Title: What do you think?

They say that they were making a zelda game before tp. Maybe now there will be a sequal to tp. That would make me happy. the ending was disappointing. And who knows, maybe link gets cursed and turns to a girl. I mean, the creaters cann't be blind to the wants of the fans. What do you think of this. Will there be a sequal, or maybe a story in the OoT and TP time line. Maybe link from tp will train his daughter to be a a heroine and he dies and his daughter most go on a quest to save hyrule. So what do you think?

I rather doubt there's ever going to be a female Link. I think Nintendo would be more likely to come out with a game where Zelda is the main character, rather than just the damsel in distress. Peach got her own game, after all.

But personally, I would like to see a Zelda game set in a time period other than "generic Medieval". I'm keep hoping that there's going to be a Steampunk Zelda somewhere down the line, but I would be just as happy to see a Zelda game set in the Wild West, Feudal Japan, Elizabethan Era, Modern day or even the far-flung future!

But I would die and rupture many an eardrum with my scream of delight if there was ever a Steampunk Zelda :yay:

Link... Wild West.... Steampunk Zelda... Oh man, I so want those games.

As much as I'd love to play them, I don't think we'll ever get them. They've made so many Zelda games, all of which you play as Link. Although, I'd certainly like to see a game where the player has to switch between characters (Come on, we've gone through time to play as differently aged Links in Ocarina).

Having Hyrule set in the Feudal Era would be quite interesting, as it would occur around the same time period. Oh, and there was one scene TP where it seemed like the wild, wild west. You know the one where you have to locate the lost village? Anyway, I would like to see a game where Zelda is the main character. That would be awesome! ^^ Using her ninja style moves when she's dressed as Sheik and her magical powers when she's herself... *sigh* I'm not sure that'll ever happen, though, besides Super Smash Brothers Melee and Brawl.

Hehe steampunk is very awesome, but then wouldn't you say it plays off FF a little much? :P

Also, I would rather have Link stay a man and make Zelda a playable character than use some frightening transgender spell to turn our favourite hero into a woman.

MAKE ZELDA PLAYABLE CHARACTER!!!

When the day comes that Zelda is a playable character, I'll scream so loud with glee that my mom will think someone died. I've been trying to see when LoZ takes place and in TP, they have <spoiler> a bomb launching thing when the group Ashei, Rusl, etc. come to help you in Hyrule Castle.<end spoiler> That hasn't been made so far as I know.

Interesting topic!

I wouldn't go for the female Link (they'll probably dress her up with Link's outfit, but in Pink! ...I don't like pink all that much), but the futuristic Zelda game and the Wild West sound sweet, though I'm still very satisfied with the current medieval timeline. It suits the whole plot.

The Zelda-being-a-playable-character idea is so awesome! Using her magic powers and ninja techniques as Sheik would be cool.

Maybe in that game, Zelda will have to save Link!!! Hahaha!!! Just kidding, though that would be hilarious. Or, they could do alternating between Link and Zelda, like what JediNate said.
