Welcome to Lunalei!

TIME: Year 2, Winter
|
May 23, 2010:
Update! So, Lunalei will not be worked on again. However, I am starting a new site, one with a stable idea and a mix between Pokemon and some completely unique species that me, SG, and others will hopefully be creating. It's nowhere near finished currently, but I wouldn't mind any extra help/ideas!
The link is: z7.invisionfree.com/Forever_Apocalyptic I hope I see some of you there, and that you'll find it interesting enough to join and I'll get to roleplay with all of you. :3 Love ya!
Bai~

Well, I guess it's time to say this place has finally died? <.< I'd say, "Don't worry, I'm trying to get more members and be active!" and all that blah, but I guess it's just not true.
I've lost my will to work on this site.. I just don't really want to anymore. I'm sorry everyone, but I can't even be active a little bit even when I have all the time in the world.
Yeah, well, I don't really want to lie to you all. Lunalei just hasn't been calling to me, lately.. I'm sorry, guys. Really.
Well, I'm working on a new site, too, I guess. If anyone cares.. Well.. You can always find on Sunerion, or on fanfiction, where I am .Aetherwynd. if you still want to talk to me. Or on meebo. Bleh.. well, bye, Lunalei.

ITEM LIST
Here in Lunalei, many items can be found to help you on your journey in a wide variety of ways. Of course, one can't expect to just find these lying around all the time, right? And they aren't just going to magically appear in your inventory, are they? Well.. Actually, Lunalei is blessed by the presence of a being who calls herself the Item Fairy! ^^ With her special powers, she actually DOES place items suddenly into traveler's inventories, and occasionally drops some by accident that lucky treasure hunters may find. >3
In the posts below, you will find all of the items that can be found on the Isle of Lunalei. Some are similar to those found in every region, while others are very different indeed. For your browsing convenience, particularly when looking for the perfect item from the latest promo or your recent contest prize, all items are listed by category. These categories are as follows, starting at the bottom of this post~
MONEY ARMOR STARSHARDS POWER-UP ITEMS MOVE/ABILITY-GRANTING ITEMS STATUS ITEMS HEALING/EFFECT ITEMS EVOLUTION-INDUCING ITEMS BINDING AND CONTAINERS ACCESSORIES/MISCELLANEOUS
A brief description of each type of item will be given at the start of each category. :3
With the exception of armor, whose format is explained in its post, all items follow the same very simple format: | CODE | (Sprite if any) Name ~ Rarity Description of the item. |
A sprite is a pic of the item. (Note: Even if more than one color or small variation of the item exists, only one will be displayed; it's just a generic of the item.) Name is obviously what it's called, while description obviously tells you about it. Rarity is divided into five ranks: Money, Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Super Rare; only one 'item' is considered Money. The rarity of an item determines how much it is worth in comparison to other items, whether or not you are eligible to receive it for this or that promo or contest, etc. If a promo says you may have an Uncommon Item, you may use that promo to claim any Uncommon item, or even multiple Common items, but not Rare or Super Rare items. This is not to say, however, that items cannot be traded up, either. :3 The lists for value relation are as follows~
Here at Lunalei, we endorse the principle that it is always easier and less productive to destroy than to create. Thus, there are two separate lists.
To BREAK DOWN an item, the value works like this: 1 Super Rare => 2 Rare 1 Rare => 2 Uncommon 1 Uncommon => 2 Common 1 Common => 50 Money
To break down more than one rank, just multiply it of course. :3 So for instance, 1 Super Rare is equal to 4 Uncommon, since it's equal to 2 Rare, which are both equal to 2 Uncommon. ^^ Pretty easy~
To BUILD UP for an item, the value is much different:
50 Money => 1 Common 3 Common => 1 Uncommon 4 Uncommon => 1 Rare 5 Rare => 1 Super Rare
This means, yes indeed, it takes 60 commons to get 1 super rare. :3 The point of this is it is possible, but very, very rarely worth it. It takes 20 uncommons for 1 SR, so whether or not it's worth it depends on just what you want and how badly you want it. :3 Treasure-hunting in-RP and staying highly active to be sure and snag all promos should make this doable enough, just not easy. At 5 Rare for 1 SR, it's not easy, but not nearly as hard as the others. ^^ The point of this is we want you all to be ABLE to trade for higher, but we still want rare items to STAY rare. ;3 As a tip, if you're considering taking the long way to get a Rare or Super Rare, it might be best to trade a little at a time (some Commons for some Uncommons, etc), that way you can use the 'minor upgrade' until you get enough to trade up again. ^^
Here, you can also stack: similar to the way a Rare could be broken down into 1 Uncommon and 2 Common, etc, you can trade items of varying rarity in for a bigger one, so long as by the chart the vallue is the same. (For example, 3 Common and 3 Uncommon for 1 Rare. :3)
------
If you have any other questions concerning items, please feel free to contact Eclipse or SG. ^^ We ARE taking suggestions for new items, with a fair chance of acceptability (just depending on how many similar and/or same-category items we have) and a reward involved if we use your ideas. :3 For more, check out the Items Contest~ ^^

MONEY Shimeri ~ Money A mysterious nut that is extremely lightweight, durable, and even almost metallic. It comes in many colors- metallic shades being most common. They cannot be broken, bent, dented, crushed, or otherwise harmed in any way, save by their own mysterious growth process. Shimeris will grow, but only if planted far enough away from another Shimeri Tree. As such, only the leader of a pack or tribe may own a Shimeri Tree in order to ensure all groups may have one, as clearly groups will need funds far more than any individual.

