Zelink vs Link/instert name *SPOLIERS*

Agreed. They really went hardcore when it came to developing Link and Zelda(Tetra)'s personalities in TWW and PH, so I'd like to see them take it a step further. They're supposed to find a new land.... if they do, will it be a kingdom with Zelda(Tetra) as its ruler? Or would she implement a different type of government? What would be Link's position? Zelda would probably have to struggle a bit with adjusting from a free pirate to the role of a ruler if she chose to rule. Perhaps they'd find more races.

If they did continue on the TWW/PH side of the storyline, I wouldn't care if it was soon after the events of PH or hundreds of years later- I just want to see the new world. And, while I loved PH's controls, I'd prefer to see that new world on a bigger screen- Wii, please.

I would prefer a WW sequel of a more mature Link and Tetra instead of a TP sequel that would probably only end up pissing off the Midna or Zelda fans or even both. Midna fans want a TP sequel in hopes of Link being reunited with her and Zelda fans want a TP sequel because they want the hatchet buried on Midna. I say forget about TP Nintendo unless you can come up with a clever way to please both Midna and Zelda fans. As for Shad..I didn't notice how hot or ugly he was only that he seems more romantically compatible with Zelda than a simple country boy like Link whom she has absolutely nothing in common with.

I do like MidnaXlink but Zelink beats all. But no in my family likes it my mom thinks they are brother and sister, and my sister likes Zelda with Ike from super smash bros brawl And omg i seen a ZeldaXGanondorf club on deviantART

SSB pairings do tend to annoy me, except when they're intentionally ridiculous.
Today, Snake kept asking Zelda where Sheik was for Sheik is, according to Snake, REALLY hot. And Toon Link doesn't like it when Zelda paints her hair white.
He smiled again when he saw what was under her dress. Silly kid.

Unless it's a serious fanfic that somehow manages to hook my attention, SSB pairings are, for me, objects of sweet, sweet mockery. ^o^ Rest of the time... Does romance need to be everywhere?

For some reason I can't stop laughing at this.

One SSB pairing that I support, however, is Marth/Zelda. If you use your imagination and combine the Zelda and Fire Emblem universes (it's not hard to do), it's perfectly plausible. At least, in my twisted little mind it is.

So if Marth is with Zelda I guess Link could hook up with Peach or Samus right? I still like my personal Soul Caliber Link pairing with Cassandra or Sophitia. Yes I know Sophitia is supposedly already married. I still like LinkxSophitia anyway.

I guess so... but the Mario universe doesn't seem quite as compatible with the Zelda universe, in my opinon. I mean, plumbers and talking mushrooms and green pipes?

But now that I think about it, there's some pretty messed up stuff in Zelda games, too (Tingle, anyone?). Hmm... I guess you could make Link and Peach work somehow! If that's your cup of tea.

I never considered Soul Calibur pairings involving Link. Hmm...

I don't want to think about mixing universes.
Seriously, Zelda has Mario paintings inside her castle.
And Mario saw Link sleeping inside an inn in one of his games (RPG I think, or Paper..? Never played it, just heard about it).

I'll stick to making SSB a world on its own.

And yeah... I do like some crossovers. I do like Zelda x Marth... I remember reading a Zelda/FE fanfic, and Marth was all over Zelda.... it was nice. But eventually, he got Malon. Malon x Marth is just as cute, if note CUTER that Zelda x Marth.

And I support Peach x Zelda as well as Peach x Link and Peach x Marth and Peach x Ike @_@... Peach is just all kinds of win anyway. <3 <3 <3


Also, the next Zelda games should have TWW/PH-esque humor. Link being shot out of a cannon, slipping on ice, burning his ass in lava, meowing like a cat to avoid being caught, Linebeck altogether, the guy who does the play with his face and makes funny noises, Link's priceless faces, etc. etc. That's something the series needs... or more bimbos for Link (remember AoL?).

Something I liked in TP was that it was stressed that Link was a typical teenager, albeit a good boy. It was apparant that he had emotions towards multiple women. He was all puppy love with Ilia in the beginning and crushed when she didn't remember him, he did the whole "knight in shining armor" bit with Midna when he held her in his arms, he gave Midna the googly eyes/smile in the desert and really started to seem to care for her (at this point, Midna and Zelda were one), HE offers HIS hand to Zelda, and he is completely flabbergasted by boobs. In one scene, he just stares at Telma's breasts while she talks until she shakes his hand, and THEN he makes eye contact. He's completely thrown off by flirtatious behaviour. This was also apparant a bit in OoT, but not as much as in TP. I really like how they managed to make his behaviors and tendencies believable. We need more of that.

Oh... and it wouldn't be so bad to have something pretty out there again... like the Cattle Files episode at Romani Ranch.

TP and WW Link seem to have more emotion about them than the more hollowed shell Link in OOT/MM. OOT/MM Link had more of a sad and lonely demeanor about him when compared to the more positive and cheerful WW and TP Links. Anyway..MarthxMalon? I guess thats better than IngoxMalon.
