Chapter 23 "Fallen" Storyine Begins.





FLASHBACK 10 years old - Japan


Alexander aka Ballistic and his father, Commadus, are in garden. There are numerous books laid open in front of Alex like there was extensive reading done.

Commadus: So that is the first lesson. Never. Ever. Track someone that you no nothing about, get information on an individual from another source that you didnt verify.

Alex: Why?

Commadus: Look idiot. Do you wanna find out that he or she was leading you on for a half a mile and led you to a trap? And that he was smarter than the intel given to you? That being said go with the ninjas. It's time for your stealth training. If you fail this time. You sleep in the snow again.

OUT OF FLASHBACK

Its been at least 4 months now. Alexander has been working part-time for SHIELD to keep the peace between Planet Jurai and well Earth. However things have been far from easy. Tony Stark has leverage on Alexander, its Talia. She aided him, according to Tony and should be arrested for breaching the superhuman registration act. But he has been given a special assignment, that can wipe all that away. Find Punisher, Agent X and Agent Zero, get intel on them take them down. You know how suicidal you have to be to get a hold of these people?

That was four months, three days, and eleven hours ago......





NYC 8:45pm-its cold, 45 degrees.



We peer down a dark alley where a tough looking man is loading alot of guns into a black van. He is carrying atleast 7 weapons on him. His name is Frank Castle. Lightning illuminates the sky and our hero is sitting ever so still in a fire escape 7 stories up. Rain droplets streaking across his face down from his golden-like hair, as his deep blue eyes watch is activity.

Alex see's Frank Castle aka Punisher get into the van driving off. However, as he drives around the corner Alex gets up about to go home, as he remember's he promised his wife, Talia, that he would be home by 10'o Clock. He's not paying enough attention to his surroundings.

ALEX THOUGHTS

Maybe I should get her a gift before i come home. That might be thoughtful. She said that she like's blue. Well, lets see i'll set up a camera here and...what is that. Odd who would do.....oh crap!!!!!!

Lightning flashes expose Punisher standing on a roof above, pointing a grenade launcher! He fires it at Ballistic.

Rookie, says Punisher as he fires his weapon.

Alex has no powers. They are all burnt out from his last encounter with Mighty Avengers. see chapter 20-22 So he jumps from the fire escape, eight stories down into a huge trash dump.

BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the window shatter, with pieces of brick and glass all over the place. Ballistic thinks to himself how his father would have made him sleep in ice cold water for three days, making a slip up like this. Alex gets himself out the garbage, but Agent X, grabs him shoot him in the chest. Alex, wears a kevlar weaving suit, courtesy SHIELD. Ballistic kicks him off his feet slicing him with his reverse blade sword. Punisher well, fires another grenade below before he leave the roof. Ballistic hits a panic button, Agent X goes to jump out the alley but Alex grabs him, with both caught in the blast.

Capekillers and Black Widow come running into the alley and see everything basically destroyed. With no sign of Ballistic or Agent X.

"This is Hill, give me a status on pursuit of Punisher and Agent X", says Maria Hill

"We have no visual on Punisher and They're all dead" says Capekiller

"WHAT" screams Maria.

"Punisher, killed all the Capekillers sent after them, this is a real mess over hear. We can't find Ballistic either. Our men are just all over the place...Over and Out"

Maria gets called by another capekiller "HE'S ALIVE, HE'S ALIVE!" yells out the capekiller, as Ballistic walks out tattered and injured dragging Agent X behind him. "What happened missed me?" says Ballistic as he drops a moaning Agent X.

Ballistic walks out of the alley and sees alot of people trying to see what is going on but he just walks over to a ambulance to get treated for a gash to this arm and side ribs. Alex passes by a mirror and notices himself in the reflection, and wonder's who exactly he is becoming, his father or something worse. All he really wanted to do was just live a simple life.


"Oh great she is gonna kill me its 10:30" says Alex as he rushes to get home.




East 24th Street- East Living Towers-8th Floor



Alexander gets in the door of his apartment. He changed his clothes to just a tee shirt and jeans, he puts his stuff down and sees his wife has food left on the table, cold, candles burnt out. Alex motions into the room where his wife, Talia is reading a book, Great Expectations. (go figure) Alexander apologizes for being late and says they have to talk.


Talia: I'm sick of this. Night after night after night, day after day. I can't call you. I don't hear from you. Where do you go? I don't know. ALL I KNOW, that SUPER CHICK from your planet is a body guard could be knotch in your....

Alex: Listen! Don't go there. I never did or even though about that! I made a very unwise move. I made a deal to work with SHIELD and all their divisions, in order to have certain charges dropped against you and Patricia. For helping me when i came back.

Talia: How come you didn't tell me?

Alex: I didn't want to put you through yet another ordeal, saga, time of trial...whatever you want to call it.

Talia: WE ARE MARRIED WE HAVE TO COMMUNICATE!WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!

Alex looks to the floor teary eyed a crackle with a crackle in voice: Everything i've...touched...held dear.... has vanished and been torn away like i have no right to it. My adoptive parents, people i've trusted. Gone. I'm not gonna risk you or let anything....

Talia gently puts her finger on his lips, and hugs Alex thanking him for protecting her.

"I made a commitment a long time ago", says Talia, "to you and us. I'm not about to break it. Do you believe what you see? Our emotions are sweet and i'm here in front you, never moving. All these times, you nearly died twice, I never left. I'll die for you any day." exclaims Talia.

Alexander and Talia gaze into each other's eyes. " I lost most of my powers, but I want to show you something." says Alexander.


He starts to float in the air and flys out the window with Talia heading toward the crown of the Statue of Liberty.



MEANWHILE- From across the street.



Punisher see's them fly out the window and sneaks into the building.



SHIELD HELICARRIER


Tony and Cable sit in a room.


Tony: Are you sure about this? I'm not into all this deception and crap. Just get what we need and move on.

Cable: Look. I understand that your doing for 50 state whatever. But think. If you could harness enough power that you could control weather patterns to help food grow in other places. Enough power to restore the ozone layer. Enough power to actually prevent my era from happening. Wouldn't you go after it?

Tony: What is the price?

Cable: Get the Sentinal O*N*E units off the Xavier lawn, and let me have a piece of the crystal.

Tony: Why should I have anything to do with this?

Cable: Two reasons. One, It would be a mistake on your part to let this go. Second, i've been in space a long time, i'm sure your aware about the Skrulls activity has been quite....un nerving.

Tony suddenly get interested: What do we need to do?

Cable: We need Ballistic. Dead! It may seem harsh but you know this better than anyone Stark, sometimes to get the work done, OUR hands have to get dirty.



CROWN of the STATUE OF LIBRATY


"I want to tell you everything. I've done, been, seen and felt, you mind?" says Alex. "lay it on me" says Talia as she smiles at him.

Alexander and Talia are snuggled up looking at the stars. " But, its abit chilly up here." says Talia.

Alexander make a very bright but very very small ball of energy. No bigger than a babies thumb. he expands it to a huge orange colored shield, which warms them both.

" oh my, not bad...not bad " says Talia looking at the orange streaks enveloping them. "Look, you do this all the time, make me feel at ease. You make me feel alive with this look in your eye, that melts me to the little good i have left and i want to be with nobody else but you. You blow out my mind," says Alexander staring at Talia who is just blushing and tearing up. They start to kiss underneath the starry night.

"I love you Mr. Gardens", says Talia as she runs her fingers through Alexanders silvery white hair; "I wonder why it is that i don't argue with you, I wont let my guard down for anyone else but you. Your just everything...."

"Ms. Gardens,kisses her Misses Gardens,kisses her again Misses Gardens" says Alex as he gazes into Talia's brown eyes, as if he was reborn or made anew just from her presence.