ARMOR
A brief explanation of armors. Armor is any item that can be worn like clothing or an accessory. Many armor items give special effects to the wearer, and many contain sockets in which starshards may be implanted. Sockets are usually set, but sometimes there may be a chance of a small range; which you get is random and must be chosen by a Mod (other than yourself if you are one). Below is an explanation of how to read the item descs.
Armor Name | How rare is it? | How many sockets? Is it for Pack or Tribe 'mon? -- What part of the body is it worn on? Description including material, effect, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seashell | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous Various shells that can be found on most shorelines. If you can figure out something to attach it to your body with, it can be used as a small bit of armor for that area. Most are surprisingly durable, but fairly small. A larger one could serve as a breastplate for an Eevee or Skitty, or as a shoulderpad to a larger 'mon, just to give you an idea. More often they are used as accessories or as a small bowl. Basic Shin Guard | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Leg (Possibly Arm) A thin but toughened piece of leather with straps to tie around the legs. Raises Defense slightly. While not popular, some may attach it to the arm instead. Leather Collar | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack -- Neck A basic leather collar full of both fashion and function. Comes in a few shades of brown or black. Raises Defense slightly. Light Bracer | Common | Sockets: 0 Tribe -- Wrist (Possibly Ankle) A comfy if a bit rigid leather bracer to be worn on the wrist. Where it will fit, some may choose the ankle instead, but it isn't as comfy there. Raises Defense slightly. Diamond Earring | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous A small earring formed of either gold or silver. Embedded into it is a glittering silver diamond which when worn slightly raises Attack. Pearl Earring | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous A small earring formed of either gold or silver. Embedded into it is a lovely pink pearl which when worn slightly raises Defense. Ruby Earring | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous A small earring formed of either gold or silver. Embedded into it is a shimmery red ruby which when worn raises slightly Special Attack. Sapphire Earring | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous A small earring formed of either gold or silver. Embedded into it is a sparkling blue sapphire which when worn slightly raises Special Defense. Emerald Earring | Common | Sockets: 0 Pack and Tribe -- Miscellaneous A small earring formed of either gold or silver. Embedded into it is a glowing green emerald which when worn slightly raises Speed. Face Plate | Uncommon | Sockets: 1 Tribe -- Mask A typical metal plate for protection against blows to the head, particularly the face. It will half the damage of any blows directed at the head. Most are steel, though a few other metals can be found. It contains one socket situated on the forehead. Spine Cover | Uncommon | Sockets: 2-3 Pack -- Back A metal covering that runs along a quadraped's spine. It is quite forboding, some even having small (though dull) spikes. Two or three sockets run down it. Past looking cool, providing some protection, and sockets, however, it provides no major effects itself. Tiara | Uncommon | Sockets: 1 Pack and Tribe -- Head A beautiful, delicate, glittering tiara which comes in a few different materials; crystal, gold, silver, and copper. It can be worn on the head to allow the move Attract, and one socket adorns the center. Females, especially kits, often squee over this item, longing to look just like a prettyful princess; males tend to be less pleased, but that doesn't stop it from being just as useful a tool. =P Gold Bangle | Rare | Sockets: 3 Pack and Tribe -- Wrist/Ankle A glimmering bangle formed of pure gold. It can be used to attach up to three Starshards or other gem-like items, and increases the power of a 'mon's Special Attack. Makes a lovely accessory and looks great when worn to make the user more appealing. Silver Bangle | Rare | Sockets: 3 Pack and Tribe -- Wrist/Ankle A glimmering bangle formed of pure silver. It can be used to attach up to three Starshards or other gem-like items, and increases a 'mon's Special Defense. Makes a lovely accessory and looks great when worn to make the user more appealing. Celestial Armor | Super Rare | Sockets: 5 Pack and Tribe -- Torso A gleaming breastplate made of pure crystal. When worn, it raises Sp. Def 2 stages in all battles. In addition, a few examples may have an enhanced socket which will amplify the starshard within, though this is rare and random. Comes in gold, red, blue, purple, green, and silver shades of crystal. All will glint iridescently in the light, and light streaks of color of random hues mark the sides. Two sockets can be found on each side; the last can be found on the chest for the Tribal variant, or the back for the Pack. Wonder Crown | Super Rare | Sockets: 1 Pack and Tribe -- Head A beautiful crown made of multicolored scales that seem to emanate with a beautiful golden aura. Glittering jewels mainly of the colors indigo, blue, violet, green, and pink are embedded into it. Ancient legends tell of this crown being able to grant endless mystical powers and abilities. This specific variety is known to boost attacks of all types and slightly boost Sp. Attack. However, side effects are sometimes know to occur... (If and what decided by Mod.) One socket adorns the middle above the forehead

