So I've known about this little website for quite a while (it's where I've been getting the background music for my blog and Myspace). Obviously it's a darn shame that Kondo never recorded a full orchestrated soundtrack for any of the games (well, TP had some live music... but most of it was MIDI, so that doesn't count). This website took (almost) all the music from the series and rerecorded to simulate a live orchestra playing them!

My personal favorites are the soundscapes, where they have the music plus an atmospheric soundtrack to give off the impression of the location in question (ie, Sacred Grove has a backtrack of leaves rustling, wind blowing, crickets chirping, etc).

Adobe Flash Player is required (and a killer stereo system for your computer wouldn't hurt either :D).

EDIT: Actually not all of it is a live orchestra. There's some synthasized stuff too. For example in the Twilight Princess title theme the voices are definitely synthesized. But it's great regardless. This totally made my day! ^_^

Speaking of reorchestrations, have you guys heard the OoT medley they're using in Brawl? :yay:

Try typing "Hyrule Symphony" into a search engine and you will get many beautiful tracks - if you are lucky, you might even happen across their OoT recording.
