we've got a new league starting up, headed by myself and The Q right now. we are in the process of setting up a message board. it's going very well, and you can check on the progress of it by signing up at the Victory Football League. we only have 7 members right now, but hope to grow rapidly once everything is in place.

what we really need help with is formulating a contract structure.

- i would like to use something like this. i like the more basic structure of the contract (min/max deals). there would obviously be some tinkering to do, but this is something we can work towards. for instance, we would have to change the TPE scale to something where people with 100 TPE are getting paid the most as opposed to 500 TPE.

- i would also like to think about forcing people to sign for at least two seasons as rookies.