STARSHARDS
Below, you will find a list of all "Starshards". These are magic-imbued crystals created by Cresselia herself and given as a blessing to Lunalei. Most starshards will need to be implanted into armor 'sockets' in order to grant their effect, though some can be equipped in other ways as well. Most Starshards are NOT listed under other categories, despite effects that may fit.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Basic Healing Starshard ~ Uncommon A beautiful, glittery, pink and purple starshard, said to be a personal favorite of Cresselia. This starshard will allow the gift of Basic Healing, and the healing ability Basic Prayer. This ability allows the user a channeled heal that will constantly heal one target slightly; cannot be used while moving, and the chain will break if hit, requiring a brief time of recovery before it can begin again. The purer the heart of the user, the stronger it will allow to heal, to an extent. Power Starshard ~ Uncommon Can be called upon in time of need to increase the user's Attack or Special Attack. Whichever is chosen will be maxed out for a short time (roughly 10 of your posts), fading afterward and requiring the rest of the (in-RP) day to recharge. Multiples may be used to achieve both effects and/or the effect more often. Armor Starshard ~ Uncommon Can be called upon in time of need to increase the user's Defense or Special Defense. Whichever is chosen will be maxed out for a short time (roughly 10 of your posts), fading afterward and requiring the rest of the (in-RP) day to recharge. Multiples may be used to achieve both effects and/or the effect more often. Agile Starshard ~ Uncommon Can be called upon in time of need to increase the user's Speed/Evasiveness or the user's Accuracy. Whichever is chosen will be maxed out for a short time (roughly 10 of your posts), fading afterward and requiring the rest of the (in-RP) day to recharge. Multiples may be used to achieve both effects and/or the effect more often. Medicinal Starshard ~ Uncommon Grants the healing ability Cure Minor Disease. This will allow the near-instant cure of the most minor diseases and symptoms, such as a cough or moderate allergies. It can also be used as a small dosage toward stronger diseases; this is very slow, but faster than healing naturally. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Antivenom Starshard ~ Uncommon Grants the healing ability Cure Minor Poison. This will allow the near-instant cure of weak poisoning such as would be caused by weaker Poison attacks or eating bad food. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Minor Burst-Heal Starshard ~ Uncommon Grants the healing ability Minor Burst Heal. This will allow healing to be built up for one post, then released in a single burst at the end, resulting in quick jolts of moderate heals to one target. Cannot build up while moving, but being hit will do no more than require a fraction-second longer to cast, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Time-Heal Starshard ~ Uncommon They say time heals all wounds. Grants the healing ability Minor Time Heal. This will allow a healing power to be placed instantly upon one target, healing low-moderate damage in several small "ticks" (miniscule versions of bursts) over time. Works too slowly to be reliable for nearly fainted targets, but can be cast even mid-run, and in the unlikely event of being hit at the second it's being cast, it won't make a difference either, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Mending Starshard ~ Uncommon Grants the healing ability Minor Wound Heal. This will allow the near-instant healing of small wounds, like cuts and scrapes. Works only outside of battle. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Enhanced Healing Starshard ~ Rare A beautiful, glittery, pink, purple, and blue starshard, said to be a personal favorite of Cresselia. This starshard will allow the gift of Enhanced Healing, an upgrade from Basic Healing, and the healing ability Holy Prayer. This ability allows the user a channeled heal that will constantly heal one target moderately; cannot be used while moving, and the chain will break if hit, requiring a brief time of recovery before it can begin again. The purer the heart of the user, the stronger it will allow to heal, to an extent. Enhanced Healing will almost always be more powerful than Basic Healing, however. Circle Heal Starshard ~ Rare Allows the user's Burst Heal of any level to affect multiple targets (up to 4; user cannot be one) for as long as the Circle Heal shard is equipped. Amount healed will be significantly lower than if cast on one target at a time, but there's strength in numbers too, eh? Can be stacked with Binding shard, but not both powers used at once. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Requires a Burst Heal. Detox Starshard ~ Rare Allows the user's Cure Poison of any level to affect multiple targets (up to 4; user cannot be one) for as long as the Detox shard is equipped. - Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Requires a Cure Poison. Binding Starshard ~ Rare Allows the user's Burst Heal of any level to affect both another target and the user at the same time for as long as the Binding shard is equipped. Amount healed will be lower than if on only one target at a time, but higher than Circle Healing. Can be stacked with Circle Heal shard, but not both powers used at once. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Requires a Burst Heal. Vaccine Starshard ~ Rare Grants the healing ability Cure Disease. This will allow the near-instant cure of the most moderate diseases and symptoms, such as a bad cold, flu if it hasn't gotten TOO bad, or severe allergies. It can also be used as a small dosage toward stronger diseases; this is very slow, but faster than healing naturally. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Enhanced or Divine Healing. Greater Antivenom Starshard ~ Rare Grants the healing ability Cure Poison. This will allow the near-instant cure of stronger poisoning such as would be caused by most Poison attacks or eating toxic plants. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Enhanced or Divine Healing. Burst-Heal Starshard ~ Rare Grants the healing ability Burst Heal. This will allow healing to be built up for one post, then released in a single burst at the end, resulting in quick jolts of mid-high heals to one target. Cannot build up while moving, but being hit will do no more than require a fraction-second longer to cast, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Enhanced or Divine Healing. Greater Time-Heal Starshard ~ Rare They say time heals all wounds. Grants the healing ability Time Heal. This will allow a healing power to be placed instantly upon one target, healing moderate damage in several small "ticks" (miniscule versions of bursts) over time. Works too slowly to be reliable for nearly fainted targets, but can be cast even mid-run, and in the unlikely event of being hit at the second it's being cast, it won't make a difference either, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Enhanced or Divine Healing. Greater Mending Starshard ~ Rare Grants the healing ability Wound Heal. This will allow the near-instant healing of moderate wounds, like larger cuts or fractured bones. Works only outside of battle. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Enhanced or Divine Healing. Divine Healing Starshard ~ Super Rare A beautiful, glittery, pink, purple, blue, and yellow starshard, said to be a personal favorite of Cresselia. This starshard will allow the gift of Divine Healing, an upgrade from Enhanced Healing, and the healing ability Divine Prayer. This ability allows the user a channeled heal that will constantly heal one target significantly; cannot be used while moving, and the chain will break if hit, requiring a brief time of recovery before it can begin again. The purer the heart of the user, the stronger it will allow to heal. Divine Healing will almost always be more powerful than Enhanced healing, however. Potential Starshard ~ Super Rare ONE USE ONLY- Expendable. Grants the user one move of choice matching (one of) his/her type(s); may be of any Power. May only be used once for each type. Multitasking Starshard ~ Super Rare ONE USE ONLY- Expendable. Allows one healing ability of the user's choice to become permanently capable of affecting multiple targets (up to 4; user can be one). Amount healed is noticeably lower than if cast on one target at a time, but both slightly higher than when using Circle Healing and doesn't take up a socket. :3 This persists through upgrades to said ability. -Requires Basic, Enhanced, or Divine Healing. Greater Vaccine Starshard ~ Super Rare Grants the healing ability Cure Major Disease. This will allow the near-instant cure of the most stronger diseases and symptoms, such as a bad flu or the symptoms of West Nile virus. It can also be used as a small dosage toward stronger diseases; this is very slow, but faster than healing naturally. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Divine Healing. Greater Burst-Heal Starshard ~ Super Rare Grants the healing ability Major Burst Heal. This will allow healing to be built up for one post, then released in a single burst at the end, resulting in quick jolts of powerful heals to one target. Cannot build up while moving, but being hit will do no more than require a fraction-second longer to cast, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Divine Healing. Ultimate Time-Heal Starshard ~ Super Rare They say time heals all wounds. Grants the healing ability Major Time Heal. This will allow a healing power to be placed instantly upon one target, healing mid-high damage in several small "ticks" (miniscule versions of bursts) over time. Works too slowly to be reliable for nearly fainted targets, but can be cast even mid-run, and in the unlikely event of being hit at the second it's being cast, it won't make a difference either, making it generally more effective than Prayer effects. -Requires Divine Healing. UltiMending Starshard ~ Super Rare Grants the healing ability Major Wound Heal. This will allow the near-instant healing of nasty wounds, like severe gashes and lesser broken bones. Even this ultimate mending has its limits, but wounds it can't fully heal and can work toward helping. Works only outside of battle. Affects one target at a time. -Requires Divine Healing.