BELOW by the WATER



A Metroid looking Soldier, in gold, stands at the base of the Statue to keep watch over Alex, but feels jealous that it's not her in his arms. Only to be Alexander's body guard. Who looks alot like Charlize Theron, with longer black hair.

"One day." says the soldier as she is packing a brute mauler.



ELSEWHERE


We see Punisher crossing the street from the building that Alex and Talia live in.

He looks at the building as it blows up.

"He outta get the message." says Punisher walking away with a picture of Talia.

Chapter 24 "Fallen Storyline"







Crown of the Statue of Liberaty


Alexander and Talia are watching the morning sun rise on the horizon. The bronze orange glow warms them both. Alex looks at Talia and sees the sun turn her eyes into a bright bronze, and her hair almost a soft red.

"You know I never really got to tell you....." Alex gets interupted by his body guard named Celine.

"Sorry to interupt you, but we have to move now your living quaters were destroyed." says Celne, clad in her gold armor.

"WHO!" says Alex. "When did this happen?" he ask. "A few moments ago. Please I must insist that you come along this way." responds Celine.

"No take her, I'll handle this, just drop me off at the scene." says Alex "No! Absolutely not! I'm coming with you" says Talia. Alex continues " if whoever did this is still there than HE or SHE will target you. And you never seen damage like i've done when someone i know has been harmed. And if your harmed......

"Then there all dead" says Celine.



East 24th Street- East Living Towers-8th Floor Destroyed



Bomb Sqaud, FBI, Mighty Avengers, SHIELD and Capekillers are on the scene. They are trying to find out who did this. Punisher's tool that he used, blew it up in the explosion, leaving no trace. Iron Man and Maria Hill are looking for remains of Alexander.

Iron Man yelling at the Police: DID YOU FIND ANY REMAINS?

Police: We are still waiting for the bomb squad to finish there search and then we will go in. Unless you want to?

Iron Man: Yes we....forget here his is.


Alexander walks from around the corner in blue jeans and a white tee shirt. His hair is yellow and spiked.

Tony: I thought you were depowered for awhile.

Alex: I am, but the yellow hair is a natural talent, I was out when this came up, you have any leads?

Iron Man: Cut to the chase don't you? Well we don't have any leads but I have an idea who did this. Tonywalks Alex into an alley I think that maybe Punisher or even Agent Zero maybe in this.

Alex: And what makes you get to that conclusion.

Tony: We found out that Agent Zero and Punisher are working together and after you tried to get him earlier, well we lost tabs on him.

Alex rolling his eyes: So you really mean is that, he did it, you just don't really know? ok.



Across the Street from Iron Man and Alex

Punisher is watching them through binoculars. "Real idiots these guys. Really stupid" says Agent Zero. "We are gonna have to take him out" he says.

"No, we wait on Cable. He is going to get in contact with us." says Punisher.

Cable walks into the door, Nathan drops over a million dollars in silver luggage. "Kill him" says Cable. " We even got assistance, brought to you by Tony Stark."

Twenty-Six HAND members walk inside, wearing black ninja outfits.

"I DONT WORK WITH THEM!" yells Agent Zero.

"Yes you will, If you don't then this whole deal is off!" says Cable

"Fine" says Punisher. "We'll do it. My way."




Its 7:30 am HUDSON RIVER We see a white small bullit shaped ship, no bigger than 4 school buses.



Talia sit on the outer part of the ship. It has like a deck on the front of the ship. Celine walks out to toward Talia.

"You want some coffee. This stuff you earthings drink is really good. Starbucks only makes coffee right?" says Celine.

"I know you don't care for me. I know you like my husband, and I don't really care for YOU either." says Talia looking at Celine. "Glad we see eye to eye. Don't really care for you too. gives a huf and a giggle I guess we just have to make things good for him huh? says Celine.

"yes we do. I'll take that cup of coffee, thank you" says Talia. "okay, then, now that we got out of the way, how did you guys meet.

"well, it started when he was fighting against an enemy that tried to wipe out our race." says Celine. "We found him half dead. And I seen him transform into the greatest warrior our race has ever seen....."



Outside East 24th Street- East Living Towers-8th Floor Destroyed



"Alright then, I'll send some capekiller with you to find out where these trigger happy lunatic's are." says Tony. "Lunatics? I have to say they are exactly a side affect of what you established in this country Tony." says Alexander.

"Whatever, I don't answer to you, But i will have to answer for being late to a benefit with the Fantastic Four at Trump Tower on 34th Street . If you need me i'll be there...You just remember somthing, I'll bleed on the flag to make sure the stripes stay red! I go by LAW! So if anything goes off, contact me." Tony says and flies away agitated.


Alexander knows that he is being watched, but doesnt know by who. He is unarmed, but that means diddly squat! He walks over to the capekillers. "Wait here. Leave your weapons." says Alex.

Capekiller interupts, "Sir, we are not authori...."


Ballistic interupts, "Please don't answer me when there is no questions being asked. Thank you Jessica." "sir my name Joh...."

Interupting the Capekiller, Ballistic: Shut up Lucy, try to use the little sense you have on this job at hand. rolling his eyes, he continues Setup a 20 yard perimeter. I want nobody in this area. No civilains, whatever stays gets taken out." says Alexander as he walks into a building.



201 24th Street building.



Alexander walks into a building that has already been evacuated. He has his no weapon, but he just slowly goes up the stairs. Ballistic is setting himself up for trap. He wants them to attack him to get this all over with.
He gets off on the top floor, he peaks out and nothing is there.

"okay, we've done this before. We've did done this before." says Ballistic nervously.

He runs out and dives on the floor and kicking a HAND ninja in the groin! As he bends over he elbows him in the face, but another ninja comes out wielding an AXE! He swings it but Ballistic quickly bends over, the axe gets it stuck in the wall taking a piece of Ballistic's hair. Ballistic grabs the handle, kicks the ninja away, swings underneath and uppercuts the other ninja, only to be kicked into another room by another ninja.


"OH NO YOU DIDNT CUT OFF...ITS ON NOW SUCKER!!!" yells Alex



OUTSIDE in the Back



HAND ninjas, Punisher, Agent Zero and Cable walkout the back and sneak go to sneak down a manhole. A capekiller rolls out "FREEZE!"

"okay" says Punisher draws his gun, but Cable uses a metal rod to send capekiller threw a brick wall into sweat shop.

Punisher: I could have just shot him.


201 24th Street building.


Alex is thrown through a door into wall, a ninja runs inside about to stab him with a sword. Ballistic slides left only getting stab in shoulder. However he kicks the ninja away, takes the sword out and hurles it at ninja, but he dodges it.

A ninja jumps at him but he grabs him kicking him into a closet, and he brings down a china closet on the door. Another ninja jumps at him but he brings him knee under then ninja's chin, fliping him aback. Yet and still another ninja comes with the axe swinging like a butcher! Side to side left and right. Ballistic dodges it but gets his chest scratched, he runs to the wall, jumps on the wall grabs vase. Swinging in mid air he smashes it across the ninjas face kicking him in the chest across the room.

Ballistic falls but he gets up, then a leg comes through the wall kicking him out the window! Ballistic sent out the window grabs laundry line and swings into another apartment.

Alexander in pain, rips a glass shard out of his leg. "AAAHH GESSHHH!" grinding his teeth. Alexander gets up and knows they are alreay onl they're way over but then he gets distracted.

"What in the...oh god." says Alex. He see's a map of the Jurai Ship and pictures of Talia, and a burnt up shirt, it was punisher's.

Talia and Celine still on the deck of the warship, take a view of the city.

