Sasuke laughed, giving Naruto a small peck on the cheek before pulling back,
"Alright, alright, I'll stop, now get dressed, and we can go talk to your landlord." he walked towards the door, pausing before he stepped out to glance back at the blond, winking slyly before slipping out, shutting the door softly behind him.



Hikari giggled, leaning her head on Itachi's shoulder as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, an amused light dancing in her eyes,
"Now now, I've only been gone on a mission for a few days... did you really miss me that much?"

Naruto's face turned back to normal, quickly getting dressed, as he put on his usual outfit he always wore, and Orange jacket with orange pants. He walked towards the door, glancing back, smiling at his new room, then walking down the stairs, where he met up with Sasuke.

Itachi nodded his head, "Of course i missed you, why wouldn't i.." he said, pulling back from the hug, placing his lips on hers, again pulling back, smiling, "How was the mission?"

Sasuke smirked as he watched Naruto come down the stairs,
"Well, that was fast... if I knew smothering you would have speed things up that much, I would have been up there ages ago..." he walked over to the door, opening it, "Well, come on then dobe."


Hikari smiled, leaning her head against Itachi's chest,
"Alright I suppose, it's always hard being a medical ninja... you're either protected like a small helpless child... or expected to be able to do everything..." she smiled slightly, "...it doesn't matter how I get treated though, as long as I can keep the other members safe and happy, it's alright..."

Naruto let out a 'hmph' as he walked past sasuke and towards the door, "Come on.." he said in a sing-song voice, smiling.

"Hikari..." he muttered, "your a true shinobi..." he said smiling.

Sasuke let out a snort as he followed after Naruto, a sly grin on his face, "Coming Naruto..." he called after the blond, following him with much to much enthusiasm for his own good.

Blushing, Hikari shook her head rapidly,
"No... not really... I'm just medic...that's all... nothing special, I only know what Lady Tsunade taught me...."

((were they outside the room? O.o I can't remember... well now they are! This will lead up to my other post =D))

Back inside the room, Satsuki turned over, sighing as she opened her eyes,
"....Hikari-chan came... and took Itachi-nii with her..." smiling slightly, she shook her head, "I'm glad aniki is ha-" he words were cut off as someone grabbed her roughly and dragged her form the bed, letting out a loud scream, she tried to struggle against her holder, but was unable to as they hit her behind the neck, and everything went black.

Naruto looked back, "What are you grinning about, eh..Sasu?" he said stopping waiting for him to catch up."

"yes well...you are special.." he said, something bothering him, telling him to go back inside the room. "...."

"Hm?" Sasuke looked at the other, tiling his head slightly,
"Oh, nothing nothing." he waved his hand dismissively, "Let's just hurry then get back home hn?"



"Itachi?" Hikari called softly, looking at the elder Uchiha, worry in her eyes, "What's wrong? Did something happen?" he paused, the hairs on the back of her neck standing up as she thought she heard something from upstairs, "...Itachi...did...did you hear a scream?" she asked with a shaky voice, praying she'd been hearing things.

Naruto raised in eyebrow, then shrugged, "alright~!" he said marching toward his old apartment where he used to live at.

Itachi paused listening on what going on upstairs. "No..I think i heard a scream too." he said, then a gasp arose from his throat, "Satsuki!!" he grabbed hikari's hands and ran upstairs, waiting at the door, listening.

Hurrying after Naruto, Sasuke made sure to keep close to the blond, his raven eyes darting around the area, ready to strike at ANYONE who might attack the blond, wither it be verbally or otherwise,
"Where does the landlord live?" he asked gently, reaching out, taking Naruto's hand as he intertwined their fingers, glaring at someone who'd started to glare at Naruto.


"...I don't hear anything..." Hikari muttered softly, pulling away from Itachi as she reached for the door, "M-maybe it was a nightmare and she's asleep..." she said hopefully, knowing she was wrong.

Pushing the door open slightly, she peered inside, a small choked sound escaping her throat as she lost her grip on the door, and it swung open with ease.

Inside, the bed was trashed, the covers were hanging off the bed, and the window was thrown open, dangling off it's hinges. There were several slash marks in one of the comforters, and on the floor, several small pools of blood sat glistening in the sunlight.

Gulping, Hikari walked forward, kneeling down beside the crimson liquid on the ground. Reaching out, she gathered some on her finger, before pulling back, placing her other hand over the bloody fingers, green chakra dancing around the hand.

Her face visibly paled a moment later, as he lowered both hands to the floor, using them to support herself as she looked at Itachi with teary eyes,

"T-the blood....i-it's hers... no doubt, it has her chakra signature...." she let out another small whimper before whispering, "...it's Satsuki's...."

Naruto smiled, "Oh he should be at the apartments, doing he's daily inspections." he said as walked next to sasuke.

"W-what..d-did you say?!?" itachi said, eyes opened wide, you can tell by his face that he was scared, "Who? Where? We have to find her!!!" he paused, "Orochimaru..." he muttered, knowing it was that snake who took his litle sister without warning. Itachi banged his fist against the nearby wall. "how could he have taken her, without me noticing?"

Kakashi walked up to the Uchiha manson, i'm so tired, missions after missions, too much! Ahhh...well, at least i'll get to see Satsuki. Kakashi reached door, he knocked on the door before it opened with a creak. "Hello?" he muttered, hearing itachi upstairs. "Itachi?"
