Alrighty... Who likes anime? I only like certain ones. Blood + is really good, and I used to watch Inuyasha when I was younger. What about you guys?

When I was a kid I used to watch Silver fang (a dog anime) and read Ranma½, but nowadays I don't really care less about anime/manga stuff. Sure, there are some pretty well done movies and all, but...meh.

I'm kind of late coming into this whole anime thing, but I've been digging Sailor Moon in particular of late. Watched Princess Mononoke (I THINK I would have preferred a subtitled version as opposed to the dubbed version, but I'm not sure there is a subtitled version out there) and Spirited Away.

Anime... I like some Miyazaki, Black Cat, Texhnolyze, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Devil May Cry and Rurouni Kenshin (expecially the ''Samurai X'' ova).
Though I read more manga, like Detective Conan, Detective Loki, Berserk and I loved Nanairo Inko, Usagi Yojimbo and Unico.

But lately, I've stopped digging Japanese culture. Spending my money on other things. The fact that the place where we rented our anime DVDs has closed doesn't help.
I do want to try Hellsing.

From the old classic Robotech to the more modern Gundam, I like anime that involves emo kids with spiky multi colored hair who pilot big robots.

My love for anime has been kind of fading lately, but here are my absolute favorites:

Cowboy Bebop (which Hollywood is determined to destroy by making a live-action movie and casting Keanu Reeves as Spike -- WTF?)
Gankutsuou: Count of Monte Cristo
Fruits Basket
Gravitation
Death Note
Naruto
Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X
Vision of Escaflowne
Ouran High School Host Club

Ahh that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I also used to love Inuyasha and the Pokemons back in the day.

I know! I had the exact same reaction and went into a mini depression when I've read that.
I'm glad Nintendo won't let Hollywood touch Zelda. Or anyone for that matter.
Sometimes makes me sad, but then I just have to remember ''Keanu Reeves as Spike''.
Live on, pixels and polygons.
Live on.

Top five:

1) Trigun - my first anime and will always be my absolute favorite foreever.
2) Cowboy Bebop - Love it. Love Vicious.
3) The Big O - Favorite mecha
4) Samurai Champloo - Love it to death. Jin/Mugen/Fuu is my OT3
5) Ouran High School Host Club - The whole cast is love. <3

I like others like Getbackers, Rurouni Kenshin, Kikaider, Digimon (First three seasons only), and some other stuff that I can't think of at the moment. But yeah those are basically my anime obsessions. :3

Yeah..I like the cartoon network animes of Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Shampoo, Trigun..ect ect. Anyone remember Outlaw Star, Gundam Wing, or Pilot Candidate back in the day??

Anyway in the vein of Samurai animes..I love the classic Ninja Scroll movie and recently I have seen Basilisk, and 7 samurai on the IFC channel and Afro Samurai on the Spike channel. Most current big robot anime I have seen recently is the new Gundam series on the Sci-Fi channel. Spiky haired emo pilots RULE!!! B)

.....that's enough for now.
