Title: The PRO-Avengers
Description: Pro-Reg Heroes

Iron Man - May 11, 2012 12:32 AM (GMT)
It has been quite a few months since Cap had went underground, refusing to amend with the registration act. More and more, Cap's allies would continue to increase. However, there was Tony Stark himself, who had gained more and more supporters for when it came to the registration act.

Today a meeting would be held, a meeting that was a long time coming. The public wanted this and felt safer by doing this. To Tony, there was no other reason to support the act. He understood that plenty of heroes were against this and understood why. He was even against it one time before as well.

However, it was time that they put their personal feelings aside and fought for what was right.

So Tony Stark, fully clad in his Iron Man suit, minus the helmet, looked out the big window as he awaited for the Pro-Registration heroes to enter.

Juston Seyfert - May 14, 2012 02:02 AM (GMT)
As Tony looked out the window he'd spot what could only be described as a Sentinel landing in the parking lot, once the robot landing it seemed to get down lower on it's knees and it's chest opened. Out of it stepped a young teenage boy who looked up and thanked the Sentinel and closed the door in the robot's chest, Justin then pulled out a cardboard card that he placed at the front of the parking spot.

On the sign expressed that the spot was taken despite not seeing anything and then Juston nodded to the Sentinel and it cloaked, Justin expressed to the bot he'd be back in a little while and started heading into the building. Once Juston went into the building the people there attempted to shoo him off thinking he was just some fan boy, the teen sighed and pulled out his registration card and showed it to the desk clerk and he told her that he was here for the meeting.

She was shocked and just said okay and told him what floor it would be on so Juston walked to the lift and headed up to the level indicated, once out of the lift he went into the room and saw no one but Tony Stark. "Guess I got here early then" commented Juston with a smile.

Fulfiller - May 14, 2012 02:28 PM (GMT)
It's rare for anyone to get invited into the place known as Stark Tower. One would either have to be one of the elite rich or one of his business partners in order to come into the infamous structure. However, the latter would hold true as business needed to be conducted here. This type of business didn't have to do with mergers or any type of financial deal. This have to do with those who didn't registered under the SHRA, and it was finally time to bring them down.

With the Helicarrier hovering over Stark Tower, Jake flew his flyable Harley from its carrier deck down to the city below. He knew that Neko and the others of SHIELD's Pro-Active would be along with him, but since he was the field leader of the Mutant Task Force as well, it was best to make an early appearance. Once near the streets of the city, Jake switched the bike back to his normal conversion, the wheels closing themselves together as they touched the asphalt. He rode to the parking area of the tower and stopped at an empty spot, seeing the card that showed that a certain spot was taken. Nothing was there, though. Interesting.

Climbing out of the Harley, Jake made his way inside and showed his SHIELD badge to the receptionist, who promptly told him where to go next. He smiled to her and thanked her as he entered the lift, pressing the appropriate button to get him to Stark's top level. The ride was nice as he got to see the city from a different point of view. The door opened to see Stark in his Iron Man suit, looking like he was ready to go to war. He also saw a kid there, and he had seen that kid before. The one with the Sentinel as his weapon of choice. He gave a nod to him as he took his seat, wanting to see who was next to show up.

War Machine - May 19, 2012 11:32 PM (GMT)
The Sentinel outside told Rhodey that Juston had already made it there. He grinned, hidden under the faceplate of the War Machine armor. He had the potential to go far, if he could keep the Sentinel under control and operational. He soared above the buildings, spending a few minutes just flying for the hell of it. Not that the armor flew well. It was like a brick with rockets strapped to it, and all the ordnance it carried didn't help.

But after a few lazy circles overhead, it was time to go talk. He wasn't really one for these meetings. Sometimes he felt like he was the other, ersatz Iron Man. Piloting a cutting edge battlesuit wasn't the life he had wanted, but it also wasn't a thing he could walk away from, either. He was uniquely qualified, and unlike Tony and some of the Avengers, Rhodes didn't mind doing the dirty work.

