1 lb. ground beef
1 can sweet peas(drained) 1 can green beans(drained) 1 can sweet corn(drained) 1 medium onion(diced) 2 tablespoon powdered garlic 1 tablespoon sugar 8 medium potatoes 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Boil potatoes, mash and season to taste with milk and butter. Brown ground beef and onion with salt and pepper. Drain well. Add peas, beans and corn. Let simmer until heated through. In 13x9 pan, place meat and veggie mixture in bottom of pan. Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Place in 400 degree oven and cook until the cheese begins to melt or turn slightly brown.
