Though I suppose the whole knight-in-shining-armour syndrome may have something to do with it after all. Since I don't need help to choose my skirt colours.

I guess the only way for me to solve this is to find someone like me (minus the skirts ). Heh.

Really, there are people I shudder to think about being in a skirt. I for one like the idea of the whole world going into the whole Japanese kimono, gi and pants thing. Those cloths look so comfy!

More seriously, though, it's just that whenever you're wearing a skirt, you can't sit with your legs crossed, you can't climb stairs without risers, you can't jump around, you can't run around (because of the wind), you can't...

Well, yeah. You get the idea. Skirts limit us.

That's why we only wear them to big occasions where you don't have to run around and fool with everybody nowadays.

But yes, CM has basically laid out why we girls hate skirts. They are inconvenient. They are not comfortable. They give perverts a view. So on and so forth. They are just. . .arrrggg!!!

Hmm...skirts remind me of my teachers that are male, that wear them as jokes...not funny. And another time, when I was young, and I lay down by accident and...yes, well, you can understand I was real embarassed the rest of that day...so, nothing more of my pervertedness.

And skirts and dresses aren't quite the same thing. Usually dresses tend to be longer (and include the top, so it's all a complete piece of clothing).

Then again, there are also long skirts, which I usually wear because they're way less dangerous. In that sense, I appreciated the return of the gipsy skirt last year. It was better than seeing all those tubby bellies pouring over too-tight pants.
