Adamatco...

The name appeared at the top of many must have lists for big names looking to branch into a new culture of expertise. The only factory known in the Western Hemisphere to use adamantium and to coat objects with it. Be it a thin layer it still added it's own bonus when applied to such things as bullets, knives, bullet proof vests and other various things. There were multiple offers to the company and why they would refuse when they were constantly bombarded by villainous attacks was beyond Wilson. He saw no reason for them to stay in business yet they did and if the money was right they would coat whatever you wanted in adamantium. The possibilities were endless with this kind of technique and technology. Fisk wanted it more than anything.

His limo approached the gates surrounding the entire building as a security officer approached the car. Stepping out of the car, Fisk stretched his arms out for the man to frisk him. The driver as well was frisked. The entire car was searched and gone through for any weapons or contraband and as the men finished the head man walked over to Fisk and with a nod he spoke.

"They're expecting you Mr. Fisk. They don't like to be kept waiting so it would be wise to proceed hastily," the man spoke as Fisk climbed back into the limo. The driver drove on through as the gates opened and made his way to a parking spot, Fisk didn't wait for him as he opened his own door and climbed out heading for the entrance. Buzzing in at the main door, Fisk waited for a reply. A receptionist came on and spoke to the Kingpin. "They are expecting you, please proceed to the safety area upon entering. After the clicking noise give the door a slight push and it will open."

Fisk did as he was told, after the clicking noise went off he pushed on the door and watched as it swung open. A yellow line on the floor along with a sign on the wall let him know if he followed it closely it would lead him to the safety area where all non-employees were to go before entering into the main facility. Upon entering a room Fisk noticed the goggles and hard-hats hanging from a rack. He placed a pair on as he heard a voice come over the intercom system. "Mister Fisk, I am going to lead you through the factory and to our meeting offices. If you follow the yellow line and pay attention to the signs you will arrive here shortly. Please move onto the ground floor of our operations to begin." The voice said as he walked through the door. It was beautiful, the sight of liquified adamantium and the heat of keeping it that way. Fisk could feel the power he could gain with this facility. Making his way along the yellow line and following the signs, Fisk found himself at the double doors leading into the meeting office. Pushing them open, he walked in while removing the hardhat and goggles.

"Welcome Mr. Fisk, it is a pleasure to finally meet you in person," Said Mr. Minoto. He bowed, acknowledging Fisk's entrance and Fisk returned his gesture with a bow as well. "Thank you for having me here Mr. Minoto, I do believe these our key members from your board?" Fisk asked as he nodded to the remaining people sitting before him. Mr. Minoto motioned for Fisk to move to the head of the table where everyone seated would be able to hear what it is he wished to speak with them about but what none of them knew was how far Wilson was willing to go.

"Well, before we begin I would like to thank you all for having me here. This facility is magnificent and I do believe you have honored me with letting me into you humble abode. Now, onward to business," Fisk said as he placed a cigar between his lips. "As some of you may know I've buying stock in your very company hoping to gain enough shares to be a prospective member on your board for various reasons. Firstly being that I could help move you all into a new direction and secondly, well this is a lucrative business and as an exquisite businessman how could I pass on an opportunity such as this one?"

What you may not know though is why I'm standing here before you Mr. Minoto but it would seem that the time has come to talk of many things. Especially since most of these men upon your board are no longer members of your board. You see, when I said I was buying shares in your company it was not the same shares as which you sell to the public. I was purchasing the rights to your company from your board-members. I simply gave them an offer they couldn't refuse along with them keeping their positions as my advisers and matching their annual salary. You see Mr. Minoto you are the last remaining shareholder on the board, excluding myself ofcourse. Though you may hold the remaining fifty-five percent I hold forty-five. Now I would like to offer you the same satisfaction as these men before us, I will pay you for your shares, if all you wish to sell is ten then so be it. But I will still give you your annual gross along with a shared profit from the company. You all continue as if business were the same and no one knows I was here. What do you think, Mr. Minoto?"

Fisk gave the man some time to think it over and took a seat at the table. The other men were satisfied with their offers. A set amount with a guaranteed gross amount each fiscal year. It was an offer no man in his right mind could deny, the money was there and they kept their positions all they lost was their shares but no one would know exactly what was going on except for the men sitting in that room. Mr. Minoto stood up and looked to other members of his board then to Wilson. "Mr. Fisk, I see no reason as to why I should accept or deny your offer. You have placed nothing before me to guarantee a benefit in this transaction excluding the money," Mr. Minoto answered as Fisk chuckled a little before removing the cigar from his lips.

"What I guarantee is the protection of your skills and the safekeeping of my investment. I will pay to have our work here relocated and off the map as a gesture of my kindness in this merger. We will be top-secret and sanctioned. I will personally see to it we are protected from any threat, foreign or domestic along with any villainous creatures that may try to steal what is ours, all you need to do is sign this binding contract and all of your fears will be set aside and all you will have to do is collect your money and save face with the employees," Fisk said as he slid the contract across the table. Looking it over Mr. Minoto pulled a pin from his shirt-pocket.

"Mister Fisk, you have a deal. Upon the relocation and set up of new facility Adamatco is officially under new ownership," Mr. Minoto said as he gave Fisk another bow. Finishing with signing the contract it was returned to Wilson as handshakes were given to everyone there. Wilson moved towards the door and gave a slight bow before exiting the building. Everything was falling into place and before anyone would know it Kingpin would be at the top of the pyramid.
