I've read in some places that this 1985 movie helped to inspire the makers Twilight Princess. If you haven't seen this film, I highly recomend it, as it's very reminicent of the Zelda series :D

*GASP* I LOVE that movie!! One of my sunday school teachers introduced it to me, and I absolutely loved it! ^_^ (I saw it long before TP ever came out... I can't remember how old I was...) But I can see the inspiration that the creators might have received from it.
In fact... I am reminded of a couple of fanart pieces done by kacfrog on DA... (wonderful artist--check out some of her work!)

I am totally in love with this movie. . . .
And to add, I'm actually working on a fanfic for Zelda based off of Ladyhawke . . . :) So yesh, I will share with you when it be finished. Whenever that is. Not that its for certain anyone will like it. It may be totally off base and wierd.
But yes, I can see the similarities between TP and LH. I don't know it it is true about the creators getting the idea from the movie, but it would be neat if it was!
I would kill to have a sig made out of those two images. . . like it has the Link and hawk picture, and then it fades to the almost kiss. . . and has that quote from the movie. . . can't remember. . . *eyes shine in imagining*

Just out of curiousity, I want to ask who you guys feel would be a good person for Mouse's role in my crossover fic. I'm using Ralph from OoA, but I'm curious to see who you think would fit.

Hmm, Shad. . . well, possibley, except I have a hard time seeing him crawling through sewers and stealing. He's such a scholar, lol.