He landed, giving his hellos to the others. "Looks like I'm early, boss. Good to see you, Juston. That was one heckuva brawl we had, wasn't it?" He was referring to Seyfert's registration, and the subsequent attack on the center. To Jake he nodded, not entirely happy with the direction SHIELD was taking. But, it wasn't his business, either.

Black Rabbit - May 20, 2012 10:23 PM (GMT)
Jaicy was already in the room sitting and waiting for the others, since being free she'd been nervous to be alone for to long, she was better then those first few days a couple of weeks had gone a long way towards her physicle recovery she had filled out with proper food and water, she looked neat and clean and proper again just like the old Black rabbit, she worse her costume, though this one was new, it was one of the first things she'd done when Mr. Stark had checked her out of the hospital and... and had brought her home.

She gotten fabric bought with some of the money the family had left her, and she made a whole new costume, she'd burned the old one, not only had it been beyond repair but, no she wouldn't think about that she was free now and now she'd make a difference she couldn't before Maybe Cap was right maybe this experience had made her stronger, but maybe in other ways it had made her weaker to, regardless she was here she had promised Iron Man she'd stand with him even if she thought this whole things was stupid ... why where they fighting, for gods sake a mad man, former Nazi war criminal was making attempts to summon a demon of hell from Hitlers old notes and they where having hero civil war? really?

Jaicy was drawn from her thoughts as people started coming in, Seeing Agent Fulfiller she smiled and waved a little "U-Um, I know I wasn't very... Lucid when I saw you last time so I never really did thank you, Um Thank you so much for finding me and getting me help I really am grateful." she said warmly though the smile didn't quiet reach her eyes it was clear she was in far better condition now then she had been when he had found her, she was grateful he could have just left her there, he hadn't.

She stepped back a subtle gesture to make sure a specific distance stayed between her and the one person int he room she didn't know. War Machine she recognized, she'd worked with him before in a team a couple of times he was nice, friendly. Granted that one person barly looked like a teenage boy but still she didn't know him and some back part of her brain demanded a safe distance at least untill she knew him.

Mr. Fantastic - May 21, 2012 03:59 PM (GMT)
Reed was dressed in a custom suit for his most recent interview with yet another local news station as they poked and prodded to see where he and the Fantastic four stood and what did the future hold for those who chose to not registered However he remained tight lip as ever for several valid reason. However when he showed up to the tower it was not with his family but alone as the fantastic four was no longer an active group and it seemed that now he was once more on the opposite side of the line from his fiance Sue Storm who was rumored to have met up with Captain America. Grimm had left the country after an explosive argument and Johnny simply left and had not been heard from since. The fall of his family had left Reed with a bitter taste in his mouth as he searched for a reason as to why they would leave him now after everything they had been through more recently.

His soul was fractured and the result was a colder and less forgiving Reed who would hunt every unregistered hero down and lock them up where the world would never have to fear them again. This would also include his family if they choose to fight him and he would do what was right and bring them down if that is what is need. Walking with a confidence that would fill the room he made his way into the tower flashing his badge at the desk which waved him through he made it to the correct floor. He was not the first to arrive but that was forgivable as he was busy with other matters. He noticed some of the individuals in the room but none that he was on better terms with than Stark. Crossing the room he nodded to each person but did not speak as he sat down next to Tony and waited for the meeting to begin.

Spider-Man - May 23, 2012 08:43 AM (GMT)
(Hope you guys don't mind Spidey crashing in!)

Peter had had a lot of time to think, and with that thinking, he came to the single most important realization of his career. He wanted nothing more than to keep Aunt May safe, and he knew releasing his identity would put her on every villain's hitlist, but he had to do what was best for the people. They wanted to feel safe, and knowing who was protecting them; no matter how idiotic it seemed and unrealistic it seemed, made Peter's choice the easiest one ever.

