Of course my first choice iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis: hyrule Castle! then Lake Hylia, Faron woods, and the city in the sky. The first two you already know, but I was thinking that being up in the sky might actually be nice.

REALLY!?! You fall?!? Oh yeah! A friend of mine would fall there all the time. Not so sure how he gets back up.
Maybe Midna teleports him back to were he started. But then , why can't she just teleport him to the boss to make his life easier??? I know it'll ruin the game, but still... lol
