It's ok, GPG. ^^ I can understand your reasons for not wanting to scan it. I'm just glad you're willing to answer my questions about it. *gives you cookies*

*flails in happy fangirl delight* Awwww. That's so sweet!! And Nabooru's line makes me laugh. Awesomeness! ^^

Oh- something else I was wondering. In the translations I've read, Ganondorf hints around that he killed the King of Hyrule when he corners Impa and Zelda in the castle. Does he say anything different or more blunt about it in this translation?

So, out of curiosity, do you know if they're going to put out MM officially in english too?

The other mangas are all being released as far as I know, MM is coming in Feb. ( Advertised Last page of Vol 2 here. )

As for Zelda's father: G: " I put the King to sleep....forever!..."

On a side note...poor Zelda! Imagine being taunted about your father's death. She has no mother, her father is gone...and she is seperated from Impa I'd assume to become Sheik. She's stronger than she looks!

Yeah..the Shiekah aspect of Zelda was very interesting. I was wondering if the manga talks about the type of training Zelda went through to become Sheik. I was also curious about how she made herself to appear like a metrosexual type male but I always thought it was some type of illusion spell that Zelda used. I could be wrong.

Awesome! It'll be great to see the other mangas in english as well! ^^

I agree- I feel so bad for Zelda. Her father was so distant and gruff with her in the brief appearance he makes in the manga, but she clearly still loves him. And to loose the one parent she has left. . . it's horrible for her. And to have Ganondorf say that to her- poor thing. She needs a hug. D:

Hmm, ha! There's two other parts I want to ask about. First, when Link returnes as an adult to the Kokiri forest, he meets up with Mido and they head for the Forest Temple. In the fan translation, Mido talks about how Link's missing and that he's probably off girl chasing or something. Does that stay the same in this translation? And two- the part with Impa giving Link his earring. In the fan translation it said it was part of a rite of passage for Sheikah men. Does that stay true in this?

MalonsLover- No, from what I remember, it doesn't speak of the training Zelda went through to gain Sheikah skills. I always supposed that Impa had been training Zelda before the Castle fell, and continued it over the Seven year passage.

Yeah I figured Impa did all the training.

I'll be checking my mail a lot more often this week!
I'll be back here when I get my copy, if the thread hasn't died yet by then. *Ordered it through a Canadian website*
