The Story thus Far:
One year ago, Victor Von Doom would band together a large group of supervillians such as Loki, Mole Man, Mephisto, Mandarin, Venom, Puppetmaster, just to name a few, to assist him into conquering the world. Doom was almost successful, not only invading most of the world including the Avenger Mansion, but with invading the Shiar Empire, and even Asgard in the process.

That was until SHIELD Commander Colonel Nick Fury would gather an army of superheroes to stop him. A few of these people had consisted of, Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Thor, Elektra, and many more. The mission for the super heroes were not easy at all, infact, they were lucky to win even together. So in the end of the war, Doctor Doom was turned to stone thanks to the Asgard rules, Odin (Thor's father) and now Doctor Doom remains on Asgard locked away as stone. Meanwhile, all the supervillians who had assisted him, were put behind bars on Alcatrez. The heroes around the world working together had made many assume that peace was here in the world at last. So the super heroes would disband and go their separate ways once again, knowing that if the threat was to come back, they would return to take care of it.

One year later, no villian sightings at all. Sure, there were your typical thugs, but no super villians, so life was easy for the heroes. That was until Doctor Octupus had made a comeback and attempted to destroy New York City with nuclear war heads and explosives under bridges. His plan was ruined, thanks to the efforts of a Storm, Plasma, Daredevil, Facedancer, Ms. Marvel, Doctor Strange, Havok, Colossus, Invisible Woman, the Thing, and Wolverine.

Not to mention the sightings of Shocker when he had robbed the bank. He, as well remains on the loose. To avoid anything that had almost happened a year ago, many heroes have returned to their duties once again. The Avengers are once again assembled, while the Fantastic Four only currently consist of Invisible Woman and the Thing. Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch's wearabouts are unknown and they plan on finding out where they are.

There are much more villians making a return, and therfore so are the heroes of Marvel. Enchantress was seen not too long ago in Boston, along with another unknown woman who seems to have the same goals as Enchantress, but rather not share.

So, where does this leave the world? What supervillians are just lurking about, and what superheroes will come out and do something about it?

There is a new team of Avengers and they are forming to be a great team. Captain America remains the leader of the team while Iron Man is second in command. New recruits are coming in, such as the mutant, the X-Man named Wolverine. Rumor has it that Spider-Man as well as MoonKnight are also going to join. And is there any chance for a female hero to join, in order to break up this all boy gang?

With Reed Richards and Johnny Storm missing in action from the Fantastic Four, the Black Panther and a mutant named Plasma have filled in temporary rolls. There is already conflict with the group as disagreements show.

Word has it Norman Osborn is back in town. That's not a very good thing. Though he clearly states that everything he does is for business matters alone, and that business will be taken care of soon....

So exactly what is he planning? Another run as the Green Goblin? Or something much, much worst?

Mephisto has made himself known once again. Will Avengers take action in such short notice? What of the Nuclear Plant in Berlin? Who was behind that? What was Fing Fang Foom's goal on attacking SHIELD? Not to mention, Ultron is back on the scene as well, wanting to destroy the human race and prove that robots are superior.

Where are all these villians coming from all of a sudden? Who will stop them? Will they be stopped?

Tony Stark lies in hospital after a brutal attack on his car. The media are being updated sparsely, but Tony remains unresponsive as of yet..

Norman Osborn's Avengers and his new agency H.A.M.M.E.R have made quite the impression on the public- their hit fast, no nonsense attitude has raised both praise and critisim from heroes and the people alike. Some think he's just what the country needs, while others fear that his business man nature is more prevailant than his will to do good. With his recent unveiling of a desire to 'fix' what he says was a "grave mistake" with his previous Avengers, notable for having lost one to betrayal, Norman has promised that he's going to do right this time - added to Ares, the God of War, and the Sentry, Norman has recruited a team of relatively unknown heroes, picking up a mutant commando from Genosha, called Talon, a member of Xavier's school called Drake and a strange man seeking redemption, known only as Quartermaster.

In addition, the recent break out at the Raft and the subsequent downing of the S.H.I.E.L.D hellicarrier has left the public somewhat dubious of the organisations control over the less favourable areas of the superhuman community. Some claim that they're losing their grip, but S.H.I.E.L.D. Commander Nicholas Fury claims that things are under control and the investigations into these events will not detract from him finding out what happened to Tony Stark.

The work of both of these events was facilitated by none other than Mephisto, who was working with the Juggernaut to bring down the hellicarrier. It was only thanks to a timely intervention from Athena, the Goddess of War that the explosion of the Raft was as minimal as it was. How will the public take these recent turns of events?

In Washington D.C., the president was almost killed by none-other than the Green Gobin... while he was meeting with Norman Osborn! The Iron Patriot fought what the superhero community has long associated to be him, and ended up defeating the monster for all to see - the whole world watched the Green Goblin die at his hands. So who was behind that? Norman obviously had no idea, as he was rushed to hospital for his injuries soon after. Is someone trying to pick off the leaders of the Avengers, one by one?

Meanwhile, T'Challa called a meeting of the heroes in his home in Wakanda, although notably absent were S.H.I.E.L.D and H.A.M.M.E.R agents alike, and Norman Osborn and his Avengers. There they discussed the events that had recently unfolded.

What exactly does this spell for the superhuman community?

Will the Avengers ever find out what happened to Tony? Is Norman Osborn truly out for the good of the people? Are S.H.I.E.L.D. as in control as they claim? Who's going to stop Mephisto's dark deeds?

Well, you are. It's up to you, heroes... Or villains!

It's been over a year since the car incident with Tony Stark had occurred. Today, he wakes up, determined to find out exactly who has attacked and nearly killed him. He forms a team of Avengers, consisting of Captain America, War Machine, Optimus Prime, Spider-Man, and newcomer to the hero community, the Black Rabbit. With this team, the Avengers plan on keeping the world safe once again, as well as finding any clues they can to Tony's attacker. Is Nick Fury hiding something from Iron Man?

After a long disappearance on Reed Richards, it seemed as the Fantastic Four were no more, especially with the events of the Human Torch being controlled by Boliver Trask. However, Reed Richards had returned to Earth, being in the middle of a war on a different planet. Regardless of the tension that were between the Fantastic Four, Reed Richards, his fiance Susan Storm, her brother Johnny Storm, and their good friend Benjamin Grimm had agreed to return as the Fantastic Four, first wanting to help Johnny with his recent events.

Still there were no traces as to who had attacked Norman Osborn in Washington D.C. As of lately though, Osborn stayed hidden, for protection purposes, leaving field command to Ares for the time being. However, could the attack on Iron Man be related to the Iron Patriot in a way? With the recruitment of Venom in the ranks of the Mighty Avengers, the team would grow stronger.

In other recent events, the villian rate continues to rise more and more. Mostly dealings with Mephisto continue, and getting worse everyday, even now to the point where the demon has all heroes from all sides coming to bargain for the life of Jean Grey. Can she be saved, or is it too late?

Beyond Earth, another threat awaits, and soon will embark on the planet. When? And when will anyone find out?