He was in full costume, his famous red and blue costume, and he swung across the skies of New York, heading for the famous Stark Tower, knowing his boss had called an important meeting for all those who planned to register. He was attending for two reasons, one was because Tony Stark was his new boss, and secondly he planned to support this Act with every fiber of his being. Landing on the roof, Pete entered and headed down to the room the conferrance would be in, spotting Iron Man, War Machine, Brabbit, Mr. Fantastic, and some guy he had never met before.

"Hope I'm not late, you know how traffic in New York is, had to fight every pigeon in the city to get here!" He cracked a grin as he spoke, which everyone saw after he pulled his mask off, allowing it to hang like the hood of a hoodie would.

Iron Man - May 26, 2012 03:35 PM (GMT)
Tony had turned around to look among st his team. These people were just a selected few that was helping him in the registration act. Juston Seyfert - Tony never met this guy before, but he heard about him. Not to mention, it was better now that he was a registered superhuman and his files were accessible.

Then Agent Fulfiller from S.H.I.E.L.D. was next to enter the room. He was happy that someone from S.H.I.E.L.D. would be here as there would need to be someone to bring back the information to Maria Hill. Regardless of the bad history between Tony and S.H.I.E.L.D. in the past, things were a lot different now and it was about way more than weapons. It was about following the rules and making the world safer for everybody.

Rhody would enter next, Tony's best friend. He knew he could count on Rhody when the registration act would come into play. He needed someone to support him. Regardless that Rhody may not feel if he is a hero or not at times, once again, this was all about doing what is right, and it was that, that Tony really appreciated and respected from Rhody.

Then Jaicy would enter, Tony knowing what she has been through for quite sometime. He was still mentally kicking himself in the head for not being there for her when the Red Skull had captured her. However, she was back here and was needed desperately during these tough times in hero land.

Reed Richards, who has been keeping to himself for quite sometime now after feeling abandoned by his Fantastic Four team. He would have to talk with him one on one eventually, knowing that he is going through a lot. Not only could he possible use a talk, but he needed Reed to stay focused. It was the only way they were going to win this war.

Then there was Peter Parker, known as Spider-Man. Just like Jaicy, Tony sort of took Parker under his wing after Jameson fired him once again. Regardless as for how the public seen Spider-Man, the world needed him badly and Tony was glad to have his friend and partner here, even with the wise cracks.

Tony turned around to face all of the heroes that made their presence here as he had began to speak. "First of all, I want to thank every one of you for being here, and not to mention all of your hard work that has been going into arresting unregistered heroes. I know this may be tough for all of you. These are our friends that we worked with, played cards together with, family....it's tough, it's been tough for me too."

"So I thank you for putting personal feelings on the side and going fourth for what is right. You guys are my main team as far as the Pro-Registration forces go. Times are tough right now, but eventually this will all work well for us all. Some of our friends just need a good talking to...which is the reason why I have asked for all of you here today. Computer, bring up the monitor."

With the tone of his voice, a virtual screen would appear on top of the big table, showing an old Stark Industries factory. "Not many people know this, but this old factory was once owned by my father, Howard Stark. There really isn't much use to the place now and no one really knows that the family owned the place...except you guys of course...."

"Captain America and his gang have been rather busy. Not only recruiting people to his cause, but also taking down villains and leaving them tied up for us to bring in. Regardless of this vigilante attitude they now have, they are still being heroes, still going by any distress call to save the world. Where I am getting at with this, is that we are going to send out a fake distress call. The call will be that Nitro has been located in the factory. There we will ambush the rebels once and for all."

"Now my plan is NOT to fight them, but to speak to them and have them hear us out, for them to realize that registration IS the way to go. We can easily talk this out and not fight with our friends. Both the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. will be on this. However, just in case they do not react very well, we must do what we have to do and I need to make sure that all of you are aware of that. We are all heroes, but for now, Cap's forces are our top priority. Let H.A.M.M.E.R. and the Mighty Avengers fight the likes of the Hood, Doctor Doom, and Loki."