POWER-UP ITEMS
Below, you will find a list of all items that power up various types, such as the in-game "Charcoal", "Magnet", etc, as well as a few that power up certain varieties of moves. As always, if these items have another sort of effect, they will be listed again in the section corresponding to that effect.
NOTE: All in-game type-based power-ups increase power by 1.5x (50%). So if a move had a power of 50, it is now 75. :3 If 100, now 150, and so on.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mareep Jewel ~ Common A pretty yellow gem that glows dimly, lighting up very small areas. It can power up Electric moves for one battle. Big Root ~ Common A rather large, versatile root. Can be used to increase damage/healing done by absorbtion moves. It also makes a decent, filling meal, though a bit bland; tastes better cooked. It may take some thought, but doubtless plenty of other creative uses could be found. Flaafy Jewel ~ Uncommon A medium-sized blue gem that glows in the dark and can light up larger areas than the Mareep Jewel can. It powers up electric-type moves for three battles. Charcoal ~ Uncommon A chunk of porous black rock that can be used to help start and keep fires. It powers up Fire-type moves. Hard Stone ~ Uncommon A very.. er.. hard stone! It powers up Rock-type attacks. Silk Scarf ~ Uncommon A beautiful white silk scarf that is very comfortable. When worn, it powers up Normal-type moves. Chocotree Root ~ Uncommon (Expendable) A root from the rare Chocotree. (There are more roots than fruits, however, and as they keep a long time are more readily available than fruits.) Nearly the opposite of the tree's fruit in both effect and taste. It may be the single most healthy thing one can eat, and takes sometimes as long as several years to spoil. However, it's also just about the nastiest thing you can put in your mouth, no matter how odd your tastes! Makes those who eat it extremely unhappy, highly increasing the power of Frustration for the rest of the day. Chocotree Fruit ~ Rare (Expendable) A delicious piece of nature's miracle food- the fruit of the rare Chocotree. Capable of calming severe depression, lowering the odds of cancer, providing essential nutrients not found in many other foods, AND making those who eat too much overweight. xP The real miracle, though, is just how amazing it tastes! Makes whoever eats it extremely happy, highly boosting the power of Return for the rest of the day and evolving Pokemon that rely on emotion to do so. Ampharos Jewel ~ Rare A huge red gem that lights up large areas with its bright glow. It powers up Electric-type moves somewhat for as long as the Jewel is held/attatched. Black Belt ~ Rare A long thin strip of black cloth. When worn, it powers up Fighting-type moves. Black Glasses ~ Rare A pair of super-cool shades. When worn, they power up Dark-type moves, and up your awesome level by 5 MegaCools. =P Dragon Fang ~ Rare A fang taken from the skull of various dragon Pokémon. It powers up Dragon moves, and also makes a rather cool-looking accessory. Magnet ~ Rare A standard u-shaped magnet, suspected to be a piece of Magnemite based on the colors. It powers up Electric-type moves. Miracle Seed ~ Rare A mysterious seed that is too hard to eat and is said to only grow in the perfect conditions. As of yet, none have discovered what those are, nor does anyone know what it would grow into. Still, it powers up Grass-type moves, so why complain? Mystic Water ~ Rare A necklace accented by a drop-shaped vial of the purest water. Some say it the tears of Kyogre, others the gift of Manaphy. Whatever it is, it powers up Water-type moves. Nevermelt Ice ~ Rare A chunk of ice similar to- if not taken from the body of- a Regice. It will never melt even in lava. Powers up Ice-type moves. Poison Barb ~ Rare A venomous dart that can be made of various materials. The venom has been trapped inside to prevent accidents, but if held it will power up Poison-type moves. Sharp Beak ~ Rare A beak taken from the skull of various bird Pokémon. (One can only hope the poor bird was deceased before. 