Talia is holding hand to her mouth in disbelief, "i...i...how can someone endure all of that...let alone have to experience all that suffering to save a race from extinction."

"I know, that why, well, we have both saved each other's lives so many times, but, i love him so much that i'll wait for you too disolve. Its only a matter of time." says Celine.

"Not hardly or anytime soon. So get a book a large one!" says Talia sternly. "WATCH OUT!!!!!" yells Celine

Celine grabs Talia and hits the floor, she hits her comm link getting all personell. "CODE BREAKER NINER!!!" (that Jurai code for were under attack)

Celine sees ninja charging her with a spear, she grabs it kicks him away and runs him through with it. Celine opens a bullit proof glass door of the ship open and throws Talia inside. "STAY THERE! You'll be safe, only I can open it!" she yells. Celine runs towards a ninja, jumps and wraps her legs around it's head and neck, spinning the ninja to the ground.

Celine is just getting started. Another ninja jumps toward her but throws copper beads at him, blowing him up. Then realizing she is encirled, she grabs her energy sword and twirls slicing everyone in half! Red and Purple soldier run on the deck.

Cable, Punisher and Agent Zero walk on to the deck.

Celine stares at Cable: Nathan, your still alive? I thought i killed you.

Nathan: Not hardly.


Punisher finds Talia in the door and put a 5lbs bombs of TNT on the door.

Chapter 25 "Fallen Storyline"





201 24th Street building.


"What in the...oh god." says Alex. He sees a map of the Jurai Ship and pictures of Talia, and a burnt up shirt, it was punisher's.

"They can't be...Alex grabs his communicator ATTENTION ALL CAPE KILLERS MOVE TO THE HUDSON RIVER IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!


Suddenly, a ninja, burst through the wall running to kick at Ballistic. Alex jumps to his feet, blocks the kick and bashes the ninja in across the face with a flashlight. Sending back, but He grabs him throwing him at the other ninja that is running inside. Ballistic runs over and grabs one ninja by the garb, kneeing him in the ribs and swings his elbow into other ninja's face, turning to the other ninja,! "WHY DO YOU WANT MY WIFE!!!!!!" yells Ballistic. But he doesn't answer, all he does is just motion his finger across his neck, as if cutting it off.

AAHHH!!!!!yells Alex as he grabs him and throw him through the wall. A ninja jumps from another room with an axe but is quickly taken out by Ares who has, well a bigger axe.


" AAHHHH I"M THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER!!!" yells Ares as he shafts the other ninja. The mighty avengers walk in, Ms. Marvel says to Ballistic "what's up we got called by the cape killers."

"We need to get to the Hudson, or their gonna kill my wife" says Ballistic



Its 8:00 am HUDSON RIVER We see a white small bullet shaped ship, no bigger than 4 school buses. But well there seems to be a battle going on with ninja's on the side of the ship and on the ship.



Celine, Alexander's bodyguard stands clad in gold armor, she looks a lot like Charlize Theron. "Didn't think that you would live after our last....encounter."


FLASHBACK ROCK CAVERNS OF THE ORION DESERT


"FOUR FLANKS!!!QUANTRONA KALL! NO PRISSSSOOOONNNEERRSSSS!!!!!" yells a spiked blond haired soldier in a silver Armor bloodstained. He runs over jumps in the air kicking another green soldier away. Cable comes out from the left stabbing the soldier in the leg. The soldier yells out in pain, its Alex. He reaches his back pocket and swings a huge sword towards Cables face but misses. Another green soldier use a particle beam to blast Alex! He gets hit full force.

HOW YA LIKE ME NOWWW!!!!!!!yells cable "EXTRACT THE CRYSTAL FROM HIS CHEST NOW!!!!

Alex armour and clothing is burned off, leaving Alex severely injured in his black trunks. Cable and the other soldier are abot

Suddenly Celine burst from a cavern wall, in her gold armor, wielding two sharply curved knives, slices the gun mans hands off! "LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!!" yells Celine.
Celine flips Cable over, but he grabs a spear to stab Celine, but she deflects it and grabs him by the throat, "TOUCH HIM, GET KILLED BY ME" says Celine as she impales Cable on an energy sword, she looks into Cables eyes and kicks him over.

OUT OF FLASHBACK


Celine looks at Cable "KILLL HIM!!!!!!"" All these metallic red and purple soldiers start coming out from the ship fighting like animals. However, Celine searches out for Cable and finds him, they start fighting like no tomorrow.


Meanwhile


Punisher wires the 5lbs bombs of TNT on the door, that he stuck on Talia's glass protection door.

"PLEASE DON'T, PLEEESE!" pleads Talia

Punisher gives her such a cold look "Please what?" he says as he presses the detonator. The doors don't blow up! The doors vibrate terribly, so Punisher takes out his magnum and starts shooting at the door, making crack lines all over the glass.

Punisher smiles one more shot and its over.


Celine is fighting Cable. Nathan takes out an energy sword stabbing Celine in the shoulder. Celine yells in pain but is no slouch, she grabs his arm turns around and breaks it over her shoulder and kicks out his left knee! Celine takes his energy sword and hurls it at PUNISHER, stabbing right in the shoulder!


AAAAHH!!!yells Punisher. Agent Zero fights his way through the crowd, and shoots the Glass doors shattering them open. He points his weapon at Talia but...."LAY OFF!!!!!" yells Ballstic who arrives in the nick of time with the Mighty Avengers!!! Ballistic mercilessly beats the crap out of Agent Zero. He grabs his weapons and shoot the remaining ninjas off of Celine's back who she throws into the Hudson bay.

Punisher see's them and dives into the river so not to be caught and he escapes. Alexander slides over to Celine and helps her up"did they get her?"
Celine looks at Alex with her Hazel eyes, that have a hint of lavender, "yeah the glass"

Alexander runs over and grabs Talia and hugs her. "are you hurt? do you need to go to the hospital?" says Alexander who's eyes are wide open in fear and worry.

The Mighty Avengers however are more concerned about Cable. Sentry grabs Cable by the neck "WHO PAID YOU TO DO THIS!" Ms. Marvel turns to Sentry put him down , we got problems.

Cyclops, Xavier, Emma Frost, Beast, and Psylocke arrive next to the ship.

"Let him go" says Cyclops.

Ms. Marvel "He was committing and attack on an Alien Delegate, he is violating the law. We arrest him."

"We have a mandate from the President. He said that he is to be turned over to our care." says Xavier. "So please let him go in the interest of Mutant and human relations." he further exclaims.

Ares" YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME WITH THIS BUL......"

Ms.Marvel "SHUT UP! Fine Xavier."

Alexander walks over to Xavier and grabs a gun on the floor he points it at Xavier!

Psylocke "ALEX!"

Alexander "look Charles, He TORTURED ME!!!!KILLED MY FRIEND, AND TRIED TO KILL MY WIFE!!!!!!YOU KEEP HIM WITH YOUR CAMP OR I PROMISE YOU and then pointing to Ms. Marvel AND YOU IF HE EVEN FRAYS A HAIR ON MY WIFES HAIR, I'll BRING TRAGEDY AND GRIEF TO YOUR DOORSTEP LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN!

Alex throws the gun on the floor.

Cyclops: Alex listen.

Alex angrily lashes out: Thats ENOUGH!

"I want to go home now Celine." says Alex. Celine take her armor off and gets Alex and Talia an escort to a safe house in Grammarcy Park near 17th Street.




Meanwhile in a Open Sewer.


Punisher uses a communicator

"Phase one is done." says Punisher

"good. Keep tabs, now we definitely know he is depowered. Cable won't be touched so i'll be in contact with him later. Frank, keep an eye on him soon we'll make our move. Tony out"

Punisher gets himself together and starts to get to one of his safehouses.