"Juston, your skills can mostly be used behind the scenes. I am saying this not only because of your age, but because if possible, we can use more good robots in this war. But overall, I would like you to keep away from any confrontation between other heroes if possible."

"Now are there any questions as far as our plan of action goes"

Juston Seyfert - May 28, 2012 02:52 AM (GMT)
Juston listened to what Tony had to say and thought about it and the fact he was and is a hero groupie from way back, so when Tony asked if anyone had any questions Juston's teenage self decided to make some comments. "Well I hope you can make it convincing, cause I'm sure Cap's going to smell something fishy if this place isn't snap, crackling and popping. Cause even I know that Nitro's not a small measures kinda guy and likes to make a big splash" expressed Juston in a fairly mild ton with little bad tone to it.

He sighed at Tony's comment about being behind the scenes "Well I have fought my share of villains, but I guess going with my strengths is fine and I know all about falling the chain of command and all. But I better get some good resources because I can only make so many good robots out of scrap" added Juston with a smirk.

Fulfiller - May 29, 2012 01:53 AM (GMT)
Jake looked at the full squad of registered heroes and knew that this group would be the one on the front lines against Captain America and his allies. This force was strong with strength and power mixed with agility and speed. Whoever was on the wrong side of the law would have them to deal with, and that wouldn't be good for them.

As the plan was detailed by Stark, Jake took note that SHIELD and the Avengers would be working together in this plan to negotiate worth the enemy. Would it work? Maybe. Maybe not, but it will be interesting to see if the talking would prevail over three violence. Personally, Jake would like nothing more than to place Captain America in the Raft and let him rot there for a while. There were no questions that would come from him, for the objective was already clear.

War Machine - May 29, 2012 08:06 PM (GMT)
Rhodes lifted his armor's faceplate, letting the other's see his eyes and expression. "You're right, Tony. It is hard, fighting friends and teammates. Feels so strange to raise my hand against Cap, Cage, and the others. But you know I'm with you all the way. I'd follow you to Hell and back."

He nodded at Tony's plan to ambush Cap's group. "Sounds like it could work. You go in first, talk to them, and then the rest of us are ready to hit them after that? I don't know about the rest of you, but I've met Cap. Talked to him. We're not close friends or anything, but let me tell you something about Steve Rogers. He absolutely does not quit. He has a moral certainty that what he's doing is the right thing. He counts giant-men, iron men, and gods among the troops he's led. He knows what a lot of us can do, and probably will figure out the rest of you in a minute. He's sharp, unbelievably sharp.

"I'm tell you all this because Captain America isn't going to give up. He's not going to see reason. He's going to be looking at this like a war, not one of our usual throw downs. So everybody that comes along, watch yourself. Don't believe that we're not going to be needed."

He did disagree with Tony about one thing. "Juston can handle himself, Tony. He did a good job against the Absorbing Man. His Sentinel's height and firepower could be useful. The real thing might be maybe giving him a remote to pilot it. Easiest way to take one of them out is destroying the head, after all. Not so good if Juston is in it right then."

Black Rabbit - May 30, 2012 07:21 PM (GMT)
Jaicy sat silently listening to Iron mans plan with a weak smile she hoped seemed supportive and agreeable, this was cap this was all the heroes they had worked with where friends with... when had being a hero become a bad thing? as soon as politics got into the mix now everyone hated each other, this was not the world she wanted to come back to...

At a mention of questions she shifted raising her hand before shifting "U-Um so... your plan... is to get all the heroes... registered and not... in one big location, with a distress signal that can be intercepted by other not hero parties... and have a conversation?" she asked weakly blushing brightly "I-I mean I've always kind of done my own thing with patrols and everything b-but it seems like putting all the heroes in one place is like hanging up a neon sigh that blinks saying "we're in here blow us all up please." she said before looking down "I I mean i-is just that I mean i-if we're going to... hmm... never mind." she said weakly looking down at her hands

she really shouldn't be saying anything what did she know about plans and strategy? nothing really wasn't that how she'd gotten captured in the first place? she glanced around at the others before looking back down at her hands, she had no head for planning she just ran around and tied up bad guys to get arrested, as simple as being a hero could get really.