'o.o) It powers up Flying moves. Silver Powder ~ Rare A silvery powder derived from an unknown source. It comes in a tiny pouch to keep it from getting lost, but as this will be the only thing ever in it, the pouch is useless as itself. Powers up Bug-type moves. Soft Sand ~ Rare The purest and silkiest sand one could hope to touch, infused with mystic energy. It comes in a tiny pouch to keep it together, but to use the pouch would require dumping the precious sand. Powers up Ground-type moves. Spell Tag ~ Rare A talisman said to dispel curses and bring its user power. In reality, it just powers up Ghost-type moves. Steel Coat ~ Rare A strange cylindrical chunk of metal that raises the power of Steel-type moves. When held upon level-up, allows the evolution of Scyther or Onix. Twisted Spoon ~ Rare A spoon that has seen better days. Fortunately, in its new mangled form it has gained the ability to power up Psychic-type moves. Adamant Orb ~ Super Rare A very large, semi-round chunk of magic-infused diamond. It powers up all Dragon and Steel-type moves. Lustrous Orb ~ Super Rare An example of one of the world's largest and purest pearls. It powers up all Dragon and Water-type moves. Griseous Orb ~ Super Rare A large amber-like stone oddly untrue to its name. Some call it the Platinum orb, but it is neither made of nor colored like platinum, nor is it griseous (mottled gray; blue-gray) at all. O.o However, it powers up all Dragon and Ghost-type moves, and also allows Giratina to use its Origin Forme at will. With powers like that, few care whether or not its name fits. 'x3 Rainbow Jewel ~ Super Rare A beautiful gem in the shape of a rainbow-colored sun, emanating with an eerie golden aura. It's makes a fine ornament to wear, and boosts all stats and attacks of all types slightly. It can also sometimes be found with a Jewelry Chain attatched. When not, requires attatchment to one or some other method of attatching it.

MOVE- AND ABILITY-GRANTING ITEMS
Below, you will find a list of all items that give your character a certain move or ability when equipped. Ability refers to both the named variant of such, like "Swift Swim" or "Overgrowth", as well as other 'powers' of sorts. :3 As always, if these items have another sort of effect, they will be listed again in the section corresponding to that effect.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mental Herb ~ Common A weak herb with a minty taste. It can be eaten to temporarily (one battle) give the user the Ability Oblivious. However, it also smells great, and is appealing to the eye, so it is often used as a scented accessory. Flame Seed ~ Uncommon A strange, fire-colored seed. If eaten during battle, will allow you to attack with fireballs that inflict slight damage. One use only. Grass Whistle ~ Rare A small whistle made of leaves and attached to a silver chain. If worn, the user gains the move Grass Whistle as a permanent move. Does not use up an attack slot, which is very useful. Hypno's Pendulum ~ Rare A pendulum similar to the one carried by or actually taken from a Hypno. If carried, it can be used to perform Hypnosis without taking up a move slot. Milotic Scale ~ Rare A beautiful scale from a Milotic. Comes in either blue, red or white. One-time use to teach the move Aqua Ring, (which WILL take up a move slot). If you wear it by somehow attaching it instead of carrying it, you may be granted the ability Marvel Scale. (50/50 Chance, Mod decided.) Soul of the Guardians ~ Super Rare Similar to Cresselia's Essence, it is a small vial containing red, blue, and yellow energy swirling inside. Said to contain the souls of the legendary Guardians, Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. Can grant either the move Ice Fang if Water- or Ice-type, Thunder Fang if Electric-type, or Fire Fang if fire-type. If the holder has more or less than one of the listed types, this item will instead grant the attack Tri-Attack. Golden Feather ~ Super Rare A beautiful golden feather plucked from the hide of Ho-Oh. It shimmers in the light with a reflective and iridescent rainbow color. Will raise Attack and Sp. Attack when worn, and very very rarely will grant the legendary move Sacred Fire. Also a highly sought-after accessory. Silver Feather ~ Super Rare A metallic silver feather plucked from the length of Lugia. It glows with an eerie and radiant blue aura, and glitters under moonlight. Will raise Defense and Sp. Defense when worn, and very rarely grant the ancient move Aeroblast. Also a highly sought-after accessory.

