Hikaru got in behind Agasa, nodding. "Don't worry about it. We've got armed police all over the hotel. Whoever has the things wont get away." The SUV took off from the curb moving quickly, and drove off down the street.

Kristoph and Daimaru nodded to one another after getting the man outside. Kristoph brought his gun up, and smashed Hallipax over the head once they'd made sure they were out of sight. Daimaru walked over to a nearby dumpster, and opened it. The man further down the alley holstered his weapon and picked up the now unconscious lord, and slumped him over his shoulder. After carrying the man to where Daimaru stood, Kristoph dumped the man into the dumpster. After that, they took off to the street, where the a black sedan sat. The two entered it, and after turning the car on, sped off down the street in pursuit of Agasa's SUV.

After a few turns, the SUV stopped beside an open field which had large floodlights shining over it. People in black suits were everywhere, as were people in riot and SWAT gear, most if not all armed and patrolling or planning. Vehicles with the the TPF logo on them littered the scene, and two black unmarked helicopters were in the center of the field, both were starting up.

As the SUV and sedan had come to a stop, Natsumi had gotten out of her SUV just ahead of the vehicles. She ran to Agasa's SUV and opened the door for him. Katherine, Minomaru, and Tsujisaki were right behind her, guns out and ready. "We need to move," Natsumi said, and Katherine motioned to the choppers. "Let's go!"

Agasa nodded as the SUV went on its way to the undisclosed location on wherever it might be. At once, Lord Hallipax's accomplice grabbed his motorcycle, put on his helmet and drove down, a few kilometres away from them. He knew that he could have a chance to stop them, if they slow down a little. Soon enough, they were at an open field. At this point, Lord Hallipax's accomplice turned away and parked in a location where he could not be seen. With a gruff, he was far too late to stop them. For now, he had to return to Lord Hallipax at the moment.

Meanwhile, at the dumpster...

Lord Hallipax slowly woke from consciousness as soon as he felt the sharp blackening from one of the men. He waited for his accomplice for news, until...

"Sir!" Lord Hallipax looked up to see his accomplice, shaking his head. With a snort, Lord Hallipax managed to stand up, without much difficulty, and motioned for the man to come closer. That is, after checking if the coast was clear for all eyewitnesses or any type of witnesses loitering around the joint.

"Where have they taken them?" Lord Hallipax asked as the accomplice shook his head.

"They went on an unmarked helicopter... probably to a secret base, perhaps?" his accomplice suggested as Lord Hallipax nodded. Even though the handcuffs were placed strongly on him, he made more suggestions to his accomplice.

"You do have the time machine, correct?" Lord Hallipax asked as his accomplice nodded. He held it high in the air as Lord Hallipax grinned.

"Okay... as planned, turn it back to the very, very beginning before that baka of a professor told that woman what was going on. As soon as it's done, make sure that you try your best to divert him before he sees her. If he does see her, it's over... do you understand me?" he demanded as his accomplice adjusted the settings. Then, his accomplice pressed the button. Again, that bright, white light... it flooded the scene, and...

---

Back to the beginning!

Agasa found himself back in his room, minus the Time machine and the stun-wrist watch. Agasa was confused, not knowing what had happened. Again, the deja vu feeling washed over him like a tidal wave. And somehow... he felt that he was in danger. He didn't know what it was, but... he went back down and back into the function room for the first time.

At the same time, Lord Hallipax's accomplice was a tad stunned, but he was able to quickly recover before he saw Agasa going towards the function room. At once, Lord Hallipax's accomplice managed to step in front of him and pointed a stun wrist-watch at him.

"Quietly. Don't yell or I'll do it for real," the accomplice hissed as Agasa nodded quietly and followed through the back door, where he wasn't seen at all.

"And now, our second professor is up, with a miracle device which we believe shall change the future, or insure it never exists. Now presenting, Agasa Hiroshi!"

Natsumi began clapping, along with everyone else. But the man never appeared on the stage. The Deja Vu feeling set in, and suddenly, Natsumi found herself fumbling with the TPF radio in her ear. "Priority alert!" she said into it, loud enough for nearby tables to hear, "Lockdown! Lockdown! Secure all exits! Get armed teams around the rear of the building! Contact Alpha Team and have them sent from the mansion immediately. I want this building sealed tighter than Area 51!"