Mr. Fantastic - June 1, 2012 07:21 PM (GMT)
Silence was all he had offered the room at first until those before him had shared their concerns and thoughts with each other. Standing up in his black suit he stepped forward and looked at each of the men and women that had assembled and his mind processed the information quickly before he spoke, "They are our friends and family but they are also our enemies and the enemies of all in favor of a peaceful resolution to a troublesome problem. This fact paired with the fact that are protecting an idea makes for a dangerous mix, I vote that we show no quarter the time for talk is over and the time for action is upon use. I am sorry Tony but if we are to show the world that we are serious about their safety and to ensure that no one ever has to suffer what happened to all those children again we need to be firm in our judgement." reed said with little emotion as he waited for anyone in the room to argue with his drastic change of personality but none of them could imagine the pain that he was going through at the moment to have been betrayed by those he loved so dearly.

Spider-Man - June 1, 2012 08:27 PM (GMT)
"You know Tony, I'm all for a peaceful solution to this, but Steve is stubborn. He won't back down without a fight, and he'll only surrender if he knows it'll lead to lives being saved. I'm not saying we fight to kill, but we've gotta hit them hard, and when they're not expecting it. I agree completely with Reed, it's the best chance we've got to ending this without endangering civilians, the longer we prolong it the worse the casuality rate will likely rise." There was no sign of sarcasm in his voice, no attempt was made the release the tension in the room, for once he was completely serious.

He had worked with several of the 'Secret Avengers' before, and he considered them all a part of a family as Reed had said, but they betrayed their family and the very people they had fought so hard to protect. Pete knew what had to be done, and it seemed no one else in the room but Reed would admit it, they needed to put the safety of the civilians before their very own feelings. He knew how hard that was, but he also knew of one thing that always had allowed him to make the hard decisions, and he felt it needed to be shared with the group. Tony would know how serious Pete was, and he knew the man would also know the emotional turmoil Pete was facing, his words would say it all.

"Remember, with great power comes great responsibility." It was all he said, all he needed to say, and he knew he was doing what was right.

Iron Man - June 3, 2012 01:03 AM (GMT)
Tony had taken the time to listen to each and every one of the heroes in the room. He had listened to Juston as well as Rhodey. If he trusted anyone in the world, it was him indeed. He nodded his head to him. "I trust you Rhodey, and if you say that Juston could hold his own in the fight, then I'll take your word for it. And Rhodey, thanks. It means a lot that you have my back." he said, and really meant it. Tony had a lot going on and it was great to see his good friend stand right besides him.

It seemed that Jaicy herself wanted to speak up, and was at first, but kind of brushed it off. He had to let her know how serious this situation was. "Jaicy, I won't nevermind it. This matter is very important and I will say it now, I am no saint, nor perfect. I had my fair share of bad times. From alcohol abuse, to being close to losing my company. I have learned from that and I still am today. If you have something on your mind, speak up. Now is not the time to hold anything back..." It was a tough love matter if anything. He really needed Brabbit to stay strong.

"That is the reason why we are going to lead them away from civilization. The old Stark factory is away from anyone or anything living there. Why wouldn't they expect Nitro to not be hiding there? We will have Tigra, Doc Samson, She-Hulk, Giant Man, Wasp, the entire SHIELD team, and not to mention, us there. We'll be fine."

He listened to Reed and was quite surprised of his response. It was especially due to the fact that he had family on the opposing side. He was hurting bad, Tony could see it clearly and honestly, he had never seen Reed so aggressive. Peter had also agreed with Reed and had even mentioned that famous quote from his Uncle Ben. "You guys are right. You really are. They had a lot of time to think this over, and I need all of you to remember that. Trust me, if they refuse, it will be nothing but brute force, with all of them going straight to the Negative Zone. That is why you all will be there. I want to give them another chance, just a few minutes to speak with Cap. He will be a tough cookie to get through with, but if I can just have a few minutes to talk to him, I know that there is a big chance that I can convince him."

