Index

This shall be the index to all comics involving Ghost Rider. As of right now, I have three series planned. The first set of comics will be Ghost Rider's adventures on MAND. The second set will be a retelling of his backstory. I will be clarifying a few things in history to make it clearer for anyone who threads with him. The third and final section will be collections of one shots and event crossovers.

Ghost Rider
When Johnny Blaze made a deal with the devil to save his father, he become bonded to a Spirit of Vengeance. His only goal in life is to deal vengeance to the sinners of the world and protect the innocent. He is.... the Ghost Rider.

Issue 1: Ride of Freedom

Ghost Rider: Trails of the Past

Plot
Our story opens two years after Johnny Blaze, Dan Ketch, and the other Spirits of Vengeance defeated Zadkiel and prevented him from attaining the power of God. Following Zadkiel's fall, Johnny Blaze went out on his own finally free of any master. He could serve himself and do his duties unsupervised.

Johnny went to the American Midwest, full of open space and freedom. In the open desert, Blaze delivered vengeance to the sinful. However this changed when one afternoon he encountered something he hadn't encountered in years. Blaze was at a bar and had been attacked by a biker gang that he had previously encountered. Ghost Rider handled them easily, which was praised by none other than Satana Hellstrom.

Satana mocked the Rider and told of her delight in killing humans. Ghost Rider battled the half demon and unleashed the potent Penance Stare. Though this was enough to subdue Satana, her own magics allowed her to escape the Rider.

The following morning, Blaze encounters another gang robbing a gas store. Ghost Rider brutally murders all of them, attracting the attentions of Agent Neko of SHIELD. Her initially tries to detain the Rider, but after realizing her attempts would be pointless asks to talk to him. Blaze agrees and goes with her to a restaurant.

At the restaurant, Neko questions the origins of the Rider. Johnny explains that he is an agent of Heaven, upholding his duty of punishing the sinful. However, she confronts his own feelings of neglecting his duty and escaping to the middle of nowhere. After telling him of the oncoming registration, Neko leaves him in anger. Johnny is shaken by the encounter, but realizes what he must do. He will go to New York, to spread the Vengeance of the Ghost Rider.
