Life as an Avenger was a lot different from being at home. The Black Panther was the sole protector of the country of Wakanda, and protecting not only the people, but also the rare mineral, Vibranium, that Wakanda has. That mineral was the main reason why Wakanda was such a wealthy country in Africa, and it was something that T'Challa was very proud of. He knew his father would be proud that he had taken the role of the Black Panther to good measures and went to the best schools to make sure he had the knowledge to advance the country.
So T'Challa would make his way into the third floor of the Avenger Mansion. He had worn his Black Panther suit, only except the mask he did not have on his face. His identity would be kept safe with the people in the mansion who he has been getting along well with. He was still surprised that he was officially the second in command of the Avengers. It surprised him even more that he was close to leading the team all together. He had no idea that the heroes such as Ms. Marvel or Iron Man had respected him as much.
Though now it was time to check on Wakanda. No, T'Challa was not going to head out in the Quinjet for a trip, he was going to use the communication system that was stored on the third floor. He had approached the large monitor with the controls, setting it to get in contact with the Wakanda communications.
Upon the screen, his sister, Shuri, would appear, happy to see her brother. "T'Challa, I see that you decided to check on us?" T'Challa would respond, "Of course, my sister. Is everything okay in Wakanda." he would ask, knowing that he now had two duties, as a King, and as an Avenger. He had to balance the two of them.
"Everything is fine just as you left it. Though I must ask you when you are returing home?" It was a question he could not answer. Now being with the Avengers, and much responsibility, there was no way he could do that right now. "I doubt it will be anytime soon, we have our own problems here, though you know that I am always available if you all need me." His sister would smile with a nod. "Take care brother," she would respond. "You as well." the conversation would end then, as T'Challa would take a deep breath, mostly for a sign of relief with much to be concerned for.

Matthew Murdock, not the Daredevil, was walking the hallways of the Avenger mansion, casual attire that he wore to the previous meeting and all. He was trying to be familiar and comfortable with his surroundings. He had been walking around the vast place for quite a while. He managed to find his way to all points of interest to where the Avengers would possibly be called to. He then walked on the thrid floor and couldn't help but notice two distinct voices, both with a heavy african voice. "Ahh, T'Challa," he said as he neared the voice. He picked up his cane to stop the clicking.
He then noticed that it was a woman he was talking to, his sister. He slid into the room and leaned against the wall to the side so he wouldn't be seen. Matthew waited for the communication to be over before speaking, he wasn't rude, "Ah, T'Challa, or should I say second in command?" he said with a sarcastic vocie as he made his presence known.

T'Challa would look to the direction of a voice, the voice that had belonged to the Daredevil, which at the moment, was Matthew Murdock. "Oh! Matthew!" he was caught off guard, not even his senses detected the man. He was a sneaky one indeed, but it was not a problem at all. He grinned as he made the joke of being second in command of the team. "Heh, you startled me for a second. I was just speaking with my sister from Wakanda." he thought of it for the minute, of the conversation. He would have to return home eventually, but that did not mean that he could not make peace and even friendship with other heroes. Then whenever he would need the help, chances were, they would arrive to help.
He had a lot of respect for Matthew. For the fact that he did not allow a disability to stop him from helping people. T'Challa could not imagine anything without his sight, especially as the Black Panther. This was the man that put Kingpin and Bullseye to shame, just examples of the many that were brought to justice from the Daredevil. "I am assuming that you are getting familar with the mansion, am I correct?" he asked. It was something the king of Wakanda never had the chance to do yet.
