upgrade went down

A: The message "Upgrade has been completed successfully" only means that the transaction with the NPC was successful but does NOT necessarily mean that the +1 you did was a success. The only thing to check is if the item indeed had an upgrade after the NPC transaction. Overupgrading when unsuccessful lowers it by 3.
