For anyone who is interested in serious, kick-butt action/adventure games, here's one I'm sure you'll enjoy. The story is very compelling and leaves you on the edge of your seat, as you begin to feel very connected to the characters. The voice acting, I might add, is also superb. Anyway, the story takes place when a twenty-one year-old girl, Jen, is attacked by a menacing creature when she's with her rock-star boyfriend outside of a club. Almost slain, she's immediately rushed to the hospital where she slips in and out of consciousness, doctors hovering over her bed believing that she was hit by a truck. Her spirit then becomes seperated from her body when a little gargoyle appears, informing her that she has been summoned into the realm of Oblivion to return the order and balance that had lately been disrupted by a demon known as Abbadon, Lord of Chaos. Later on, Jen is told by Arella, Goddess of order, that she is the only one that can save the realm of Oblivion, that of which contains four other realms plus Mortalis, the realm that we know to be the present day on earth. If the balance is not returned, Chaos will consume all of Oblivion, and everything will perish along with it. To do this, Jen must aquire powers that allow her to transform into demons, harnessing great, mystical skills and combat moves.

I must say, it's a really great game. A little old, but one of my favourites. One of the reasons why it kicks butt is because for once, the girl is the hero. ^^ Jen rocks. 20.gif