STARK TOWER




Tony and Maria Hill hang up the communication lines.

Maria: So your telling me that, that off of that crystal, just one. We could...

Tony: defend ourselves against a skrull invasion. I have intel that they may already have sleeper cells here.

maria: how do we get the crystal?

Tony: We have to kill Ballistic, he contains it in his chest.

Maria: Well, do what you have to do.



Punisher's Safehouse.


We see punisher come in and drop his weapons on the floor he turns to the wall with yellow eyes and we see the real FRANK CASTLE, tied to the wall.

"Don't worry, we will be done very soon." Says the Skrull.

Chatper 26 Story Arc "Fallen"





STARK TOWER

Tony picks up a phone and calls The Mighty Avengers field leader, Ms. Marvel. "Carol i have a feeling that we are gonna have some trouble in L.A. There was a threat made and i would like to have you the team go there and just be made seen, so everyone in the area know we have a handle on things." says Tony.

"Don't we have a sqaud already there?"says Carol.

"Carol please just go there, i'll have SHIELD helicarriers there for back up ok thank you!" says Tony as he hangs up.

Tony walks over to the window, and looks out to midtown "I hope your not wrong about all of this?"

Cable sitting in a chair behind him "That kid has to die for all of us to live. But in the grand scheme of thing your just another too for the cause."

"excuse me" says Tony as thinks he heard wrong.

Cable looks at a surprised Tony "This will terminates our relationship. I did my job. Now...Alex will do his." As Nathan gets up and starts to walk to the door. "I sent him a letter pretending to be warmachine, in that letter are files of all our activites. He is gonna come for you and kill you."

Tony yells out "WHAT!"

"its simple stark, i needed someone with resources, you have them so i used you! I need that kid dead. You send truck loads of Ninja's after him, DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT I WOULD HELP YOU!!!!! I have my own agenda and TRUST ME, Watch your back, because Alex knows now! That everyone sent after him was from you!" Says Nathan.

Talia is in a leather jacket with a soft green, satin scarf walking up broadway and 17th Street with 5 more Red Jurai guards following behind her. She stops inside Starbucks to get some coffee, brushing the snow off her. The cashier is really intimidated by Talia's protection.

"I....I...Caramel Macchiato...AT THE BAR!!!"yells the Cashier who is shaking like a leaf.

Talia tells her to relax and she takes her drink and heads back outside completely unaware of what is going on with her husband. One of the soldiers grabs her back inside and forces her underneath and table.

BOOM BOOM!!! is the sound of a Red Metallic Soldier firing his weapon in the air in the Starbucks. All the customers start screaming and hit the floor.

"LISTEN TO ME NOBODY IS LEAVING THIS STORE! THERE IS AN ATTACK ON 15th STREET, NOBODY IS LEAVING, THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION!" yells out the Soldier.

"WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!" yells Talia demanding an answer.

The Soldier turns around, "we got an alert from Chief Captain Celine, it was a panic button we need to stay put."

2 of the Soldier roll out side with Huge guns, and see smoke coming up in the air a few blocks away.



15th Street and Broadway - The snow is really heavy now 6pm



"We are reporting from News Chopter Seven, we are looking at an apparent terrorist attack on Barney's Clothing Store there is two assailants that are on a roof shoot weapons and rocket launchers. Oh my god Jerry are we getting that, there are two people trying to fight back!!!!I hope there registered I SAID DONT LEAVE OR I"LL CRAM THIS MIC IN YOUR COLON!!!!



GET DOWN!! screams Alex to the crowds. Three more missiles are fired Alex and Celine. They start hauling butt and down the street.

BOOOOOOOMMMMKAAABOOOOMMKKKKOOMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

As the missles blowup behind Celine and Alexander. "AWWAAHHH!!!" yells Celine and Alex as the blast sends them into car windshied, 12 feet away.

"We got to get to those guys! says Alex, Celine starts shooting at the guys but Alex grabs her and dives behind the car. Celine takes out a gold disc and crunches it. A gold armor envelops Celine, she looks at Alex "I need to get to those guys you get your wife." she grabs Alex and lays a huge kiss on him. "See you on the other side." and she runs off firing her weapons.

Alex tries to grab her "NO!!!!"


On the roof of a building are two skrulls, they are disguised and one of them looks like Punisher. One of the skrulls looks to the other one, "DO IT!" The other skrull, nods and picks up a communicator he presses the button "Start Phase One".

Celine who is now in gold armor, running to the building.
Alex starts running down to get towards, Talia's location, but suddenly, two huge 18 wheel truck barrel out 16th Street and on the other side by 14th street. Blocking off 14th on Broadway. The back of the truck blows up sending Alex aback. Hand Ninja's start piling out like mad!

"KILL!!! NO PRISONERSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yells out a Ninja.


Alex starts to run back Yelling at Celine "THROW ME A WEAPON!!! NOW!!!!" Celine fast acting throw him what looks like a metal stick but when he grabs it, he pulls the top off its a two huge energy sais. They stand side by side as atleast 150 ninjas race at them!

People start screaming for there lives as they see, Ninja's bright red uniform start pouring out by the truck loads.


L.A.


Ms. Marvel is feeling pretty stupid in the middle of L.A. with her team. "He is such a jerk. OH did I say that out loud" says Carol as she covers up her mouth.

Ares looks at her "FINALLY!" Wasp floats over as tiny as can be into Carols ear. " I think we may be sent here for another reason, look at the that." points Wasp to a TV store.

The Team walks over to the Store and see Channel 7 News Live

Maria get nose to nose with Carol " YOU ALL DIE!!!!!!!!!!!" she suddenly morphs into a skrull and multiple skrulls start attacking them. Sentry goes to fly but he can't! Wonder man tries to use his powers but nobody can use them.

The skrulls subdue our heroes, and the Skrulls posing as Maria morphs into Sue Storm " you think we would be a power dampener in area!"

She grabs a huge sword and cuts Wonderman in half!!!!!!!

Carol starts cursing her out!

Chapter 27 "FALLEN" FINALE!





NEW YORK



A Ninja lunges at Alex and grabs his swords but Celine, blast him to a skeleton! Celine blocks a kick, and makes a half circle spin and strikes ninja through impaling another one behind him with a sword. Alex takes his sais back and starts slicing away. Celine is beating them all up by hand, a Ninja grabs her from behind but she breaks his arm, flips him over and kicks him into 5 other ninjas.

Alex starts rotating the sai's around, twisting and turning, at the ninja's taking them out as much as he can. However and Ninja jumps from out of nowhere and slams Alex in the head sending him the ground and kicks him into a car, breaking the window. Celine gets stabbed in the shoulder and is the thrown into a store front!

Ninja's seemingly by the hundreds are jumping all over Alex, ground him to the floor, they turn him over and one of the ninja's rip off his shirt exposes his chest. "AHH THE CRYSTAL IS HERE!" he points with his sword. He is about to gut Alex but.....his eyes suddenly turn bright emerald green!


Celine in the store goes to race outside but a Ninja jumps inside " your world is at an end, It was so easy just to get you guys outside and in the open!"

"PUT UP OR SHUT PAJAMA BOY!" yells Celine.


STARBUCKS



The Red Soldiers are guarding the front of looking at multiple choppers in the air filming what is happening.

One of the Soldiers walks out and orders them back inside.

"What are we gonna do? WHAT IS HAPPENING? ARRE FREAK REGISISTARED!!!!!!yells on of the cashiers as she starts crying from the stress.

Talia goes up to one of the soldiers "what now? wait to be picked off. Go help my husband!" A soldier standing behind her, flashes his eyes yellow. But nobody notice.

