Well...what did you think of my costume for Link for wedding? I copied will's from POTC3

It's in there...like, on the first page, and I can't find it, so I'm sorry, can't show. But go and take a look, yeah!

Oh, oh! For Link's outfit... maybe it can be some sort of white tunic... except... more elaborate and fancy-ish. He can have a cape, too! And of course he'd still have his hat. ^-^ He can't part with his hat... (Though it would be white, too... it would be horrible fashion sense if it was green and the rest was white.) Meh, that's how I always imagined it. ^^

Well, maybe since Zelda is the only heir to Hyrule's throne... their wedding would be a big royal one? I once read a fan fiction that was like that. (It made my nose bleed from the cute fluffleness.)

Back to the Link's outfit... maybe he would look good without his hat... there's that ponytail of his.

I like the idea of Link in white. It makes me think of Legolas in Return of the King, his pretty white outfit. And a cape, most definately!!!

Maybe Link and Zelda could have two weddings. The first a small private one with their closest friends, and the other a big public wedding for the masses.

Mind, what do you think Link would look like in an Organisation XIII outfit. I was thinking if we could make a Legend of Zelda vs KH fanfic thingo, I would give Link a Organisation XIII thingo. Yeah. Imagine him wearing that to a wedding!

I would imagine Zelda's Coronation to be very grand, and public for all her people to see and rejoice, whereas the binding of vows would take place in a more pleasantly small, and elegant manner.

... But there could possibly be two weddings. For the public, and for themselves. I personally feel that this is very probable, and would both be different on their own terms. The marriage in public would be more like the welcoming of King Consort, and Hero, Link into the royal family. The private marriage, I would imagine, would be more personal and loving, and Zelda could possibly take on Link's name.

I can see both very clearly, too.

WAIT! WHAT ABOUT THE PROPOSAL SCENE! WE'VE GONE TOO FAR AHEAD!

Like...I dunno, running in from some dungeon, get the girl and propose? It sounds waayy too cliche...hee...what about a propsal scene? Ideas on that?

For proposal, I can see Link taking Zelda out of the castle, and into Hyrule Field for a picnic. After a nice, light meal they walk along a stream. The weather becomes bad but not too bad; it started out really nice sun and nice breeze but then it rains. The rain is not too heavy but nor is it too light. And it's only raining, no lightening or thunder. They head for shelter under a tree overlooking Hyrule and wait for it to stop, Link talking about pointless crap. They sun appears once again, light breeze and all. There's a rainbow. Link pops the The Question suddenly. He mentions things like "I've been your hero since we were young...Can I be by your side and your hero into old age? Will you marry me, Zelda?"
Zelda cries and Link (who has never been too good with girls, as we all know ) is alarmed, thinking what he said was wrong and tries to calm her down. Then she says Yes. Link is still trying to stop her from crying and then her answer finally got to him. "What," he asks. She whips away the tears that now only beading at the corners of her eyes. "I said yes, Link, I will marry you."
Link grins, scoops her into his arms, does the swing-'er-around thing laughing and does the cliche "SHE SAID YES" scream into the heavens.

They're on their horses heading back to Hyrule when Zelda grins, looking forward and not at him and say, "Of course, you'll have to get past my father first..."
Then she surges forward laughing leaving a baffled Link behind when it finally registered. He tore after her, "WAIT WHAT?!!"

....And that's what I have. I think that last bits funny. But my sense of humor is weird and often off and dry. So you might not think so.

*hand is twitching for a pencil to sketch zelda's wedding dress and Link's wedding outfit. *

i can see Zelda in the traditional white with some gold embroidery, her hair in a half up hair do sorta thing. Her flower banguet are combo of Arbutus (pink and those mean 'you alone I love'), white Chrysanthemum (which mean I believe in you), and and purple iris (it basically means you have captured my heart, ect.ect.)

I can see Link without his cap. I have an out fit for him but I'll have to draw it first then I'll have to post it here. With Zelda of course.

And I can see the two weddings thing.

Aww, lol! That is so sweet! I can see that happening- poor Link wondering what he's done wrong and Zelda weeping tears of joy.

And the dress you described for Zellie sounds beautiful! If you do draw a wedding picture, I'd LOVE to see it!

I wish Link could propose to Zelda in a way that would traditionally be unromantic. Something like...

Link: "Zelda, don't get any ideas or anything but, hypothetically and theoretically, would you consider ever marrying me? Or, like, are we just going to, I don't know, keep sneaking around for a few good romps here and there? Not, you know, that I mind or anything. Because I don't. I'm just curious and all. I wouldn't presume to ask you something with any intentions or anything, so if you think marriage isn't such a good idea, that's great. I was just wondering."

Zelda: "... Um, so, you're asking if I would ever marry you?"

Link: "Um. Yeah. I guess I am. But that's not--"

Zelda: "I guess I would. Hypothetically."

Link: "Hypothetically?"

Zelda: "Why do you ask? "

Link: "Just curious."

Zelda: "Uuuuh-huh."

Link: "Well, I mean, I guess I'm kind of glad that you'd theoretically marry me."

Zelda: "And why's that?"

Link: "'Cause I sort of bought this ring. Here."

Zelda: "I thought it was hypothetical!"

Link: "Well, I guess not."

Zelda: "Oh."

Oh dear, lol! You've got a point there, unromantic can be very romantic at times!

And I agree, Link in leather is saved for the honeymoon. Speaking of the honeymoon. . . where do you think they would go for theirs? Maybe Termania? They could stay at the Stock Pot Inn! Or maybe Zelda has a summer palace they would go to. Or the beach! That way Link would get to see Zelda in a bikini, and he'd be in swim trunks.

A shack deep in the woods, where no one --not even a new apocalypse-- will bother them for a full month.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if that were to happen . .. Someone needs to write a fic on this!
