Kokiri Wannabe. Ya, rly. Group: Hylian Posts: 170 Member No.: 401 Joined: 10-November 08	Taken like that, I want Zelda to do anything but to look up to other games for ideas. Influences are inevitable, but it's still something that actually disgusts me when openly desired. ''This game does this well, let's take that. This is fine too, let's add it.'' I want a new Legend of Zelda game, not a patched and stitched wannabe of a game that'll make me feel like I'm playing an Fable rip-off with a Final Fantasy plot, Harvest Moon influences, God of War controls and, oh what do you know, a guy named Link. But whatever happens, what I'm most looking forward to, aside from the gameplay, are the characters. Everything else, I trust Nintendo will come out with their own ideas and even if originality is almost an impossibility nowadays, I trust they'll use their imagination to keep anyone from thinking about other games when playing Zelda. Hey, it's not a crime to hope.

Unregistered	In no way do I want the optional endings theme to be a permanent mainstay of the Zelda franchise. Just one game and thats it for me. But my prediction is the next Zelda game will be a Zelink fluffy love fest to make up for the lack of fluffy Zelink moments in TP.

Cause srsly, if I wanna play a Final Fantasy game, I would actually play Final Fantasy, ya know? I was just using FF7 as an example because it's basically the only game I know of that uses an affections system and that is used to determine a specific scene that doesn't have any real bearing on the game's outcome. Well it and FF10. Whoever earned the most affection points with Tidus was the girl we saw in his final Overdrive and the girl he talked to during certain scenes. That's all I'm saying. We didn't even realize it was happening until somebody put it in a walkthrough or we figured it out for ourselves. That's something I'd sort of like to see developed to fit LoZ. Not blatantly ripping off Square.

A Zelda game with fluff fest? Not sure I'll see the day. Frankly not sure if I want to see the day.
