The day was busy, as usual, and the criminals were active, as usual. A man had just killed a woman he was trying to mug in the alleyway, and Spider-Man was zipping after him. It was funny, criminals always ran when they saw the red and blue spandex, though in truth, so would Spider-Man if he could, they were itchy and well, that's enough on that subject. Chasing after the criminal in the air, he shot a line of webbing, it missing the guy and instead getting a traffic light, though luckily it didn't hide any of the actual lights. Now that would have been a disaster, one he would have to handle before he continued his pursuit of the murderer. He kept his eyes on the man, following him carefully, turning when he did.
Come on Spidey, you've never had this much trouble catching someone before. It's like he knows what I'm going to do next!
That couldn't be possible, this man was just a normal thug, right? Finally the man turned into another alleyway, and Spider-Man quickly zipped to a wall. Wall-Crawling towards the man, Spider-Man used the shadows as he seemed trapped. He just watched the man, something being off, no sign of frustration in the dead end. Lowering himself by his webbing, Spidey came to a halt right in front of him, and grabbed the man's shoulders. Suddenly the gun impacted with Spider-Man's head, and the man fled from the alleyway. Was this his plan from the beginning? Feeling a bit dazed, Spider-Man continued his pursuit, once more Web-Slinging from building to building, chasing after the man.
Note to Self: This guy isn't your typical murderer. Next time you've got him cornered, don't sneak up on him, take him out.

A rift formed at the end of the alley, and a red hand snapped out. The murder was grabbed by the throat, and lifted easily off the ground, as a red body emerged from the rift. A smiling, full-lipped mouth, and white glowing eyes were the eye-catching parts of the face that came through. Panicking the man began shooting his gun at the muscular, feminine body. Bullets compacted against the red skin and fell to the ground with no apparent effect. The being didn't even flinch. When the clip ran dry, the man tried to scream for help, but his throat was too tightly constricted. With an almost casual flick of the wrist, the man was thrown from her grasp, slamming into a wall; spiderweb cracks appearing in the stone from the force of impact.
"You seem to be having an off day, Peter," The red skinned being said as she fully left the rift and it sealed behind her, "Anything I can help with?"
As she stood there, the being's skin warped and changed. Instead of red, bare skin, a black dressed formed over her breasts, and slid down to cover her body; somewhat. It was a very revealing dress with a V neck that showed the inside of her breasts, and went all the way down to her navel, showing her toned stomach and belly button. Her arms and back were bare, and the skirt seemed to just barely cover her pelvis, and still had small slits on the side. Her heels were six inch spikes, that really weren't needed to show off her dangerously attractive hips. Her hair was long, and crimson, and lay just above her shoulders, framing her perfectly oval face. Her almond eyes remained glowing white, and her skin was a dark cherry red. Her entire body seemed to scream sex appeal and perfection.
"Come, keep a girl company," She teased playfully, as she turned towards the alley, walking away,"Don't want a helpless thing like me to get raped, do we?"

"Whoa, hang on a minute, how do you know my name?" He landed in front of her, and simply seemed oblivious to how she handled the murderer.
He was half-tempted to remove his mask since she already knew who he was, but he kept it on for other reasons. Suddenly her appearance changed, and a very revealling dress flowed over her body. Was this woman a mutant, or was she something else? Part of him wanted nothing more than to pretend he never saw this woman and get the hell outta here, but this was Peter, that wasn't possible. His curiosity was perhaps his biggest weakness, and he finally turned his attention fully on her, keeping mind that her eyes weren't down, they were almost level with his own. Occasionally his head would be seen dropping a fraction of an inch, enough to see the exposed insides of her breasts, but his head would almost instantly snap back up to attention, staring at her.
"I wouldn't call you helpless, but this spider can give you company." His voice cracked a bit, his focus purely on not being an idiot.
He wanted to get out of this costume, especially if he was going to provide company for this woman. He couldn't be seen in his costume being a personal 'escort' for anyone, and that meant he needed to change. Though he knew that wasn't possible in this alleyway, it would be too weird to see Spider-Man enter and Peter Parker exit. Waving to the woman, he quickly left the alleyway as Spider-Man, swinging over to the top of another building, which happened to be the Daily Bugle. Luckily for him, he had a backpack hidden in one of the maintenance closets that had his clothes in it, for times like this. Running out of the building, ignoring his co-workers who were questioning how why he was here on his day off, he crossed the street to meet the woman at the end of the alleyway.
"Alright, I'm ready whenever you are. Wait, what's your name?" He spoke quietly, now standing right beside her.
He stood there with a backpack on now, knowing she'd know his costume was in it. She knew too much for someone he just met, yet then again, someone people always knew his identity. Either by him telling them, or them being some cosmic being or a psychic, or by him being caught off-guard, stunned, and his mask removed. Oh, the joys of being a crime-fighter in New York city, everyone either loved you or hated you, and thanks to Jameson, most people hated you. Oh well, what more could you to to give yourself a 'good image?' He's keep about his business, stopping crime and preventing invasions of any kind. This woman though, something was really strange about her, and he wanted to know more.
Why do I sense she's going to be nothing but trouble?

