From a Zelink point of view, the song seems like it's talking about the reincarnation theory, about how Link and Zelda are lovers that get reincarnated over time.

It has parts you see in OoT tho. You have him meeting Zelda in an empty square. In the manga in a crowded street. Also, i turn around and i see you can refer to when Link goes off to do something and turns around and sees Zelda after she was shiek. Couple o years. The 7 years they hadn't met. You can see where i'm aiming for i hope.

I got to see it first hand in the El Dorado movie bonus features. Then i saw it a couple more times then i thought, diffenitly zelinky.

Yes, i saw it in the El Dorado features too. That's where I fell in love with it. It is really such an awesome song though.

And yes, very zelinky. Sure, the song sounds like it could be about a breakup, but I like to think its just the two being pulled apart by something out of their control (moving away etc), and then coming together again. Just like Link and Zelda

I didn't really hear a breakup. For me it was more of, they had to move or somtin, and they found each other again. Also, if you think about how its worded, its more like, they know they're destined for each other, yet they never met kinda song. If you really pay attention tho, you can find points from the manga and the game. Empty square. He meets Zelda in OoT. Crowded street. In the manga. You just have to pay special attention.