"So? says Talia holding her hip.



15th Street and Broadway



His hair stays normal but his body pumps with more muscle!
AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yells Alex as with renewed strength, he forcibly plants his feat on the ground breaking the cement and sending ninjas under his feet! He jumps in air spinning, throwing all the ninja's off of him, landing them in various buildings.

He jumps towards a car meter, and rips it out the ground with a huge amount of cement at the base of it. He hurles at the ninja's. He dives at the ninja's and he jumps in the air twist around kicking them in the face, blocks another punch towards him, he focuses on the ground and starts, yelling at the ground "AALLLLL GET OUT!!!!!!!!!"

the ninja's start to float in the air higher and higher! Alex observes then getting almost 30 stories in the air! Then lets them drop. Alex falls to the ground, sweating. "OH YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!yells Alexander furious. The various ninja's though have stinkin grappeling hooks!!

Celine burst out from the store front and sees the ninja's hook on to the various buildings, "they're like stinkin brood aliens!"
"Lets get out of here and get my wife. Then make our way back to the ship we can get the rest of our army there!" says Alex.

"I can't get a location of where they are." says Celine

Alex and Celine start runing because more ninja's are starting to get back on the ground.

Back on the roof, the two skrulls, hit the communicator, "START PHASE TWO!".


STARBUCKS


One of the red soldiers takes a bunch of copper beads and throws it to the back of the Starbucks, blowing the wall open!

"EVERYONE GET OUT HERE! NOW!!!! THERE COMING!!!!yells one of the soldiers.

Everyone starts running out the front door.

The soldiers grab talia and go out the back into the alley. "WHAT THE HECK!" yells Talia.

One of the red soldier morphs back into his skrull form, and impales the two Jurai Soldiers through with a spear and blows up the rest of them!

Talia takes off running in fear and panic. The skrull jump on the walls and lands in front of Talia, he gazes into her hazel brown eyes with his horrific red eyes, in a froggy voice he says "He has to come, so, Scream for me!"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!"yells Talia



L.A.



The skrull recieve a message from the others in NYC. So one of the skrulls looking like Sue Storm, walks up to Carol with a huge energy blade, "any touching words you have to say?" Carol spits in her face and tells her "nice seeing you!"

The Skrull morphs back to her true self and is about to kill Carol "AH!" she looks at her hand and see's an arrow through it!

Kate Bishop aka Hawkeye stands there with the rest of the Young Avengers!

"KILL THEM ALL" yells the Skrull.

Shield hellicarrier comes and drops a huge flash bomb! Blinding everyone in a 2 block radius. Iron Man comes with full support and starts blasting Skrulls like crazy! We have to get to New York NOW!



NYC



Celine and Alexander start running, but Alex drops to the floor holding his head. "Oh no" says Alex he grabs Celine by the arm and takes off in the air!! His powers jumpstart dramtically as Alex eyes iris are glowing bright green.

He flies to the Starbuck where Talia is located. He see's a skrull and immediately attacks him. Tackling him through a building! Celine joins him. The skrull then gets hit by a flameball. Its Human Torch and the Fantastic Four leading the charge, with the New Avengers!!!!!!!

Celine yells at Alex "FIND TALIA!!!"


He jumps out 3rd story window and lands in the snow. It's a dark alleyway, Alex smells something he is all too familiar with, blood. He starts to get worried. Snow starts to fall lightly and he can see the warm air from his breath, but he notices a lump in the snow, "NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!"yells Alex as he runs over and see Talia laying in the snow lifeless. He can hardly believe what he is seeing. He grabs her, she says very weakly, " i guess, i...i..'ll meet you in juurrai. Laterrrrrr...." as her breath fades away.


The fantastic four and Celine come by the opposite end and see Alex holding his wife.

"Oh Alex" says Celine as she stares at Alex holding Talia.

Alex eyes glow pinkish red and the snow starts to melt.


"STARK!" says Alex in a low tone.

Chapter 29 "NO NEED FOR A SHOWDOWN!"






12 am

A narrow alley way on Vesey Street and Broadway. Across from Trinity Church 12 degrees and getting colder


The cold frost and windy cold air are no comfort for Tony Stark and the Fantastic four as the are in an alley way with a very pissed of Ballistic and Dr. Faustus on the ground unconscience. Things are touchy now. They can go dramatically good or expectedly bad. Really Bad.


"Ok Alex, I understand your upset" says Tony trying to reason with Ballistic.


Alexander interupts "You've never seen me upset Tony. You've never lost a wife or a potiential son TONY! YOU HAVE NO CLUE! WHAT I'M FEELING!"

cold snowy winds start to pick up

Thing tries to calm him down "Your right kid, we have no idea. We've never lost like you have. But listen up, we can talk about this without anyone else getting hurt."

Alexander jumps down from the Telephone line "ahahahahah! Your funny, Talk, the last time that you even found out i was in the area YOU TONY sent wendigo and Abomination to take me out. AAHAHAHA! And then when i beat them you sent NOT just MS.MARVEL, not just SENTRY, YOU SENT FREGGIN WONDERMAN TOO! ALL OF THEM! SO YOU WANNA TALK!!THE MINUTE I LET MY GUARD DOWN. BOOOM! NANITES RIGHT UP MY REAR!" he yells

Tony tries to sort it out "Things were different then Alex, but look I won't even go that route, if we can just talk this whole thing out. I will compley with what you want. You don't want a brawl. You just want justice. If that means going back under arrest to your planet then I WILL go peacefully, if that is what you want."

Sue looks at Alex "there has been enough blood spilled, don't you think..."

FLASHBACK

Snow starts to fall lightly and he can see the warm air from his breath, but he notices a lump in the snow. Alex runs over and sees Talia laying in the snow lifeless. OUT OF FLASHBACK



"Alex...Alex" says Sue as she is right next to Alex now who is teary eyed and red faced with grief. "Hasn't it been enough?"

Alex powers down, and powers off all the energy balls, the yellow light dissapates.

"Fine I'll Talk this one last time. I promise this is the last time." says Alex.

Suddenly SENTRY, Rips out from the building nailing Ballistic right on the cheek, smashing all the way to the other side of the Hudson near NEW JERSEY!


"WHAT THE HECK WHAT THAT CRAP!!!!!!!!!!" yells Sue as she just ducked missing Sentry attack.

"We saw the lights go out from the energy balls and thought things went bad." says Carol lands as the rest of of the Mighty Avengers land in the now destroyed Alley.

Tony is livid monkey mad "BAD! BAD! THINGS WEREN'T BAD! THEY JUST GOT UNDER CONTROL! WE MANAGED TO FREGGIN EXTRACT EVERYSINGLE THREAT HE MADE AND YOU BLEW IT JUST STINKIN BLEW IT!!!!" yells Tony.

Wasp steps foward "but we thought...."

Tony snaps at her "YES THAT WAS THE PROBLEM YOU THOUGHT AN IDEA!"

Carol steps foward "But....."

Richard Steps in "But nothing Carol now we really do have a problem cause if he isnt dead from that punch we can sign our coffins

Then as if somebody turned off the sound, there nothing heard. The shaking stops. The smoke clears. Only the moon shines across the devestated area as the huge mushroom cloud reveals.

Everyone is coughing. "Everyone ok?" ask Johhny.

In a sinister voice everyone hears "No. you are not ok." as Alex stands there pissed with a open nasty gash heals right before them.

Iron Man knows this is bad but he tries to explain "look Alex..."

Alex puts up his hand to blast Tony but, Johnny takes the hit through the shoulder! Sending Johnny in a whirl of pain. "He will live. If you act fast now. I want Tony to die last!" says Alex.

Sue interupts "Alex! THAT WAS UNCALLED F..."

