another nice piece varth. but the hilt looks kind of short compared to the rest of the sword.
unless my eyes are playing tricks on me. cos the hilt lies back there, and the tip of the scabbard is nearer to the camera. perspective-wise that makes the scabbard look larger than the hilt. |

One handed swords look like that at that angle. To show the detail on the scabbard Murph had to take the pic at an angle. The handle is around 5" I believe. I've seen the Sword without the scabbard and the blade is narrow compared to normal Broad Swords.
