Constructs and Life!

Is it possible to Create a "Psi-Animal?"

Something TO:
- Defend You.
- Attack For You.
- Absorb Energy and Transfer it to you.

These are commonly known as 'Companian' Constructs, and yes, it is entirely possible. I have stored 'essence' for one, as well as an active one. You may have heard of him, or even 'seen' him around. He answers to 'Uziel,' and is a fine piece of psi workmanship.

If you feel more towards my type of design, you may want to look into the construction of 'mix and match' constructs, or as most would think of them: "Drones."

A Drone is a type of companion construct that is designed with robot/AI ideals behind it. For example, my main attack/defense Drone is the 'Firestorm' - details below.

The firestorm is a large construct, designed in the shape of.. well, of a fattened boomerang - think < with the back filled in. It has 4 weapon systems, a IFF (Identify Friend and Foe) system, among other things. I would draw it if I could draw, I assure you.

I construct my Drones in parts, the shell, the weapon systems, etc. then construct them by placing each part in the correct position. I have a .txt file somewhere, with detailed instructions on how to create a Firestorm.. I'll have to dig it out.

You should add these Constructs to your Articles Section then eh?

Are you on something, PSISniper(besides your meds )? Add the firestorm plans to your site with unrestricted access? Yeah, that's be great, n00bs with firestorms. Better keep that in the Adv combat section. =_=

Notice that most newbies wouldn't have the energy required to produce a firestorm, and even if they somehow manage to create one, you still need quite a large amount of energy in order to do damage to another person via it. Maybe they would be ok using them as defensive, but a lowerclass firestorm just couldn't handle the defenses of a experienced psion.

Oh Come on.. a Mild Firestorm (what ever that is) couldnt hurt anyone right?

Besides if used defensively it not bad it good!

YOu may not want to make an article on it because some people out ther would absue this knowledge and hurt people with it.

There ARE people out there that woudl abuse that knowledge, PSISniper. You should know that.

Then.. Put up something that says and Death or Injuries r not to be blamed by us.. Listen... If a responsible Person does this its not that bad.. Is it?

The responsibility of the average person (especially in the USA) is highly questionable. And plus why would the knowledge be needed? Death inducing skills aren't legally useful until one is in a war or in a life & death situation. . .And how would one get by the legal system with fighting using psionics in either? There is only one answer I can think of. . .Hide the body! :laughing like a lunatic:
Oh, and very few even listen to such disclaimers. "We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, deaths, and etc. You may not access this info until you are 18/21 years of age. This type of info may be hazardous to one's health." This info is usually completely ignored.

I am from America... If there is a Psionics from America then that person should know that there is a price to pay... If you abuse the Knowledge.

Especially with the 90% of the internet, if you know what I mean.

Meh, I have plans to make constructs modelled off norse gods etc, like Tyr, Thor, and Heimdall etc, but thats just me, I like Norse stuff



edit: and yes, i will put a lot of time, effort, and energy into "Mjollnir" when I get around to doing this stuff.

I do believe that your methods and constructs might be abused but like you said I do not think a newer person to psionics would be able to have the energy or consentration to make one.

Agreed, It is a lot harder than what it seems. I can weave a world of dreams around me to the point that I completely forget about this world, but it is all I can do to keep my concentration on a psi ball. (I know. Bad, huh?)

I dunno. I did mine pretty early on in my 'psi career', but then I have a knack for it...

Personally,I just make a sort of a creature whenever I make constructs...Though your way has given me some pretty cool ideas :)Also,constructs are incrediblly easy for me to do as well.Then again manipulating psi energy is what I excell in.

I think you might be trying to reactivate the board through the wrong way. Spamming doesn't necessarily resurrect. Try asking a question, or post something that you have learned. . .this will get more activity then spam would.

lol,sorry bout that,used to rp a lot in forums... But back onto the subject at hand, have any of you ever tried to make your constructs or minions/beasts/whatever you want to call them visable to other psions?I say other psions and not just people in general because it is much easier to do psi to/with other psions than normal people.I don't see making normal people see constructs as vividly as we can anytime in the near future.

Most of us have, and most of them have been visible to one degree or another (generally being able to 'feel' the presence of the construct itself). For instance, my primary attack drone (the firestorm) is named so as my energy is normally perceived as being warm (or so I'm told, something about my kundalini practices and 'being born under fire'... I'm not into the whole spiritual side of things)... anyway, warm energy = fire and thus 'firestorm'.

Feeling constructs isn't the hard part, pretty easy for me at least. But I mean actually making them at least a little visable to other psions. Like they see a shadow out of the corner of their eye or a sparkle in front of them or something of the sort.

hmmm...I wasnt aware that all this ime I was just a construct...

I personally form a construct into the shape of a wolf/dog hybrid and connect it to me, so when I concentrate I can use it as a scout, messenger, and as a means to deliver psychic energy directly to the target without interferance.

Generally when I'm not using it I basically turn it off and wait to use it again, it isn't hard to make or form but it can prove diffacult to use, generally it is easyer to find the information personally than to send a construct.

Granted I also find forming constructs fairly easy compared to some.