"SHUT UP!!!!" says Alex as he makes a smacking motion, send Sue down with a gail force of wind! He turns his attention toward Sentry, locking eyes with him "ok freak. Papa gonna teach you lessons about sucker punches....."

Thing tries to interject "Listen IT WAS A MISTAKE!"

"A MISTAKE TO GET ME PISSED!" yells Alex as he looks at Thing. He looks back at Sentry "Sucker punches aren't appreciated. And because of your lack of skill. Tonight. Will be the longest night you ever had." his irisis disappear and bright redish pink starts to glaze over.

"ITS OK TONY! I KNOW YOU WERE DECIEVED BY CABLE AND COMMADUS. I KNOW YOU WANTED TO KILL ME AND I KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE ENDED TONIGHT!

Tony thinks to himself for a half a second "this really bad. I wish Steve was here right now."

Sue puts up a shield "This is bad Tony really Bad!"


X-mansion.


All the camps and residence stare at the sky as they see a huge yellow transparent mushroom cloud form in the air.

Xavier looks at Scott "turn on the TV, its begun."

The New X-Men are watching.

Rockslide turns to Cyclops "this guys is killing Sentry!"

TV This is Brian Bendis in Channel 7 Eyewitness News. "We look at the devestation that has sprung on us the battery park, Pier 17 and New Jersey Pier are completely destroyed! This looks ten times worse than the Stamford explosion. And.....yes the Mighty Avengers are locked in Battle with.....who the heck is that. JOHN! WATCH OUT TURN THE HELICOPTER!

X-23 turns to Xavier "Wasn't that guy here before?"




Lower Manhattan Full Moon and 12 Degrees outside with a Full Moon for light.




Ballistic punches through Sue's shield and with a two handed fist bashes Tony into a building and flys towards Sentry crashing into the ground but travel 6 blocks onto broadway. No light, only cold air and a Full Moon.

"AHHHH!!!!!!!" yells Sentry as screams allowed because Ballistic smashes his elbow on to the top of Sentry' s head and then grabs him by the back of the neck and give a pain heat blast to the back of his neck, kicking him into a building! "WHAT HAPPEND! CAN'T FIGHT DIRTY!" taunts Ballistic.

Wonderman appears and smashes Alex with a car. Wonderman kicks the car off but Alex isn't there! Then Wonderman turns around and see's Alex crouched down on one knee like a proposel. "Oh crap" says Wonderman. Ballistic palms opens and curves his fingers inwards "goodnight!" he whispters. BOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderman is yelling at the top of his lungs a huge pink ball carries wonderman down the street tearing up the tar and cement, lifting into the air. shattering windows as it achieves new altitiudes!

"BURN BABY BURN!!!" yells Alex as he has his hands up, guiding the pink twinkle into outer space in the middle of the night! Ms. Marvel runs over with a pipe and crashes it over Alex head sending him to the floor. "Wrong move!" he says, as that pink ball explodes in front of the moon making wonderman into space dust. Alex slams his feet into the ground, breaking the tar, and slams Carol with a blast as she tries to hold it of blocking it with her forearms. "YOU CAN'T WIN!!!!!" yells Alex as he forces her throught 8 blocks!

Tony runs over and starts throwing combo punches into Ballistic. Left, right, uppercut, knee into the stomach, side blast. Tony kicks Ballistic's knee out from under him, slamming him on the floor. "Pathetic" says Alex as he looks at Tony in the eyes, cold. Ballistic in a flash, bashes Tony with a headbutt so hard that his mask dents in! He grabs his chest ripping off the armor plating off and gut checks him. "THAT WILL TAKE AT LEAST A MONTH TO GET OVER!" he isnt done. He grabs Tony's by the mask "LASIK ANYONE!" as he blast him with a full force eye beam, over heating the mask so that it burns Tony's face!

Tony screaming rips off the mask and dives his face into the snow! "AHH!!!AHH!!!" Tony yells.

Thing comes up from behind and puts him in like a huge bear hug from behind. "C'MON KID JUST RELAX!" says Thing.

"You are so foolish! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yells Alex and he emits such huge amount of light it looks like its day time at 2:00am! Then it goes back to night! "Boom" says ALex as he releases himself from Thing's grips blasting him from behind sending Thing into the hudson! "Hope he can swim." says Ballistic coldly.

He lands back to the ground and see' s doc samson running toward him. Ballistic jukes to the side, trips Doc and turns around and blast him to the earth. He grabs him and flies into the sky and reaches the outer atmosphere. Alex looks at Doc Samson, and lets him go falling about America.

Alex with his fist outstretched flys back to earth at Mach 9 speeds. Landing with a loud Thud with broken earth underneath him. He looks and and see's Thor standing there. Ms. Marvel lands but stops in her tracks as Ballistic gives her look like "try it."

"Nice to have a challenge" says Thor as the only full moon serves as the only light, shining on Thor and his hammer. White clouds against the black sky move quickly.

Thor looks to the ground and see's it turn jet black. The cold air no longer sweeps by, its humid and musty. Haze fills the air so much its practically unbreathable, sparks randomly appear inbetween them, the ground cracks open emitting red light and fire oozing through. Ballistic stands there ever still with his hair turning yellow and spiked. Now he powers up. A high pitched noise and then what sounds like a million screeching violins fills the air.


"I was waiting for you." says Ballistic.



GRAVEYARD




We see Commadus digging up a grave marked Talia we miss you.

"Goodness this is way too much." he says.

He lifts out the coffin and opens it. Its empty! "WHAT COM'ON! I CAN'T CATCH A BREAK!"

He slams the coffin top on the floor breaking it.



The Moon




We see Blackbolt and the rest of the Inhumans and SilverSurfer looking at Cable.

"So you see your emminance. They terrigan/cytorrak crystal is rightfully yours but a man named Ballistic aka Alexander Roman Gardens wants to use it to destroy your people. You think you can get it?" he says

SilverSurfer goes towards Cable "if its true I'll rip it out his chest myself, if not then i'll rip your head off!." he looks at Blackbolt.

Blackbolt nods his head in a yes manner.

Cable smiles.

Chapter 30 "NO NEED FOR A SHOWDOWN!"




Its 3:00am, clear dark skies, with clumps of white clouds floating in the air. Snow starts falling to the ground and leaves an inch or two on the ground. Tony Stark aka Iron man is on the ground looking at two titans, facing each other down.




Ms.Marvel motions over to Tony, "do you want me to provide backup?" Tony wipes his red scortched face and tells her "let Thor handle this now. This is as messed up as it can get right now. This was totally my fault....i should....."

Ms.Marvel interupts him, "ya you did...but we havae to focus on this now.

The Fantastic Four regroup and run over and stop seeing Thor standing in front of Ballistic.

Reed holding his arm yells out to Tony "IS THAT THE ANDROID?" Tony looks back at him retorting "NO! THIS IS THE REAL THING LOOK TO KEEP CIVILIANS OUT THE WAY!"


Chambers and Broadway


Thor clad in his black and silver clothing and red cape, stands silent and looks at Alexander Roman Gardens aka Ballistic "HMF!" he sniffs out.

Ballistic looks at thor with his crystal clear green eyes as the snow falls inbetween them.

Thor with his blue eyes looking into Ballistic like he is glass, "stand down, remember the last time i kicked you around like trash? Didn't bode well for you."



FLASHBACK 6 Years Ago (chapter 13)
Alex is exhausted from the huge blast he let off, and falls to his knees. The smoke clears and Thor is was pushed back into a Building but jumps out of the hole unharmed, smiling.


Alex: COME ON! That...that was like...really...COME ON!!! I HAD YOUR BUTT!!!! DANG!

