Victoria is a beautiful woman of decent height, though she prefers high-heels for the enhanced height. Her hair style often changes due to her lifestyle as an Agent and her need for constant change. She is a natural brunette. Her facial features appear as if she were a model and her eyes are much like a girl next doors in the light shade of brown, though her facial expressions are often serious. Her general stance is one of confidence showing how eager she is to work. She takes a bit of pride in her appearance as a girly girl, maintaining her fingernails and toenails at all times. She has never been seen without makeup as well.

Clothing: Victoria is very fashionable and pays close attention to her day to day attire. Her clothing ALWAYS involves high-heels no matter of the occasion. She enjoys wearing brand names of the high class such as Prada, Dior, and Marc Jacobs. Usually, she is dressed in a business attire of slacks and a dress shirt, which may reveal a bit of cleavage. She is very fond of dressy skirts as well, however. Sometimes, when she is off the clock, her attire may be a bit more bold and colorful, making her stand out physically among a crowd. In combat, she maintains the stilettos with black pants and a top, which reveals her back. It is made of a special microfiber armor which allows for flexibility as well as protection.

Powers: The basis of Victoria’s abilities is her mind’s ability to manipulate matter on the microscopic level. The exact science of her abilities have not been studied extensively, but it is believed that her abilities come from the mental ability to transform potential energy into kinetic energy. There are many possible manifestations of her abilities, but they are often not able to be used in offense. The most common manifestation is in the manipulation of vapors/air. The gas state of matter has the highest level of kinetic energy which makes it the easiest to manipulate. The particles in the gas state are moving very fast and through her manipulation of kinetic energy, she is able to control air. This ability is limited to her sight/the immediate area.

The first manifestation of Victoria appeared when she suddenly caused water to boil, increasing the kinetic energy and causing it to transform into a gas state. Because of the nature of the liquid and solid states of matter, they are much more difficult to manipulate and she cannot manipulate them like a reality warper. To increase the kinetic energy, it saps her own energy even though she is able to transform potential into kinetic. (note that she is not able to cause such an increase in kinetic energy to unstable levels such as Gambit). It would be impossible for her to turn a solid state piece of matter, at any size, into the gas state. Depending on the resting amount of kinetic energy, she may be able to transform matter up or down one state of matter. To do this, her abilities kinetic energy may manifest in forms of heat from the object in which she is manipulating. For example, if she were changing water into water vapor, the temperature of that water would have to reach the boiling point.

Potentially, she could also use her manipulation to break or form bonds between atoms/molecules, but in order to do so would drain excessive amounts of energy.

Because her abilities are on the microscopic level, she is not able to move large objects with her mind. With a significant increase of energy (something like Cerebro), it could be theoretically possible to manipulate matter in such a way, but under no ordinary circumstances could she manipulate massive matter in such a way.

The plasma state of matter has the greatest amount of kinetic energy and may also be manipulated by Victoria. This ability is mostly limited to decreasing the kinetic energy due to the already high kinetic energy. Because of the extent of the energy, manipulating(movement) of plasma’s like lightning and fire are not possible with her own energy.

Her abilities are only microscopic and the manipulation is of atoms/molecules. Because of that, the more massive the particles or mass of an object, the more energy it takes for her to manipulate it (whether it is increasing/decreasing PE and KE or moving the molecules).

Summary-Victoria’s abilities manifest as phase changes(which vary depending on the mass) but mostly as wind manipulation due to the already high kinetic energy. The wind is also less powerful when it is a greater distance away from her.


Weakness: The microscopic nature of her abilities can be viewed as a weakness because if it were more macroscopic, she would be able to manipulate masses and objects in more destructive ways.

The mass of an object determines the amount of energy needed to manipulate (in any way).
Pressure also has an effect on her abilities. The greater the pressure of air, the more energy it takes to manipulate. However, the lesser pressure of wind may become less destructive. For example, incredibly high altitudes cannot be manipulated as much. And a higher pressure means more mass in a smaller unit of measure which relates back to the weakness dealing with more mass. Under normal air conditions, she is unaffected by pressure.

Personality: Victoria Lennox is VERY serious when it comes to her job. It is the number one priority in her life and it shows. She rarely lets her sense of humor show when she is on any sort of mission or work related job. Outside of her work life, she is still very focused on her career. She always wants bigger and better things and has little time for a personal life. She has been referred to as being robotic in nature, but that isn’t who she truly is, only the exterior.

On the inside, Victoria loves the spotlight and thrives on praise. She may come off as arrogant, but she is not intentionally. She has had very few friends in her life and may seem awkward to individuals when first getting to know a person. She trusts no one throughout her life, possibly due to the espionage nature of her job reflecting back onto her personality.


History: Victoria was born into a more wealthy family in the outskirts of London, England. Her father was an engineer whose goal in life was to buy a Bentley, which he did. She was given the best of education and proved to be very talented at whatever she did. She loved to sing in front of a crowd, and she even worked some as a model after high school. She attended Oxford University, but never accomplished anything. During her time in college, she enlisted with the Government Agency of S.T.R.I.K.E., similar to S.H.I.E.L.D.

Victoria’s mutant abilities manifested a bit later than most girls due to her late start into puberty. It started in a bout of emotion caused by boy problems. After locking herself in the bathroom and running bathwater, she curled up and cried into the warm water. Soon after, the water began boiling, causing her to become quite startled. Discovering the emotional trigger, she quietly began taming it. Her abilities had no destructive nature in the beginning stages, but as time went on, she learned to harness her power into destructive winds with relative ease.

Throughout her teenage/high school years, she became proficient in her use of the mutant ability, as well as keeping it secret from her family and friends.

Joining STRIKE only helped her develop skills in her manifestations. After only a couple of years, she rose quite high in the rankings. With her desire for more, she left STRIKE after years of leading her own sector of STRIKE and petitioned for membership in S.H.I.E.L.D. to work with the international community instead of the United Kingdom. There, she hoped to learn more skills. She had developed a good knowledge of several martial arts, but never gained the master status in any. She also has a knowledge of weaponry, which she wants to further.
