Lots O' Problems On Dragun Tes

Well I've had my Dragun TES for a while and I have never really been able to get it to work correctly.

First off the eye does not work and has to be turned off to fire the gun, I don't know if there is any fixes for this but it came out of the box this way so it may be a hardware problem.

Secondly, and this is where I don't have much knowlege on the subject so please explain any parts or procedures or point me to where I can find such information, the gun sputters, it doesn't matter if it is Co2 or Nitrogen it sputters either until I unscrew the tank or a couple of times and then stops.

The first one is bearable but the second one makes the gun impossible to use. I have tried adjusting the psi to all sorts of levels and its always the same effect, very loud prolonged sputtering like the tank is empty, but obviously it is not because it would keep doing this until the tank was empty unless I unscrewed it.

I'm trying to avoid buying any parts since they seem difficult to come by, but I also would like to have a working gun.