Thor teleports a shoulder charge, knocking Alex into the ground. Thor puts down his hammer and starts to beat on Alex yelling at him that he is Thor and nobody sheds his blood. Captain America, Yellowjacket and Nick Fury arrive accompanied by SHIELD, Nick yells at him to stop and that they need him alive. Thor picks up a bloodied Alex by the neck and slams him to the ground saying he is done. Thor walks away smugly "you couldn't handle this bug on your own?"

OUT OF FLASHBACK




Alex looks at Thor "bring it" he whispers, to which Thor smiles and says "geben Sie acht. Sie konnten sterben." says Thor.

Ballistic looks at him wide eyed "sorry i left my U.N. translator today you have to talk english!"

Thor bends down and grabs some snow to wet his hands, and replies "geben Sie acht means be carful. and Sie konnten sterben. Thor locks eyes with Alex means You might die."

Suddenly Thor appears right above Ballistic taking him off-guard and swing his hammer towards his head. Alex ducks toward the floor but Thor knees him in the face and punches him to the floor! Thor throws down his hammer and grabs Ballistic by the collar and starts beating on him like no tomorrow.

Ballistic is bleeding all over his face. Thor picks him up and throws him into a car! Runs over, picks him up again and knees him in the stomach with Ballistic crying out in pain! Thor grabs him by the pants and by the collar and throws him across the street into a building.

Thor looks back at Tony "seriously I don't think you need..." Thor cuts himself off an notices all the ambient in the air is slowly rising and moving toward Alex who is standing up in rubble. Alex spits out some blood and wipes his face. "You really need to stop being so arrogant you stupid viking!" says Alex.



Meanwhile Some Graveyard Upstate Dark Outside and plenty of dead trees around we see.....well Commadus Ballistic's father


Commadus is standing over the open coffin holding his head stumped as to what happend to Talia. "I really want to torment this guy! Where in the world is she!"

"She is safe." says a voice in the dark. Commadus looks over and make an energy ball. "STEP INTO THE LIGHT COWARD!" yells Commadus.

He looks down and see's Charles Xavier being wheeled out by Nightcrawler and Nocturne. "We need to talk." says Charles. "Safely away from your grasp!"

Commadus stands there and rolls his eyes "hahaha You must think i get scared easy."




Chambers and Broadway



Alexander aka Ballistic, runs and jumps on to a car, forming energy balls and with both hands heaves them like a pitcher for the yankees at Thor who is running toward him full steam. Explosions rock the area, but Thor jumps in the air extends his hand out and Mjolnir appears into his hands as he is ready to kill Alex. Thor swings his hammer that crackles with lightning and swipes at Ballistic but his image fades away?

Thor frowns and see's Ballistic behind "peek a boo" he says and blast Thor so hard with concentrated energy that building behind him turn to ash immediately!

Everyone in the area covers their eyes from the bright flash. Iron man, on the sidelines gets readings on Alex displayed on his arm.

Tony's eye widen in shock. Reed looks at Tony "what happened?" Tony stutters "i...I...Think...th.that.. Ballis..tic..."

"SPIT IT OUT TONY!" says Reed. Tony shakes his head in disbelief "Ballistic didnt even reach peak energy levels yet." he looks at Tony.

"oh no" says Reed as he holds his face.


The flash clears and Thor stands looking at Ballistic. Thor is bleeding on his face, and Ballistic is smiling. Thor bolts towards Ballistic in awesome speed smashing only the ground where Ballistic stood only seconds ago. Alex dives and bashes Thor in the face from nowhere sending him aback. Ballistic doesn't let up and he put his arms out yelling "FORCE!!!!" pushing Thor aback with an extreme barrage of yellow energy balls the size of baseballs. Thor is uses his hammer to shield himself but the minute he lets it down, Ballistic comes up to his chest and lets off a huge blast sending Thor straight into the air crashing by Macy's!

Ballistic angered, blasts off after him.


34th Street and 7th


Thor lands on top of a porsche.

A man comes out of a starbuck "WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO MY FRACKIN CAR!!!!" Thor jumps off and he looks at him "Back..OFF MORTAL"

The mans drops his coffee and runs back inside the Starbucks.


Thor looks his left and Ballistic swings his leg around in a semicircular motion, striking Thors face with the front of his foot "ARRGGGG!!!", knocking him to the street into a parked car.


Thor is pissed and jumps up extending his arm with his hammer to the sky. Immediatly rain and hail descend to the earth as lightning crackles and strikes the ground.

BlackBolt nods at SilverSurfer. Surfer picks up his board hops on and looks at Cable.

"You will die when i get back." says Norrin

Then he speeds off, towards earth to remove the crystal from Alex chest.

Chapter 31 BALLISTIC WARRIOR RETRAINED




34th Street and 7th


Thor is pissed and jumps up extending his arm with his hammer to the sky. Immediatly rain and hail descend to the earth as lightning crackles and strikes the ground.

Crackling lightning and thunder swarms the very cold midnight sky. Thor, stands there magnificently drawing tons of power.

Thor locks eyes with a bleeding but not exhausted Ballistic and asks him " Why are you doing this? Do you even know why your doing this?."

Alexander starts chuckling while Thor draws in more power, breaking the cement underneath him. "You see, I'm Alexander Roman Gardens, Son of a Murder parent, Son of murdered adoptive parents, Husband to a murdered wife and father to a murdered son, and i will have vengence in this life or the next! I was never given a break. The chances given me were robbed from me. AND PROMISE TO MAKE EVERYSINGLE ONE OF YOU PAY DEARLY! he says.

Thor looks at him and know's he's serious, " This will not bring your loved ones back, but then so be it." Thor yells at the top of his lungs and throws his hammer that is charges with unprecedented power at Ballistic! Alex waits and waits and the in a flash he's gone right in the nick of time as Thor's hammer lands in a building demolishing it completley!

Thor can't believe he missed, suddenly Ballistic appears over his head to give him a vicious head bash with his knee, but only hits a fading image.
Thor comes back with a swing to Ballistic only to hit fading image.
This goes on continously for 10 minutes straight!


3 blocks down


Iron Man stands next to the Fantastic Four with a injured, but alive Reed Richards. Thing looks over to Reed " what the heck is goin on over there?"
"They are moving faster then our eyes can focus, but they are moving at blinding speeds over a short distance maybe the most an equivalent to mach 9! This is amazing because Alex is evidently channeling his massive energy to do this and I know he can't keep it up. He will eventually either have to find a souce of replenishment or wind up dying."

Iron Man looks over to Reed, "this isnt his fault, i can't allow him to die because of a stupid mistake i made. We are heroes, were not suppose to make scapegoats."

Human torch looks at him "THATS ABIT LATE DONCHA THINK!"

Ms. Marvel appears "better late then never, I'll try to siffen off his energy." she extends her hands trying to take it from Alex.



Ballistic is fight Thor in a seemingly never ending battle. Thor comes at Alex bashing him in the face with his left fist, but Ballistic gets Thor in the crotch with his knee! However, Thor grabs him by his collar and beats his face in throwing him into a car! He feels weakend and see's Ms. Marvel taking his energy. Ballistic jumps off the car, and makes an orange energy ball slaming it into the earth.


"I THINK HE'S WEAKENING!" says Carol Danvers.

Iron Man uses his telescopic vision and see's what Alex did "What in the.....CAROL WATCH OUT!"

Suddenly underneath the ground glows bright yellow and starts to catch fire! Carol doesnt have time to react as she just puts up her forearms to block the blast, as she is blasted by the orange energy ball 9 blocks back, but she absorbs it with significant bruises and cuts on her fore arms.


Meanwhile- The fight rages on.


