Hey Villains

Who are all the active villains here? And do we want to collaborate into some sort of loose-knit team or something so we don't have to fight at like 6 to 1 odds or something?

Not a villian, but I think this will be a good way to get a villian faction going on. Villians are getting really popular over the past few weeks so anything is possible.

[Wrecker]

Me and I work best as part of a team.

Any mastermind type villains out there want to start the Masters of Evil?

Instead of relying on a mastermind to start it, you guys could always gather up what you could. Put together a whole bunch of the superthugs (no insult meant), and have you all fight for control until someone else comes along to unify you all.

[Sandblaster]

Hmmm...I wouldn't describe Sandblaster as a thug, he is a scientist as well as a warrior. But I know what you mean. We need a character with a knack for leadership to really unify us. I could have Sandblaster secretly contact all the villains that want in, and we could go from there. He wouldn't want to be the leader anyway, and if he did, I doubt he could do it.

*sighs* Everybody always wants to start a union. Works well for heroes, but villain team ups usually don't go as well. I'll stay solo.

Eh, I could be persuaded either way. I have an ego and a reputation to think about though.

Well of course we wouldn't work great together. But look at what usually happens in the posts. Wrecker is outnumbered by how much lol? We just need some sort of anti-avenger/anti-dark avenger/anti- SHIELD team, so we don't always have to fight so many at once, you know? An yes, Juggernaut, I know you o fine by yourself, but remember the cellular paralysis fluid when you read this, okay?

I'm not saying its a bad idea. But not all villains are team players to that extent, or would really be considered an ally by other villains. Plenty of villains have their own beefs about silly stuff.

It's not a bad idea per say. It's just that it doesn't make sense for most villians to be grouped together.

Take Mephisto for instance. The only way he's going to join a group, is if he basically can control everyone there. Admittingly, there's several ways he could probably get that control (paying Juggernaut in diamonds is one such example), but he's not likely to take the time and energy to actually get you all together, when you serve him better seperately.

[Selene]

Selene (on MAND) is mostly solo... She's the Black Queen but I dont think my other HFC members are here.. tho I think we should fix. The Hellfire Club has had some dealings with the avengers and captain america.. even Hulk at times.

But Selene alone can best some of the most powerful. In comics, she won in a battle of pure power against a teamed up magneto and Dr. Doom.... So She can take on a strike team and give a pretty good fight.... tho she usually runs when she knows she cannot win.

[Arc]

Well Arc is no villian but he is also no hero.. he like to teeter between the two and help those who he can gain something from, and does nothing for free. His powers over the elements can hopefully give a few out there a run for there money but since he is a semi-original character then I do not know how he wouldd stand up to anyone with out rping it out.

I like the idea but villians are unpredictable and only looking out for number one, if they do form a group much like the hellfire clun there will be hidden agendas and plenty of backstabbing bound to happen. I mean come on your are all villians with seperate agendas... heros have one goal.. world peace.

If a group would be formed and it could work as one then Arc would be interested.. if it pays right

If there were a group, who would run it? Would it be a survival of the fittest scenario, where the strongest leads, or some sort of democracy?

[Mephisto]

Could you see a democracy working with villians? I mean, even if it didn't start out as a survival of the fittest, it'd end up that way in a democracy. There's too many villians willing to kill anyone that disagrees with them, and most of them would try without thinking about it.

I think the only way there's going to be a cohesive group of villians is if someone powerful and intelligent comes along to basically lay claim to the less organized villians. And even then, the leader is goingt o need some form of plan to keep them together.

Another note, the person who puts this together also needs to be able to handle themselves. Because on screw up, and villains tend to get really, really angry.
