So. Not really sure on this, but they may decide to make a Twlight Princess manga! Just curious on what people's opinions are, if its a good idea, and what it should contain. What scenes would you really like to see in it?

I personally think it would be a good idea, so long as they don't give Link and Ilia any scenes >.> Also, it'd be really well done, I just now it! The art in TP is already really pretty, and having it manga form would be great!

And you never know, the TP manga could end up showing more Zelink stuff...hopefully!

Well, I'm all for it!! I've been able to read the manga for OoT, OoA, OoS, and MM, and I thought they did a fabulous job with those, so I don't see any reason why they shouldn't do one for TP. My only beef with it, would be if they leaned towards any pairing like Link/Ilia. :blehh: I wouldn't mind Midna/Link if it was the onesided. . .. I think they'd do a good job with it though, so I say bring it on!

I'd like it! :D In the manga, Link actually talks, so I would like to know what he's thinking when he first meets Zelda, Midna, ect..
I really hope there'd be no IlliaxLink, but I'm sure there will be.
I think it'll be mostly one-sided though :)
But what I really want to see is more ZeLink!! In the OoT manga, there were so many ZeLink moments that were not in the game, so maybe they'll do that in a TP manga, too. :) Hopefully it'll happen!!

I'd love a Twilight Princess manga! That would be so exciting! I would love to see how the monster design, etc. would be adapted into it... though the only thing I'd not like is Ilia. >_>;;;; (Sorry, for those who like her.)

I'm all for it! I just loved the Oot manga and TP manga would be friggen sweet! Hopefully there would be no LinkXIlia cause that would suck! To me, Ilia is like Saria from Oot, it just can't happen.

I've seen very little manga, but TP manga would rock. I also hope that they won't show Illia, unless she is having a spazz for seeing Link and Zelda together! :zelink: :giggle:

I find that if the TP storyline was only at Ordon Village with Illia and Link romance, then she would be the one he would have liked. But, since the storyline took place outside the village with other ladies, she doesn't really suit him after that. :blehh: :P

For what they should show in the TP manga, is the off-screen romance people have been talking about. Also, they should show what Link is feeling inside, since he almost never talks. But, they'd better be honest about it. I wish I had the game! :(

I REALLY want there to be Zelink. No IliaxLink unless it's onesided. Besides, I don't think Ilia would suit Link after the adventure and I still think that Link sees her as more of a sister. :zelink: forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm kind of "meh" when it comes to the TP manga. I just hope it doesn't butcher the game like the OoT and MM manga did.

And you know, ignoring Ilia will not make her go away. And will not change the fact that she and Link had mutual feelings for each other. Ignoring that fact takes away from story and makes me, as a Zelda fan, a little angry. Obviously Ilia's very important to Link. And who is the mangaka, to presume that Link would so readily give her up for someone he barely knows? Dropping Ilia from the story so Link can go skipping off into the sunset with Zelda doesn't make for a good story. It'll just make fans of the story angry.

All of this is coming from a fan of the Link/Zelda pairing (in Twilight Princess anyway). I'd rather them be true to the story then sugar coat with some badly written fanfic.

I think there's something to be said for keeping a manga "in the spirit" of the original: in my mind, OoT did it brilliantly. MM less so, but still somewhat decently.

Anyways, IMO, to keep TP in the spirit of the original, you can't get rid of Ilia. The game was too obvious with her and basically ignored Zelda. I think a more faithful way would be to balance Ilia with Link's relationship with Midna, like the game did. They could do a good job in developing that relationship and still have it be true to the game.

I suppose your right. If the manga is about the game itself, then they should include every aspect of it. But, maybe they could add just an extra wee bit of off-screen stuff with Zelda and Link. BUT! It has to be completely honest and realistic, so we could have proper hope for Zelink and their fans. :zelink:

Well, they can't drop Illia. Anyone can tell that she loves Link, but it would be nice if they added some off-screen ZeLink. After all, most things happen behind the scenes.

We might find her a nuisace for Zelink, but TP wouldn't be TP with her out of the picture.

PS: Could Midlink=Midna/Link? And could Illalink or Illilink be Illia/link from now on??? I' hinkI'll start using that too, because they all have a shot at Link.

Yeah, because everyone says Illia/Link or Midna/Link, but I find that too long. So, I started using Midlink or Illilink, but I'm wondering if anyone other than me "made it up". That's why I asked.

I'm with you on that one. Hey, is there a poll for Illilink, Midlink and Zelink, to debate on who is the best couple??? It's pretty obvious that Zelink will get the most votes here (no offense to Illilink fans and Midlink fans, cuz I like them too, at some points.), but it's still nice to hear about it.
If there's nothing of the sort, then I'll make a poll about it.