Black SUVs and vans suddenly appeared onto the streets, headed toward the hotel. They came from all directions and in under a minute, the main exits had all been sealed by men in black suits and others in tactical SWAT gear. The front door of the lobby was suddenly put to blackness as security barriers were brought up by the men outside. The same thing was happening at all the exits around the hotel. Each door was now held in place by security barriers and shutters. But the vehicles on scene were just the first responders.

A moment later, the front road that accessed the hotel became alight. Two police bikes with blue lights and the TPF logo on either side led around 20 black vehicles with the same logo on either side ranging from sedans to large Mobile Headquarter RV-like vehicles. Three helicopters were flying over the large motorcade, keeping the exact speed and height.

The main backbone of the TPF had arrived.

Agasa can hear the cars speeding towards the building, but much to his dismay, he was being shoved at the back of the boot of an old, white sedan and that was before they drove off without a single word. And... not to mention it was high speed. Agasa was thankful that he wasn't bounded up. Even though it was dark, he felt the wires and tried his best to pry it off, just to make sure that he could open the boot up. Unfortunately, he failed.

Meanwhile...

Lord Hallipax, in the shadows of the function room, smirked as he saw the thing that went into lockdown. He knew that he wasn't handcuffed yet, but the stun watch and the Time machine was in his accomplice's hands. For now, he straightened his suit and quietly watched the situation that surrounded him at the moment, making sure that he was well hidden.

TPF SWAT officers had entered the hotel, and two stood outside the event room, the doors to which had become locked by police. Several hundred other SWAT officers were advancing through the building, beginning to perform floor-by-floor searches for the missing professor. Tsujimoto's security had risen and moved to the stage, as had she. They'd formed a lineup from end-to-end on the stage, Tsujimoto a few steps a head of the line, up to the mic.

"I would like to apologize for the inconvenience," she said, her voice booming throughout the room, "But due to emergency reasons, this hotel has been sealed. There is no reason to panic, but a professor who's got important government contracts has gone missing, and due to this, the hotel must be kept under lockdown. In about an hour, an exit will open and everyone will be allowed to leave after being screened by security personnel. The station for the screening is being set up in the lobby. It's a simple airport security device, metal detector and X-Ray for any luggage you may have. Now, the next presenter should approach the stage so we may continue the event."

At that, Natsumi bowed to the crowed, and moved off stage. None of the security followed her, instead they held the line that had been formed on the stage.

Lord Hallipax couldn't help but smile at the moment. At least fortune favours on his side, for the moment. As soon as he heard the announcement from Natsumi, he quietly went in line for them to screen him. After all, he has nothing at all to hide. Nothing that anyone could or would consider as 'suspicious'.

"Hmph. As if I have anything to hide," he chuckled to himself as he walked ever so calmly to the exit where the security screenings were about to take place. Even though so many people were wondering what or why or how this was happening in the first place. However... Lord Hallipax knew. He knew what was going on and he was determined to take down Professor Agasa for once and for all.

---

Meanwhile...

Professor Agasa heard the sounds of the car slowing down before it screeched to a stop. With a scowl, he had no idea or what was about to happen. Then... it slowly dawned on him that someone was using his Time Machine in order to eliminate him!

"Oh, no..." Agasa muttered to himself before he realised that was faced with his own stun wrist-watch. Agasa gulped as he saw that stun wrist-gun pointing towards him. The accomplice of Lord Hallipax motioned for him to get out or 'else'. Agasa had no choice but to follow his order.

"Now... to that building over there," the accomplice ordered to him as Agasa managed to wobble his way into an abandoned building of some unknown location. Agasa had no idea where he was, but he hoped that the police will look for him very soon.

Natsumi sighed as she sat at her table, getting the final report. Agasa was not in this hotel, and her people had personally searched it. The woman rose and began to move toward the door at the back of the room, TPF personnel getting in line to escort her out. Bypassing the security alongside her men, the woman sat down in front of the one door that was sealed, and would be opened in an hour.

At the NPA emergency alert office, the only online computer buzzed to life.
