Malon topic, Yeah.

We're always talking about the OoT Malon. How about some opinions about The Minish Cap's Malon? ...Even though her role is very minor along with Talon's, but it's not like she stole the whole spotlight in OoT, either.

And Alantie, I think you should stop warning MalonsLover, since he has proved many times that he won't stop. Just tell a mod or admin to ban him or warn him or whatever. I'm sick and tired of this pointless and fruitless "debating". If he wants to stick around he should reread the rules a few times and think before posting: "is this against the rules or not?" ...*sigh*

I haven't been able to play Minish Cap, so I'm afraid that I can't comment on Malon in that game, though I would love to hear about her- so tell me! I do remember that she's in OoS and OoA, but her role is very small- even more so than in OoT. In OoS she is left to care for the chickens by herself since her father went to the mountains. but she doesn't know much so when you get the encycopedia for them you give it to her and she gives you an egg. Pretty basic. I think she was in OoA too, but my copy of it was lost, so I can't tell you for certain.

I know, Toxo, I'm sick of having to be the one to tell him to stop. But only one Mod has been really active lately, and she hasn't been on in awhile for me to talk to her about the problem, so until she returns, it looks like we're stuck being the ones who have to tell him. I should probably just put it in my sig and save myself the trouble of typing it over and over.

Edit: Oh, completely random, but I beat OoT again last night, and I saw Ingo and Talon at the party together and it struck me. . . someone remarked that Talon is somewhat similar to Mario in appearance, but I just noticed how much like Luigi Ingo looks! Seriously! I started cracking up over it!

Actually, I've heard that along Talon and Ingo, Malon was based on Peach.

TMC's Malon and Talon have forgotten their key inside the house and Link has to give them the key by shrinking and finding the key from their house, if I remember correct. I find it cute how Malon sings Epona's song's first notes when you talk to her.

I didn't remember Malon was in the Oracle series, too. I'd like to know more about her appearances~

In Oracle of Seasons, Malon is part of a trading game. Link gives her a Cuccodex. Besides Ocarina of Time, The Minish Cap, and Oracle of Seasons, Malon also has a cameo appearance in Four Swords Adventure.

You're reading things into what I'm saying; where did I say a relationship between Link and Zelda couldn't work out? They have an emotional connection with one another, something that means so much more than lust and passion. Because you know something? Lust and passion will eventually fade out, but if they there was a deep affectionate love there to begin with, the love will still be there, allowing the relationship to carry on. Half of the people that marry one another are NOT in love (causing the marriage to end in divorce), so marriage proves nothing.

And again, LINK WOULDN'T DESERVE EITHER ZELDA OR MALON IF HE WAS THE "MANLY" GUY YOU SO CLAIM HIM TO BE. You know why? Because guys like that (including you) have no respect for women and do not understand the concept of love. Simple as that.