When Peter finally made his way back, the woman was waiting for him. Her arms were crossed under her breasts, pushing them up so they looked about ready to burst out of the dress. In fact, for a second, it almost looked like there was a hint of... But she lowered her arms as he approached, and they fell back into place in her dress; still halfway visible for all to see. As Peter got closer to her, she smiled, and looped her arm around his; lightly brushing her breasts against his arm as she did so.
"I am Lelith, with an 'e' not an 'i.' I am not that fanged upstart who's obsessed with her own father," She told him as they began walking, impressing onto him that she was not the daughter of Dracula, "I know your name because it is my nature to know things. I am quite good at reading minds, and might I say, you're quite good at keeping a straight face when your thoughts would make some sailors blush."
She was teasing him, of course. She did catch occasional flashes of what he was trying to suppress though, and it made her chuckle to herself. As they walked down the sidewalk, they got more than their fair share of looks. There were even some whistles, and cat calls. At least three men patted Peter on the shoulder, and spoke congratulations. Lelith played into it, making sure her body was pressed close to his, and that their arms were intertwined. An amused smile curled her lips.
"So how goes the crime fighting Peter?" Lelith asked, seeming perfectly casual as they strolled along, "Are you generally having this much trouble, or was this an off day?"

"Well, Lelith is a lovely name, and it's good to know you're not Dracula's daughter at least. That would be entirely creepy you know, hanging out with the daughter of Dracula." He spoke with a smile at first, and then took on a joking tone as he talked about hanging with Dracula's daughter.
He blushed as she made mention of his thoughts, but come on, who wouldn't be thinking these things with her around their arm? The pats on his shoulder and the congratulatory remarks made him actually blush, though a certain thought crossed his mind. If MJ were to catch him with this woman around his arm, she's probably be furious with him. The thought immediately left his mind as her body pressed closer to his own, officially thankful he was out of his spandex costume. This woman sure make normal conversation difficult to keep up with, and from the curled smile upon her lips, she knew that fact full well.
"Crime fighting goes good, but today was just an off day. Though, maybe it wasn't so off since you came to my rescue." He spoke quietly, not wanting others to hear his discussion of crime fighting.

"Oh, I wouldn't call it rescue. I just happened to pop out at the right time," Lelith waved it off casually, "I'm just glad I managed to get dressed before you got the whole picture. Of course, then your fantasies might be more accurate. I look much better than that when I'm naked."
He seemed alright with crime-fighting. That made sense. He was young, and he was able. He wouldn't have had the time to get dragged down by it yet. Of course, it was still possible he harbored the right type of feelings. She'd get to that later. She couldn't help but flash a larger smile as he thought of MJ though. There were many ways she could twist his mind now. If she determined she wanted too.
As they came to a corner, Lelith turned suddenly, her strength leading Peter with her. She didn't say where she was leading him, but then, he hadn't asked either. She hadn't quite decided yet herself. The first thought was a club, but it seemed awfully early in the day for that. So, maybe a nice meal at a five star resturant. She happened to have one in mind.
"Your girlfriend looks like a sexy little minx. She ever get tired of you being off fighting crime? Maybe I should pay her a visit or two," Lelith commented, her voice playful, "And if you start getting tired of crime-fighting, you might come home to more fun."

