FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE CANONS, WE HAVE RESERVED THE CANON AND WILL GIVE YOU ONE WEEK TO TRANSFER THEM OVER AND EDIT THEIR BIO TO MATCH THE NEW TEMPLATE AND NEW PLOT.
THERE IS A BRAND NEW PLOT WITH LIES, MANIPULATION AND OTHER FANTASTIC STUFF LIKE THAT. THERE ARE ALSO NEW CANONS AS WELL. LOTS OF NEW ONES!! BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CANON IF YOU HAVE ONE TO SEE IF ANY INFORMATION HAS BEEN CHANGED ON THEM, BECAUSE MOST LIKELY, THERE HAS BEEN SOME CHANGES TO YOUR CANON.

C H A R A C T E R SREGISTRATION. Please register with a first and last name. There may be exceptions where you can register with a single name but talk to us about it. Please do not register with a middle name, alias (even if it is more widely known than your character’s actual name), or username.
ACCOUNTS. You must register a new account for every character you wish to play and there must be a biography for each account. There may be cases when you play two or more characters on one of your accounts.
RATIO. There is no limit to the number of characters you can have but you must be able to posting regularly with all of them. Due to the general nature of the roleplaying community we ask that one out of every three characters you create is a male.
BIOGRAPHIES. Put effort into your biographies. We may be lenient with some things but really we want you to try on this site. Any characters ages 300+ must have a word count that is at least equal to that of the character’s age. You may do more but NO less. Yes we still require at least four detailed paragraphs for every character.
MARY SUES and GARY STUS. This should be a simple concept for everyone to understand because Mary Sues and Gary Stus do not exist. No one is perfect and no one lives in total hell either. This includes super-powerful and invincible characters as they have no place here on this site. We promise that they will never make it to exist on this site.
R O L E P L A Y I N GRATING. NC-17 will probably be the best way to rate the site. We do not censor anything so if you have a problem with that, honestly you may not want to join. Violence, language, sex, and drugs all have a home here. We will not hold back nor sugarcoat anything for anyone.
APPROVAL. Upon biography approval, you may begin roleplaying here. If you start without a biography, we will simply delete the post as well as your account.
GODMODDING. Do not even try it. You cannot control another character’s actions or reactions unless of course it is your own character. The only exception for this is an agreement between players. We do not require any note or OOC about the agreement.
POWERPLAYING. Honestly, you cannot dodge everything so do not do it. Play fair and make fights fair. Also training is including in this, your character is not going to get everything that is taught to them the first time. Just be fair! There are exceptions but those will be obvious.
METAGAMING. You are not omniscient and neither is your character. Just because you read another character’s biography does not mean that your character suddenly knows all of that information about that other character. Relationships and player agreements will allow for certain exceptions.
POSTING. We do have a minimum post word count here to make it easier on everyone. We require no less than 300 words per post. If it is difficult for you to get 300 words then you probably should not be here as this is an intermediate to advanced roleplaying site. Do not worry about that literate crap because obviously if you are here reading and writing, you are literate. Please check your spelling and grammar to make everything easier for others to understand. Just to be courteous, make an effort to match in length what the other player gave you.
COLOR. Please keep post text in the default color, black, or white. Dialogue may be highlighted with color if you wish.
POV and TENSE. Post in third person POV and use past tense. Simple right? Do it.
DOUBLE POSTING. WTFever. Try not to do it, blah, blah, blah. Hell, if you want to make a topic for your character and only that character, do it! Remember though, you have the ability to edit and delete posts.
ORDER. Post in order. If it is not your turn to post, then do not post. If the thread goes a week without the required player posting, then you do have admin permission to go ahead and post to keep the thread going. If you are in a thread and have to be absent please tell those you are roleplaying with or take care to end that thread.
BIRTH and DEATH. We do not have a problem with either, just tell us who and what. If you want a kid, have fun doing it. *wink wink* If you want to die, have fun and make it gruesome
G E N E R A LBEHAVIOR. Simply, do not be an ass in OOC forums. Be courteous, be nice and have fun. There is no need to be rude to anyone. Be respectful to everyone.
DRAMA. Do not bring it to the board. We know there are problems in life, we experience them too. It’s not fair for anyone to bring unnecessary drama to the board and make others uncomfortable. If you want to talk about it on a messenger or PM, be our guests but do not post it.
SPAM. Do not do it outside of the OOC forums. Even then, keep to the topic and do not just post shit for the hell of it. Post count means absolutely nothing here. Just keep things fun and not totally ridiculous.
GAMES. Yes we have those. Keep to the topic of game please. Also, feel free to add games as you see fit. Games can be both OOC and IC. Make sure you put them in the right forum.
FLAMING. Do not flame, bash, or insult anyone. Keep your comments and names to yourself. If you really want to do it, don’t let us see it on the board. We do not need this drama.
ADVERTISEMENTS. There is a specific board dedicated to advertising. Advertisements are allowed there and only there. Do not PM ads, put them in your siggy, or put them anywhere else.
FUN. Have it!
I M A G E SIMAGES. Do not be obnoxious with them! They can be no wider than 500px. This goes for advertisements as well and they will be removed without a warning.
PLAY-BYS. Avatars and signatures must be of real people. Absolutely no hand-drawn, cartoon, or other illustrations are allowed for characters. Please do not double pictures with other members.
AVATARS. Avatars are required and can be no bigger than 160x250 pixels (width x height). You avatar must have a picture of your character in it. There can be text or animation to it if you wish but please have one. (I like to know who I’m interacting with. hehe.)
SIGNATURES. The size of your signature may be no larger than 500 pixels wide. The height is up to you but if it gets obnoxious, you are going to have to remove it. A signature is not required but it is always nice and decorative. You may have some text in your signature along with a graphic. Do not overdo it. The text may not include an advertisement in it. Helpful text though may include a link to your character's profile, plot, and/or journal.
TABLES. HTML Tables are accepted here. If you wish to decorate your posting with a table please be our guests. Please refrain from adding too much color to the text of your posts. Stick with the default color, black, or white, for text. You may highlight you dialogue with color though given that the rest of the text remains default, black, or white.
REQUESTS. If you want graphics made, you can request them in OOC. Please stick to only graphic requests for this site. There are a lot of Graphics sites out there though that may suit you better as well. It is all up to you.
C B O XSPAM. Keep the spam out of the cbox. You know what spam is so there is no need to define it.
CHATSPEAK. It’s a chatbox, so chat! We are not requiring you to make complete sentences or to write out every word. Just do not make it stupid.
ADVERTISEMENT. We have a board for advertisements do not put them in the cbox.
BEHAVIOR. Just behave. Do not flame or attack anyone.
I N F R A C T I O N SREACTION. Do not try and take care of infractions by yourself. The administrators will handle things as necessary.
REPORT. We count on the site’s members to report site infractions as opposed to reacting to them by themselves. Send us a PM and we’ll take care of everything.
CONSEQUENCES. We will deal out consequences as we deem necessary. We will make sure they are fair and according to the infraction. Yes there might be some infractions where we deem banning necessary.
