Gin gripped his handgun, as he was ready to fire another set of rounds along with his companions by his side. Sliding his foot against the granite, he rose as he quickly shot, and went down immediately after the fire.
“Kuso!” He cursed. He wasn’t ready for this big of an assignment. He was only sent to Osaka to make another deal as usual, but where did these others come from? They had machine guns, firing at different directions as Gin’s men sprang out to attempt to fire back and pierce the enemy. “Nothing...” Gin mumbled, contemplating on a plan to either shoot back or retreat.
“Aniki, There’s too many of them. We only have pistols-“ Vodka was cut off as Gin began to fire once more.
“I already have our snipers coming. It shouldn’t be that long.” He huffed, ducking. Our barrier won’t hold us any longer…
Suddenly, he saw a helicopter head their way and smirked, “Vodka! Get everyone… Help has arrived…” Keeping his eyes on the helicopter, he saw one of his members pointing far off. Their ticket had arrived.
Two white vans were brought to the scene as Gin and his men boarded them quickly, leaving the snipers to handle the bunch while they quickly fled the scene. Sighing, Gin took out his pack of cigarettes, slid one out, and lit it, inhaling it to relieve the tension.
Glancing around, he shook his head now looking down at his pistol. The van was to drop the men off on the train station where they will be transferred back to Tokyo. -------------------
“Aniki.” Vodka said the next morning in a nearby cafe. “News about the… incident is on the news, look.” Vodka pointed to the televisions across the street with the report of what had happened in Osaka.
“…There was a major killing yesterday night leaving close to twenty dead. As of now, the police have no leads in this case, but….”
Gin took his eyes off the screen and began to sip his hot drink.
