I'm not so sure about chroming stuff like the slam panel.

Seems a bit; erm i dunno how to put it; easy maybe? do ya know what imean? unbolt it, send it to chromers, bolt it back in.

A bit bought not built maybe.

I dunno maybe I'm just tired.

I agree, the chromed panel does look abit weird....
must've cost a fair bit to have done.

(it does look pretty cool though....)

To be honest this meet wasnt really advertised much here in the UK,,it was just by chance that a member from polo3 saw it on facebook so a thread was posted up about it,,,a few of us decided to give it a try as it was polo86c treffen Holland first ever meet..and to see just a big meet for polo's with over 70+ was just awesome..

Next year we are hoping to go over again, but this time we'd like to get other clubs involved with it to,we managed to take 4 polo's over all mk2f thou, would be amazing if we could get a massive following from the UK..

Im not a big fan of over kill with chrome,,i think little bits of it is spot on but to do the full engine bay in chrome is to much...but each to there own....the yellow mk1 GT and the green mk1 are more to my tastes...

Would even be nice if the UK clubs could organise a big polo meet like this and even get the europeans to come over here.... B)

Yer same with us to where holding our very first annual meet in June,,,where doing it as a camping weekend away in the peak district...

Maybe next year we could look at combining a meet,,,might then get members involved as we have struggled to get members to commit to our meet...
