First of all, sorry if this topic doesn't go here !^^
When do you think Link and Zelda's birthdays are?
I guess if we find an agreeable one, we can also find they're zodiacs ( Dog, Boar, Dragon ) and signs? ( Libra, Taurus, Cancer ) I'm not sure of the names of those, so I'll call them "signs"^^; If anyone knows, can they tell me? Also probably finding out the their bloodtypes, too ^^ I guess this topic is an overall analysis of Link and Zelda.
I guess we should start with Zelda, since her pesonality is more defined.
I read through them , and I think her blood type might be Type A:

Are reserved calm and even tempered. Sensitive to public opinion. May be Introverted, shy and nervous or ill at ease with others. May be Pessimistic. Value relationships and are loyal. Hesitant to change. Nature lovers and dislike crowds - need a private place or secret hideaway. Can be indecisive. Good at team work and obey rules. Dislike to touch or be touched by others." |
I think it describes her well^^ Maybe " Sensitive to public opinion" , "Hesitant to change", and " "Indecisive" don't match well, then again, maybe it does. If only Nintendo would give us a biography >< Well, she is definately Obedient, Careful ( I think young Zelda in OoT ), Self-Sacrificing, Polite, Honest, Loyal, and Calm. I have no clue about that touch thing. o_o
Now I'm talking to much. I'll post more later.^^ So, what do you think ?
"...dislikes crowds - need a private place or secret hideaway."
I don't think Zelda dislikes crowds. She's loved by her people for her being a people-person. I'd imagine she'd be very well-spoken, due to her being a princess. Hence, crowds are important to her, in my opinion.
"Can be indecisive."
Being royalty, I think Zelda needs a good head on her shoulders (which she does have) to make wise decisions. Everyone is a little indecisive sometimes, but in most cases, a person like Zelda, a ruler, would definitely know what she's aiming for.
I've read blood-type personalities a lot in the past XD so the part that says "to touch, touch others," I'd imagine, means that they're nervous people who like to keep to themselves. I've also read they're very organized and clean individuals, so I would take that as being almost OCD-like, and a germaphobe. XDD
As for

Speaking of Zodiacs and such, my friend Melora is working on a project to make Zelda-related (namely Zelda, Marin, and Malon) zodiac wallpapers. I think her choices make a lot of sense. You can check out two of her wallpapers here:

Well if that's the case, here's an equation that works for Link's birthday, mathematically speaking:
Link's Birthday = Every Zelda-gamer's birthday
Therefor
Link's Birthday =
Yay! Party everyday! :link:
And considering how many lives Link's had, and if he had a birthday every day, he'd have to be pretty old by now :P (He's still hot though :D)
But what if Hylians have different time systems to us? Then all our speculating is useless :o
On the other hand, that might explain why their days and nights get progressively longer as your mission goes on (in Oot at least).....their time system must be very weird :P
Well, in MM, days were about 12 hours long, but those "hours" only lasted a minute. And then time was a little slower in WW and TP, and the original Zelda, Adventures of Link, and Link to the Past didn't really have a night-to-day cycle, so how the time flows in Hyrule is anyone's guess.
But for simplicity's sake, it's probably best just to stick with our calendar (until Nintendo whips out a Hyrule clock/calendar, just ot confuse us  )
