I am guilty of having gone on another quest (can you blame me anyway? It's what I do).
For my absence, I apologize. Profusely.
The tale of my rather... odd experience while away will have to wait until another time, but it is a fascinating story, I assure you. Maybe Shiggy and Eiji will want to use that for a game...

It would certainly make for something interesting.

How I feel about Midna?
Well, she's a friend. In fact, to quote myself (at the great risk of sounding egocentric)
And Angel, do YOU get bored when you play the game? I shall leave you to admire my outstanding rhetoric (Zelda encouraged me to practice subtle conversation, though I can't really figure out why she'd try to make me look noble).
I'm not sure I want to get into the fangirl topic. I'm told it would be a risky domain around here... In all honesty, though, I think that it would be a scary day in the dark realm when a woman who truly wanted to seduce a man started stalking him like a madwoman. I don't think I will ever understand the thought pattern.
Why do fangirls attack their prey? That could be the subject of a year-long thesis. I think I will summarize by saying that fanatical behaviour is unstable and strange. A person is much more charming when they're composed and true. As such, I enjoy speaking to people who admire and look up to me (and again, watch me poke my own belly button). It's flattering and sometimes touching.
But people who track me without respect for my privacy or personal feelings... Well, it's rather difficult to return respect I don't receive in the first place, if you see what I mean.
Marin?
Oh no, why did you bring her up? Now Zelda will NEVER give me a moment's peace. You know what happened last time someone mentioned Malon? She would bring her up all the time, like, 'What happened between you and Malon?', 'Have you asked Malon what she thought about it?', 'Hey, look, I'm sure Malon would like you to buy this for her'.
That's right, Zelda, I KNOW you did that just to antagonize me! Damn all these women, making me squirm!
Alright, to settle questions, Marin is a dream. That's all. A dream. I wouldn't be a man if I didn't dream of women from time to time.
And this is Zelda's cue to come barging in, furious. Though, to be fair, she'd probably teleport herself in. Not barge. She's more graceful than that.
Marin is like a cross of Zelda and Malon. Her face was Zelda's, but she had Malon's hair color. It was weird, but nice, I guess.
And before anyone asks, no, I didn't do anything with her. Though it would have been kind of nice...
OUCH DAMMIT STOP READING OVER MY SHOULDER, ZELDA!
Anyhow, I'm sorry, once again, for my prolonged absence. I am back for a while still.