Opponents won't know what hit them when they begin to be pelted by phantom ice! Ancient Orb ~ Rare An odd orb that seems to contain a miniature desert, ever tossed by harsh winds. It may be a bit difficult to carry around unless you can find a way to attach it, as it will not work if inside a container. BINDING AND CONTAINERS
Below, you will find a list of all containers and various items which can be used to attatch other items to you, excluding armor. As always, if these items have another sort of effect, they will be listed again in the section corresponding to that effect.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- String ~ Common A random piece of string. Can be found in various lengths, but no matter the size it is usually pretty sturdy or strong. Can be used to attach or bind together items. Tiny Pouch ~ Common A small pouch with a pre-attatched string, not much bigger than a human coin-purse. Can hold one item. (Hey, it's good for attatching a lose item at least.) Comes in a wide variety of colors and patterns. Only three bags of any kind may be equipped at once, though others and items within may be stored elsewhere. *Note: Multiples of the same item- ex: 3 Pecha Berries- count as one item. ^^ Bottle ~ Uncommon A small bottle that can be used to hold a limited amount of liquids and such. It is often used to keep a drinking supply close by to prevent trips to and from a pond or river. No one is quite sure how they got here, but no one really cares either. Twine~ Uncommon Something like a really thick string or extremely thin rope. Can be found in various lengths, and is actually surprisingly strong. Can be used to attatch or bind together items, though it is pretty itchy, so the latter might work better. Jewelry Chain ~ Uncommon A small chain that comes in three forms; gold, silver, or crystal. It can be used to attach items that may not be attached in some other way or form, but most commonly to attach gem-like items to make it a sort of jewelry. ....So basically, the really pretty version of String, being as it's not much if any stronger and actually doesn't work as well for binding. Still, who wants their beautiful gemstone hanging from a plain old string? May have other uses too. ;3 Small Pouch ~ Uncommon A somewhat larger pouch with a small leather strap. Can hold up to four items. Comes in a wide variety of colors and patterns. Only three bags of any kind may be equipped at once, though others and items within may be stored elsewhere. *Note: Multiples of the same item- ex: 3 Pecha Berries- count as one item. ^^ Big Bottle ~ Rare A larger, more durable, plastic bottle. It can hold double what a normal Bottle can. It is often used to keep a drinking supply close by to prevent trips to and from a pond or river. Again, no one is quite sure where they come from, but who's complaining? Rope ~ Rare A thick, braided, "mega-string", if you will. Comes in various lengths and a few widths, and is extremely strong. Can be used to attatch large items, though it is too thick to work with more delicate ones. More often it is used to bind together more and larger items than string or twine could, as well as being a great tool for adventuring and building and more, just depending on how creative the owner is. Light Clay ~ Rare A light and airy and beautiful clay. Lengthens duration of moves such as Reflect and Light Screen, and can be used to hold things together or make pottery (though baking it will remove its battle effect). May have a few other uses if you are creative enough to discover them. Sacred Ash Pouch ~ Rare The golden silk pouch Sacred Ashes were once contained in. It is a fair-sized pouch capable of holding various powders or up to 3 small items. Overall, it's not as functional as it is pretty, but damn if that's not a nice color! ^^ Its origin makes it rare, but not as rare as a full bag, as people are more likely to leave them laying around once they don't have ancient mystical power-powder in them, heh. Only three bags of any kind may be equipped at once, though others and items within may be stored elsewhere. *Note: Multiples of the same item- ex: 3 Pecha Berries- count as one item. ^^ Leather Satchel ~ Rare A fairly large bag that comes in an array of designs builds, including a strap which can vary from plain tanned leather to a rhinestone-studded gaudfest. Can hold up to seven items. Comes in a wide variety of colors and patterns. Only three bags of any kind may be equipped at once, though others and items within may be stored elsewhere. No matter how cool the design is, though, the Sacred Ash Pouch still looks cooler.. Ah well, this one holds more. *Note: Multiples of the same item- ex: 3 Pecha Berries- count as one item. ^^ Traveler's Bag ~ Super Rare A very large bag that comes in an array of designs builds, including a strap which can vary from plain tanned leather to a rhinestone-studded gaudfest. Can hold up to twelve items. Comes in a wide variety of colors and patterns. Only three bags of any kind may be equipped at once, though others and items within may be stored elsewhere. *Note: Multiples of the same item- ex: 3 Pecha Berries- count as one item. ^^