Thor comes runing with Blasts going off to his left and to his right, coming from Alex like a machine gun, rapid fire all towards him! Thor swings his fist toward Ballistic but Alex does a super powered roundhouse kick with his leg into Thor rib cage, then follows with a blast to Thor face! Thor thrust his hands out and gets his hammer back and blasts Ballistic clear to Governers Island!


Iron Man shouts out "DON'T KILL HIM WE NEED HIM ALIVE!" But Thor aggravated "WAKE UP! HE IS A THREAT, AN HE DISRESPECTED AN ASGUARDIAN! HE WILL PAY!"

Thor blast off using his hammer for flight.


Its 6am in the morning. They have been fighting through the night! Reporters and News Networks watch this whole thing.



Thor lands in part of the island that is desolate, thick with trees. But a slew of broken trees slanted to the ground lead the way Alex apparently crashed landed. He walks over and see's Ballistic lying on the floor out cold!


ALEX DREAM


Alex walks down a black hallway with black walls and black floors. The walls show videos off his life like his father Commadus blasting his mother to ash. Alex just keeps on saying no it couldn't have happened.

He walks on see's on another wall a video of talking to him, Xavier: ok. i understand. we'll go. but i want you to listen. Your father he died.
Ballistic just drops his sword holds his head and starts crying that he doesnt want to fight anymore.

Alex walks down the corridor and looks at the biggest wall but it opens to a dark alleyway, Alex smells something he is all too familiar with, blood. He starts to get worried. Snow starts to fall lightly and he can see the warm air from his breath. But he see's himself walking over toward a lump in the snow, "NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!"yells Alex as he runs over to stop his other self from seeing Talia laying in the snow lifeless. He can stop the events and can hardly believe what he is seeing. Alex watches himself like it's tv, His other self grabs her, she says very weakly, " i guess, i...i..'ll meet you in juurrai. Laterrrrrr...." as her breath fades away. Alex see's his other self start crying and holding his wife.

Then Talia appears before him floating in the air in the middle of a green japanese forest "I'm always with you"..........crackle crackle. he hears.

"TALIA COME BACCK!!!!

OUT OF FLASHBACK


Thor looks at him "this guy is more messed up then i even thought!" he says to himself.

Ballistic wakes up with Thor only feet from him. In a cold sweat, heart pounding, paniced and scared, all the emotionst that Alex tried to keep down below finally surfaced and he can't handle it.


Thor puts his hammer in the air but Alex brings such a dense fog that Thor yells out "You can't control the weather!"

Alex says in a deep voice with reddish pink eyes "I don't want to." The haze gets thicker and thicker until it looks like white smoke, Thor floats out of it and see's it covers all of goveners island! He notices very high above, Iron Man and the Fantastic Four are above watching.


ABOVE EARTH in SPACE


THE WATCHER, GALACTUS AND SILVER SURFER above our atmosphere! Silversurfer is poised and shocked at what he is seeing!

Watcher looks at them "don't intervene! At all."


Meanwhile Some Graveyard Upstate Dark Outside and plenty of dead trees around we see.....well Commadus Ballistic's father

Commadus stands there and rolls his eyes "hahaha You must think i get scared easy he says smugly to Charles.

Charles exclaims " YOU HAVE HURT THAT BOY WAY TO MANY TIMES! I was placed in charge of him by his adoptive father. WHOM YOU KILLED! I should have done more, But I refuse to let you go on in the same cycle.

Commadus than puts his hands up "then i surrender, i guess you will have to slap the cuffs on me and TAKE ME INNN!!!! he yells as he lifts a boulder out the ground sending it towards Charles! Nightcrawler teleports on to the boulder teleports the boulder right on Commadus head! and teleports back to Charles.

"Well done." says Charles. Talia comes from behind a tree "holding her arms cold. "I can't believe that kind of evil still lives." says Talia.

"Talia if we hurry, we can find Get to Alex and maybe you can calm him down!" says Charles.

"Lets do it" she says.



Manhattan


Iron Man looks at thor "This isnt good." Thor looks at them "GET OUT OF HERE!"


Suddenly a earshattering noise pierces everyones ears. Then its stops. White fuzzy little balls start to gather on the island freaking everyone out and causing people to run to Times Sqaure TV to see what is happening.


Iron Man looks at Ms. Marvel who appears. "Do you know what this is?" asks Tony. To which Ms. Marvel answers " it seems like raw energy"

Thor grips his hammer "this is enough!" He races down there, lands with a THUD! Runs over toward Ballistic who stares at him with blond spiked hair and red pinkish eyes. However he duckes to the floor, and lets the superdense fog float right above his head.

Thor puts his hammer in front of his face and erects a shield!

A soft pink glow starts to form and the white energy balls fade into the
air....then....

Alex covers his head and ears as deadly flames are inches away from his body and the earth. Everything 2 feet above the floor is destroyed! Completely, utterly destroyed. Shockwaves aggressively rock all of New York.

Iron Man wakes up smashed into a building next to Fantastic Four. Iron Man's suit reports seizmatic activity all over new york and canada, including the west of africa and south america.

Tony takes off his face shield and notices the sky clearing up from the horrible looks bright red to a blue sky of early morning. He looks over to the Fantastic Four who help everyone in the area.


DEEP SPACE

In a white bullit shaped ship the Jurai Soldier including our Charlize Theron look alike, Celine, clad in her classic Gold Uniform make there way past shi'ar space.

There grids go off the charts and readings and noises start to go off.

Celine walks over to a panel and presses the Comm link "REPORT!"

"THE PACKAGE HAS OPENED THE SEAL!" yells a soldier to Celine.

Celine runs her hair through her fingers. "I shouldnt have left him there by himself. TURN THIS SHIP AROUND NOW!!!! BACK TO EARTH LIGHT SPEED WERE GONNA DO ALPHA PICK UP! NOW MOVE!!!!!!!!!!"

The ship turns around speeding back to earth!


Above our atmosphere

"NOW!" says the watcher as SilverSurfer shoots into our atmosphere toward the bright light over New York City..




Governers Island.



Thor stands in front of Ballistic pissed. His clothes seering from the heat and Alex rising on his feet. "Ready to go again?" says Thor

"yeah" says Alex.

Thor turns his attention toward the sky, and sense a huge power coming there way and he knows its SilverSurfer. But before he can say anything Thor is kicked in the face and gut checked!

Thor rallies himself together and points his hammer towards Ballistic "YOU NEED TO GO!!" he yells at him.

Summoning countless feeds of energy and black hold starts to develop behind Ballistic. Alex looks behind him and see's that its' trying to draw him in!

Silver Surfer lands on the ground Thor gives him sharp look and bashes Surfer off his boards and breaks his board!!!!!

Ballistic stares at Surfer and thinks to himself in that instant "he played me! he was stronger all along!"

Charles and Nightcrawler appear out of nowhere with Talia to get to Alex they see Thor catche Alex off guard and bashes him into the hold closing it as he falls in.

Talia falls to the gound crying "were too late"

Thor looks at surfer and says "You know I wouldn't have allowed you to get that crystal for Galactus. Now GO!"

Charles looks at Thor "you should have waited." Thor looks at Charles "you should never question me."




Sometime later.


Alexander wakes up in hospital room. With a man holding a scalple over his body!

"Sir! Do you want me to continue, Number 142 woke up!" says the scientist.

"PROCEED NOW! MR. LUTHOR SAID START NOW SO START NOW!" yells a Man in the back.

Alex wakes up kicks the scientist off of him with raging power. Runs past two guards and jumps out the window flying in a hospital gown with no shirt and white pants unable to recognize the buildings or his surroundings.


"What in the world is Daily Planet!" he says As he observes 4 figures flying toward him at great speed!