That did not stop the nerves though. Inside, Tony was a mess and talking to the Cap, he hoped he would be able to do everything he can to convince him and his followers.

Juston Seyfert - June 6, 2012 05:06 AM (GMT)
"Glad for the back up Rhodes, but I'm actually in the stomach of the Sentinel and it's fairly protected" commented Juston to the discussion at his battle readiness.

"I'm fairly objective in this battle against our friends, so count me in where I'm needed. I'd rather be in the battle personally and I'm sure my Sentinel friend likes to know I'm safe. So what's the plan for all this" added Juston as stood there in all his shortness.

He wanted to know cause from what the others had said this may not go according to plan, and things could get ugly quickly. Not to mention the fact that it's unlikely they know whose on Cap's team and so they can't exactly choose targets for people in till they arrive.

Fulfiller - June 6, 2012 01:36 PM (GMT)
Jake is glad that everyone in this meeting is on board with what needs to get done. It would be them that would take down Captain America and his crew, and they definitely would need a plan of action in order to make sure that everything would go off without a hitch. It was, at this point, that Jake stood up from his chair and looked towards everyone as he unleashed his own set of ideas.

"Alright, here's how I can figure it. We will definitely let Iron Man be the voice of reason as he can talk to Captain America and his allies, hoping to sway them to come to our side. I can hide everyone in here in the shadows of the factory, except for you, Juston. Your Sentinel can be cloaked from the outside, and a couple of SHIELD squads will be with you from a cloaked Helicarrier in case any one of them tries to escape. If Iron Man can't reason with them, I'll drop the shadow cloak upon his signal, and we unleash what we have on them."

Jake nodded as this plan would be the best idea for them to be inside the factory without anyone from Cap's side to detect them. He then looked to Jaicy and smiled at her, happy that she was alright and back at Tony's side. She would definitely be a good asset to this fight, as well as everyone else in the room. If the plan is agreed upon, he would take the plan to Director Hill for her approval, and if she approves, Captain America won't know what hit him.

War Machine - June 7, 2012 11:59 PM (GMT)
"So we're mostly agreed then? Enough so we're all in on this trap deal?" Total agreement would be too much, Rhodey guessed, but agreement in principal was possible. "Do we want to bring in anyone else on this? Just us int he room, or we talking the Avengers, the rest of the FF, what?" Rhodey was less bothered than some by the idea of including the SHIELD 'cape-killers' in the ambush. Anything to end this conflict quickly. He had a bad idea of just how out of hand things could get when it came to hero versus hero.

"I got another question: what about the neutrals and abstainers? I mean, how do we bring in Doc Strange or Thor or cats like that? Hoping you and Reed got something in mind, Tony."

Black Rabbit - June 8, 2012 07:17 PM (GMT)
she shifted blushing "W-well it's not that I'm not on your side or anything I mean I do think this is kind of a waste of time when there are real criminals out there but that's the politicians problems not ours." she said shifting "I-It just seems like a bad idea to have all the hero's pro and against this registration thing in one building when we know there are people like red skull and king pin and others out there who'd use that as an invitation to blow us all to hell and back." she said shifting

"I-It's like why not just put up a sign and some poster 'big hero meeting here come take a shot grand prize winner gets to rule the earth'." she said blushing brighter "I-I just feel like putting our eggs in one basket seems... like a bad idea.. I'm sorry never mind I don't even know anything about plans or strategy or anything..." she said shifting glancing at the others they seemed all for it? why?

It bothered her a lot but she couldn't say wouldn't say Mr. Stark had brought her home helped her gave her a safe room time space everything she needed so she'd follow and help because it was the least she could do... she wanted to help cap, he had come to see her and had worried about her... this whole stupid registration thing sucked...