"I'm sure you do, but hey, where are we going?" In typical Parker fashion, he changed subjects to advert his own thoughts.
He looked over at her, being pulled in the direction she turned, and just stared at her. He didn't even want to think of what she was talking about, mainly due to not wanting to picture it. He just kept his mind off the thought, though it was quite difficult, after all Peter was a man. He finally forced the thought aside, at least for the time being, and looked over at Lelith. She definitely was a curious young woman, and he wanted to know more. Something about her wasn't exactly normal either, and he wasn't referring to her dark cherry red skintone. No, she had powers, but he didn't think she'd openly reveal them to her. Something about her seemed familiar, though he couldn't quite put his fingers on it.
"So, Lelith, tell me a bit about yourself. It's clear that you have powers, mind telling me about them too?" He was curious, and he blamed the 'geek' part of him for that.

"When we get inside, sure," Lelith nodded to a door that a few other people were lined up in front of, "Guess we better get you a little better dressed though."
Lelith stopped and spun Peter around so she was looked at him. She had a critical look on her face, like many fashion designers must often use. Then she clapped her hands together, and Peter's clothes instantly changed. Instead of basic street clothes, he was wearing a very fine, tailored suit. The shirt Peter could feel against his skin was red silk, and the pants and jacket were both dark black. Ruby cufflinks, in addition to ruby buttons adorned his jacket and shirt. There was no tie, Lelith didn't like ties, but his shoes were also black, and likely fine leather. With her hands, she gently pushed him into the proper stance, so he actually looked like he belonged in such a suit.
"Muuch better. And don't worry about your other clothes. They're in a safe place. Now come on," Taking his arm again, Lelith lead Peter up to the door, past all the other couples there.
"Excuse me sir and madaam, but you are not..." The man at the door, likely a maitre'd started, before Lelith suddenly cut him off.
"This is Peter Parker, and I am his date. I believe you have a table waiting for us," Lelith stated quite casually, though there seemed to be a steel thread of force in her voice.
The man immediately flushed, and began apologizing profusely, "Ooh! Yes! I am so sorry sir, I did not recognize you. Please, please, follow this young man. He will take you to the reserved booth. I apologize again."
Lelith meerly nodded to the man, and lead Peter into the resturant. A young man bowed to them, and began walking. This resturant was different from most; designed for privacy from onlookers and listeners. Instead of tables, and chairs, all one could really see were booths. Booths whose walls happened to be mirrors, and whom were also soundproof. Lelith and Spidey were lead to one, and bowed inside. Lelith thanked the man and stepped in, pulling Peter with her.
Inside was a room with a low couch that seemed to be made of soft silk, and comfortable cushioning. It's color was a bright red, usually reserved for the color of red roses and Valentine's boxes. In front of this was a table that seemed to be made of white marble, with silver veins running through it. On top of the table were two menus. Lelith let go of Peter to go sit on the couch, and patted the seat for him to come sit next to her. She was smiling, seeming thoroughly amused with this place.
"Sit down, place your order, and then we can talk about my powers," She told him with a pleasant smile, sitting so her revealing dress showed the entirety of her legs, and even giving him a good peak at her thighs, "And anything else you happen to have in mind."

"Woah, I'm not a suit guy, come on!" He spoke quickly, though was forced into the right posture.
He felt strange in a suit, and was simply guided into the restaurant with Lelith. Since when did he have a reservation here, hell, he'd have to hit Tony up for some cash to visit this place. Oh man, not only did this woman 'help' him catch the criminal, but now she was making him buy her a meal to thank her? Shaking his head, he just followed the young man to their table, looking at the layout carefully. So, this place was meant for private meetings and to be seen out in public, no doubt the Kingpin frequented this place. Entering their room, Peter watched her sit, and hesitantly took the seat beside her. Watching her carefully, he noticed how she sat, revealing her legs and giving him a glimpse of her thigh.
Focus Peter, focus now!
He looked at the menu, and all he could tell was he'd be broke after this. He sighed heavily, and looked at the waiter approached. He simply ordered water to drink, a dumb look on his face as he stared at the menu. Right about now, he could go for a good ol' sloppy burger at the diner he and MJ frequent, and just put the menu down. Sliding it towards Lelith, he just mentally shrugged, deciding to put his food fate in her hands. He wanted a steak, but he wanted chicken, then again he wanted some fish. That was the problem with these types of restaurants, too many choices that you got a headache just from looking at the menu. He began to wonder what she'd get, though deciding he probably didn't want to think about that, he adverted his attention to his surroundings.
"First, whatever you order for me, I'll eat. I can't make up my mind. Second, why did you choose this place, the privacy?" Though he was curious, his voice only showed how determined he was for an answer.

