Mansion Grounds
890 Fifth Avenue. The Avengers Mansion is surrounded on three sides by a twelve-foot high concrete and reinforced steel wall, with a steel fence along Fifth Avenue. The yard, doors, and windows all have numerous surveillance systems to ascertain the identities of all visitors and detainment devices to intercept unauthorized personnel. Visitors seeking entrance to the mansion are screened at the front gate.
In the back of the mansion, contains the driveway and parking garage.

Sub-Basement Level One contains the Avengers' high security Assembly Room where all operational meetings are held. The Assembly Room is the most secure place in the entire headquarters complex due to its massive reinforcements and vault like entrance passageway. The first subbasement houses the Avengers' computer system which contains all of their crime / forensic files, operational records, and world security data.

First Floor
The first floor of Avengers Tower is an open plan room with a desk for all entrants. Nine elevators spread in a semi-circle behind it lead up to the various floors and metal detectors and robotic guards prevent anyone unauthorised from entering armed. A holographic projection of Norman Osborn welcomes all visitors with a kind word.

These floors are mostly dedicated to other business' who rent space in the Tower and for the admin clerks of OsCorp and other businesses that Norman Osborn owns. Yay for muchies!!

These floors are dedicated to the contingent of H.A.M.M.E.R agents that are assigned to the Avengers, including space for their living quarters and an armoury that is bolted down and secure.

These are floors that are set aside for training resources, like a firing range, a gym, showering equipment, sparring rooms, spas and practically anything else you can think of.

OFF LIMIT TO ALL NON-THUNDERBOLT AGENTS. This floor is an off-limits floor requiring optical, saliva, palm-print and psychic clearances to be able to access. The Thunderbolts are stationed here, including living quarters and a meeting room.

Fortieth Floor to Forty Sixth Floor
These floors are dedicated to Norman Osborn and his Dark Avengers. It's here that they sleep, rest, shower and eat, as well as hold meetings and have their costumes stored and dry cleaned. Spiffy, no? These floors are all run by Norman Osborn's AI assistant, a computer system that can access all parts of the Tower and supply information about anything, if you have the clearance.

On the very top of the Tower is the Sentry's Watchtower. This is where Bob Reynolds makes his home with Lindy and CLOC. Entry is restricted, but not forbidden.

Sub Basements
There are many floors of sub-basements below the tower, which make up mostly holding cells and interrogation chambers. Access is strictly controlled and knowledge of their existence only given to specific members of the building, including the Avengers, H.A.M.M.E.R personnel and Norman's staff.