ACCESSORIES AND MISCELLANEOUS
Various items that are for mainly looks or have oddball uses that don't fit elsewhere. A few even have value as accessories, such as some that are scented, etc, but for the most part it's just random stuff. As always, if these items have another sort of effect, they will be listed again in the section corresponding to that effect.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Big Leaf ~ Common Large leaves, sometimes as big as an Eevee. They can be used as shelter from rain or as an accessory. Creative Pokémon may even be able to find more uses. Seashell ~ Common Various shells that can be found on most shorelines. If you can figure out something to attach it to your body with, it can be used as a small bit of armor for that area. Most are surprisingly durable, but fairly small. A larger one could serve as a breastplate for an Eevee or Skitty, just to give you an idea. More often they are used as accessories or as a small bowl. White Herb ~ Common A weak herb with a sweet taste. It can be eaten to gain back minor stat losses. However, it also smells great, and is appealing to the eye, so it is often used as a scented accessory. Mental Herb ~ Common A weak herb with a minty taste. It can be eaten to temporarily give the user the Ability Oblivious. However, it also smells great, and is appealing to the eye, so it is often used as a scented accessory. Mareep Jewel ~ Common A pretty yellow gem that glows dimly, lighting up very small areas. Power Herb ~ Uncommon A somewhat strong herb with a spicy taste. It can give any Pokémon who eats it a burst of energy, allowing two-turn attacks such as Skullbash, Dig, and Fly to be performed in one. It has a nice smell and is appealing as well, so is occasionally used as a scented accessory. Flaafy Jewel ~ Uncommon A medium-sized blue gem that glows in the dark and can light up larger areas than the Mareep Jewel can. It powers up electric-type moves for three battles. Flygon Goggles ~ Uncommon Goggles made from small scraps of leather and the eye covers of a Flygon. They protect the eyes and increase vision during rough weather like snow and sandstorms. While not as "cool" as something like Black Glasses, they are much enjoyed by some as a fashion statement. Black Glasses ~ Rare A pair of super-cool shades. When worn, they power up Dark-type moves, and up your awesome level by 5 MegaCools. =P Colored Paint ~ Rare Paint of various colors and shades. Allows the user to paint markings onto the body. It can be shared, but for obvious reasons you will not be able to use as much paint on yourself, limiting it even more. Colored Dye ~ Rare Dye in various colors to change most or all of a Pokemon's body color. It is somewhat light, so markings will remain in various shades of the dye color. It comes in various sizes to fit different-sized 'mon, and will work on nearly any texture, be it fur or feathers or scales. Ampharos Jewel ~ Rare A huge red gem that lights up large areas with its bright glow. It powers up Electric-type moves somewhat for as long as the Jewel is held/attatched. Cresselia's Essence ~ Super Rare A beautiful glowing vial which sparkles in the colors of pink, purple, blue, and golden. Little jewel are encrusted into it's sides. It is said this is the essence of the legendary guardian and deity of the crescent moon, Cresselia. It's mystical and ancient powers will most likely never be fully revealed, but it is said it can bring good dreams. It also heals the user just slightly every turn if battling at night when at least part of the moon is out. Soul of the Guardians ~ Super Rare Similar to Cresselia's Essence, it is a small vial containing red, blue, and yellow energy swirling inside. Said to contain the souls of the legendary Guardians, Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. Can grant either the move Ice Fang if Water- or Ice-type, Thunder Fang if Electric-type, or Fire Fang if fire-type. If the holder has none of the listed types, this item will instead grant the attack Tri-Attack.

'Twas brillig and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe. All mimsy were the borogroves And mome rath outgrabe."Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beward the Jubjub Bird and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!" He took his vorpal sword in hand. Long the manxome foe he sought. Then rested he 'neath a Tumtum Tree And sat awhile in thought. And while in uffish thought he stood The Jabberwock with eyes aflame Came whiffling through the tugley woods And burbling as it came! One, two! One, two! And through and through! The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head He went gallumping back."And hast thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! Oh frabjous day! Calloo! Callay!" He chortled in his joy. 'Twas brillig and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe.