"Oh jeez! I'm paying you dunce. I'm not foolish enough to ever expect you to have this kind of money," She playfully shoved him before looking at the waiter, "We'll take one medium rare half pound steak. Tell the chef to use his tangiest sauce. I think he'd prefer the fried chip potatoes; don't argue. And maybe some broccoli with some shredded cheese on top. I will have the Alaskan salmon with butter shrimp, and a Cajun coating. No potatoes; but a roll and some broccoli for me would be nice. No salads. Bring a bottle of your finest to drink."
The waiter looked as if he was about to argue a few points with the lady, but Lelith proved to have a very stern gaze, and he seemed to nearly flee the room. The door closed, and they were left in silence, and alone finally. Lelith leaned back on the couch, resting her feet against Peter's thigh. Somehow her heels had slipped off in the few seconds she'd been ordering, even though she hadn't bent down to undo them and pull them off herself. Her perfectly formed feet must have been quite skilled.
"I chose this place for a variety of reasons; it was close, has good food, and yes it is quite private," She told him truthfully, as she rested her head on the armrest opposite Peter's, "Now answer a question for me; after all it's only fair. Why did you accompany me here?"

Wow, she's definitely not the helpless type.
Her feet were now resting against his thigh, and she was laying down on the couch, and man was Peter having a difficult time focusing. He couldn't even remember what she had ordered him to be honest, but he focused on that to shift his thoughts. It was a steak, though he couldn't remember how she ordered it, medium rare? His sides were fried chip potatoes, and what was the other one? He knew it was a veggie, he also knew it was green, but what had she gotten? Remembering it was broccoli, he just sighed in relief, also noting the cheese she ordered on top of it. He now had something that was actively distracting him, remembering what the heck she ordered.
Then her question came, and out of a force of habit, he turned to look at her. Dammit, he did it again, he looked at her and now he was focused solely on her. It's like she enjoyed the attention, enjoyed toying with him and pointing out his thoughts. He didn't show any annoyance on his face, though neither did he smile when he looked at her. In all honesty, he didn't know what he was feeling, though he knew it was around the ballpark of a mixture of annoyance and.....joy. This woman had looks that killed, and she knew it. He pondered her question, not even sure why he accompanied her in all honesty. Perhaps he did so because she asked, or perhaps he had a a secret desire to flaunt her as his own?
"Actually, I don't know why I did. I guess it's because I got a feeling I should. After all, you did ask me to keep you company." His answer wasn't sarcastic, but in fact simply a statement.
It was perhaps rare for Parker to answer a question and not be sarcastic, unless of course your name was Aunt May or Mary Jane Watson. Lifting his glass, Peter took a drink of water, his attention once more diverting from her. He seemed to lose his focus each time he looked over at her, but then again, from the looks of things she wanted him to. Shaking his head a bit, he looked around, wondering when the waiter would come back. With a quiet sigh, he relaxed a bit, and just looked over at her. He couldn't help but try and figure out what she wanted, but then again, perhaps she was just this flirty with everyone? She had the sex-appeal of Jen, and she flaunted it in the same manner. What was it with the women later, did they all just seem to want a bit of Spider-Man?