Mr. Fantastic - June 17, 2012 11:30 PM (GMT)
Reed may be angry with the world at the moment but he still knew he had a responsibility to the rest of his new team to remain fair and just as possible. He listened to everyone once more speak their mind and was glad that Spider-man shared his same idea on showing no mercy. Jaicy had a valid point though the point would be moot if SHIELD was watching over this meeting and with so many heroes in one place it would be in fact the last place a villains would think to attack.

"Jaicy no villain would be dumb enough to attack such a large group of heroes as well as SHIELD. Sadly even if a villain was stupid enough to attack us or a heroes decided to play dirty we still have to meet the Pro side no matter what it is inevitable. As for who to bring in we will take in all unregistered heroes regardless of past connection unless they wish to register. All those who do not wish to register will be kept at our maximum security prison in the negative zone until they come to sense and see things our way. If anyone here helps a Anti registration hero I will personally throw you behind bars... " Reed said locking eyes on all those before him as if measuring who would be the first to pull traitor after all someone always swapped sides. He turned to Tony and gave a slight nod before walking out of the meeting to finish up the last calculations to have the Negative Zone up in running.

He did not care how the plan came together all that matter to Reed at the moment was revenge.... which was a dish best served cold.

Spider-Man - June 19, 2012 11:22 AM (GMT)
Pete leaned back against the wall as the plan was spoken, and he liked it, a last chance effort to persuade the others. Though he was completely on the same mental level as Reed was right now, he wasn't against one last attempt to persuade them, but Jaicy seemed against it entirely. Anger began swelling up inside him, here she was supporting the Superhuman Registration Act, but she was against bringing those against it to justice? As far as he was concerned, they were no longer heroes, and they were no better than criminals. There was a point he liked Jaicy, but after the brief period of being bonded to the symbiote again, he no longer viewed her the same.

"As far as I'm concerned Jaicy, we're the only heroes that will be in that factory, everyone else is either S.H.I.E.L.D. or criminals. They haven't registered, they're breaking the law, end of story." There was a harshness in his tone, and though he kept the anger from surfacing, the expression on his face mirrored his anger.

Bullseye - June 21, 2012 08:28 AM (GMT)
**Hope you don't mind Lester joining in**

Lester had been in the room the whole time under his invisibility cloak. He was pretty positive that Iron Man had some sort of scanner that told him Lester was there, that was almost a given, and he knew that Fulfiller knew he was there considering Fulfiller was Lester's new handler, but the rest of them, save maybe War Machine, couldn't have had any real way of knowing his presence in the room. He wasn't doing anything that would harm any of them, so Spider-Man's trusty ol' Spider Sense wasn't so trusty at the moment. Lester lit a cigarette while still under this invisibility cloak. He took a drag off of it and closed the Zippo lighter he had lit it with, hoping to gain their attention. Once he did, he would drop his cloaking device once they looked his way. Lester walked about the room and began to speak. "Have any of you thought about this at all? Some of you want to be all peaceful with ol' Cappy-boy Boy-scout, and some of you want to fight him head on. Even with everyone you have, you don't know who HE has on his side. There's still a gray area. That's why both of your proposed options thus far, they won't work." Lester took a deep drag off of his cigarette and exhaled it as he passed behind Tony Stark, still not even making the slightest threatening movement, he was talking, nothing more. "You need someone to infiltrate him. Someone to gain his trust. Now, I'm not suggesting myself for that, after-all, Cap can't stand me and probably already knows I've sided with the lot of you, but I did successfully escape from HAMMER as well as killed a buncha Skrull AND survived combat with Kl'rt, the Super Skrull. What I'm saying here is maybe you need to send someone in that Cap trusted before this whole thing. Someone he may not know is on-board with this whole Registration Act mumbo-jumbo." Lester was trying to be somewhat diplomatic, yet aggressive, when it came to all of this. He knew that some of them would go for his suggestion and some would literally tell him to toddle off. No matter what they chose here to do, they had to make sure it was the best decision to be made.
