RULES 1.) The first and most important rule: RESPECT. Not just respect to the admins but respect to each other. It’s not going to be a fun site if no one is getting along. I shouldn’t have to make this a rule it should just be manners but then there you have it.
2.) When you register PLEASE register with the first and last name of you’re character only. It makes it easier for us admins when we don’t have to go around changing everyone’s names left and right.
3.) Please, be 13 years or above. Not my rule Invisonfree’s rule, ok? Though honestly it would be my rule anyway. I’d like it if people were emotionally mature enough to handle the things on the board since this is going to be for mature RPers.
4.) Only post OOC stuff in the OOC Forum. It makes everything that much neater and tidier.
5.) When you are going to be absent for 3 days or more please post in the 'Absences' forum because we worry when people don’t come around when they should be. Of course we know that sometimes things can’t be helped, but try your best to inform someone on the board so they can inform the rest of us.
6.) What the Admins say goes. There will not be any back talking, ok? Try your best not to be rude to us because we’re not going to stand for it. But this goes back to the whole RESPECT thing.
7.) Please don’t take more characters then you can handle. And don’t make a new character until you have at least 20 posts on your first one. That is just so we know that you are taking only characters you can handle.
8.) I’m not going to let you take only characters from one group. This could be from a certain age, from a certain gender, or from a certain social standing. This is just so others can take characters from that group, and so we don’t have tons of the same running around. You understand?
9.) No stealing anything! I’ve worked hard. My admins have worked hard. The other members have worked hard on their own things. If I hear that you have plagiarized something from somewhere else, and I find that it’s true, you will be banned. No questions asked. Thank you very much.
10.) Again this is going to be a Mature board. Mostly for language and violence. I’m not going to allow anything too graphic that it’s disturbing, and I’m not going to allow people to curse every few words. And if there is anything that you think is to graphic for our younger readers could you please put a warning when it starts or in the topic description? It just makes it easier for everyone to know what is going on.
11.) NO MARY-SUES/GARY-STUS!
12.) Please consider taking a Canon Character.
13.) Make posts at LEAST 3 good sized paragraphs long. I'm not very lenient on this subject at all. If I don’t think your posts are good enough, I will contact you and we will see what the best course of action is. Try to get to 300 words. It's really not that hard at all. PM me if you need help.
14.) You must have some sort of celebrity used as your 'Play By'. It just makes everything much easier that way. The codeword is Treated. Your sigs can't be large enough to stretch the board and NO NUDITY. No one wants to see that, ok?
15.) If you don't finish your application within one week, 7 days, it will be moved to the denied/dead/unfinished section. You may rejoin and pm an admin to have them take the application out, and then finish but if you don't, we aren't going to hold the character for you. Rules are definitely Subject to change. More will be added by Admins as needed.