Lelith was watching him, and knew she was being quite distracting. She raised one of her legs, and crossed it over the other one. She may have been flirtatious, but she wasn't about to have sex with just anyone. That wasn't her style. Besides, she needed him capable of talking. To accomodate this, her dress altered. It became longer, stretching to her knees; though on both sides a slit went all the way up to her thighs. Additionally, the V-neck altered, narrowing slightly so it wasn't showing quite as much breast, though it still dipped all the way down her chest and muscluar belly to show her navel.
"Does that make it slightly easier to think?" She asked, smiling at him, despite her foot still resting against his outer thigh, "I believe you had a question for me Peter? Something about my powers?"
She knew he had asked, and she knew exactly what he had asked. She'd prefer it if he asked again though. He will probably have altered his question by now. It made sense that the more he saw and knew, the more he'd specify his questions. He already knew she was strong, could create portals, and apparently control clothes. She smiled at a sudden thought of what she could do with those powers... She could, after all, take clothes away just as easily as she could make them. She couldn't help but wonder how much Peter would fluster if she decided to do something... Mean.

"That makes it easier, yes it does." It seemed he was going to speak after that, but he came to an awkward halt.
Suddenly the waiter appeared, and just looked at the two, rolling his eyes. Following the man's eyes, Peter noticed he was staring at Lelith's feet on his thigh, and then innocently waved his hands. The waiter put the food down, making sure they had everything they needed, and then popped the cork of the wine, putting two glasses on the table. Filling them up, Peter just looked at him as the bottle was put in a bucket of ice, and then the waiter disappeared. Shrugging, Peter looked at the wine glasses, and then back to Lelith, knowing what she was getting to. She had powers, that much he knew, what with her strength, portal opening, and the ability to alter her clothes at will?
"How'd you get your powers? Were you born with them, or was it through a freak accident?" He just stared at her as he asked this, taking a full note of her new appearance.

"I was born with the ability to create portals. Through some mishap, I ended up in a place where my physiology and biology and mental abilities were greatly altered," She told him, sounding truthful enough, "I'm still not positive of the full extent of my powers. I can summon objects, have near invulnerability to damage, am quite strong and fast. I even seem capable of making slight alterations to reality; such as I did with my clothes just now. I also seem to have some psionic potential."
As she stated this, her plate rose into the air. The salmon and buttered shrimp were still steaming, and a fork also flew over to her. Setting the plate, which was undoubtedly hot, on her stomach, she took a small bite of the butter and cajun spiced salmon. She let out a satisfied sound, that could almost be considered a moan, as she chewed the delicious fish. Her fork picked up a piece of shrimp, and it slipped past her black cherry lips, and she almost squeeled in exclamation.
"Oooh I'd forgotten how good this food is..." She admitted to Peter as she ate a few more tender bites, her wine glass suddenly floating over to her, "I hope you enjoy your food. As I remember, their steaks are pretty decent as well."

"Sounds interesting enough, though I think there's more to it than that, I'll leave it at that." He spoke quietly, watching her carefully.
Something was definitely strange about her, though he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Suddenly, the plate levitated and landed on her stomach, and even the fork floated towards her. Sigh a gasp, one that said he was worried, he just sat there. He wasn't worried about her safety, he gathered the plate wouldn't do anything, he was worried about being exposed. If the waiter came in and saw her using her powers, surely he'd think Peter was a hero was well, and it would lead to one question after another. Sighing, he watched her eat the salmon, a slight blush appearing as she almost moaned as she ate it. Cutting into his steak, Peter slipped a piece into his mouth, a simply smile spreading across his face.
"It really is good! So tell me Lelith, what is next on your little agenda? What do you have in store for me next?" Though Peter had just met her, he found himself wanting to spend more time with her.
He continued eating his steak, and even ate the majority of his broccoli after the second bite of steak. Eating a couple of the fried chip potatoes, he finished off his broccoli, and went back to eating his steak. She seemed to be trying to get him to relax, and who was he kidding, he probably needed the relaxation. Casually sliding his hand up her leg, it came to a rest on her knee, and he just continued eating one-handed, almost acting as if his hand wasn't on her knee. He kept quiet, putting his fork down to take a sip of his wine. He couldn't see why Tony seemed to adore this stuff, it just tasted like a fancy grape juice to him, but oh well. He took another sip, and then sat the glass down.
