First of all - you are all zelinkers huh? Okay then. Does anybody dislikes MarthxZelda? Yeah. Know it. But does somebody HATE MarthxZelda? ME! GOSH, WHY CAN MARTH OR ZELDA BE IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE IN A FIGHTING GAME?
Hahahahah. Oh well.

But yeah. Join if you hate/dislike this pairing.

Okay...so here are a couple of questions to get a discussion going.

Why do you not like Marth/Zelda?

Do you despise this ship period, or can you tolerate it in fanon? Have you always had an issue with this ship, or did something turn you off from it?

Here are my answers:

Why do you not like Marth/Zelda?
Because there's no basis for it. Super Smash Bros. Melee is the only game in which Marth and Zelda make an appearence together, and there's NOTHING to suggest that they're a couple (since there's, after all, no dialogue). I don't see how someone could ship them when they have absolutely nothing going for them, unless they're basing it all on their looks, which sounds shallow.

I don't read Marth/Zelda fics very often, but I've heard that the majority of Marth/Zelda fics bash Link to no end, which sucks. I've pretty much not liked the Marth/Zelda ship since day one.

Ah, I'm not signing up for the following reason:

Do you know how practical Marth is to a fanfic author? Seriously. You need the "other man", and Marth fits that role to a tee. In a Zelink fiction, Marth is the ideal third wheel.

I don't generally hate Marth x Zelda, but I don't necessarily like it either. Although, there are some moments where I occasionally get a bit on the "rabid" side of ZeLink fandom where I get angered at someone's pairing preference and makes me get angered at the pairing as well. But joining this club makes me a hypocrite.

Nontheless, consider me as a member.

I would love to join. I don't like Marth and Zelda pairing at all because it's too boring and bashes on Link. =/
