Do you get made fun of for playing Runescape?

This is similar to Jessica's post but a little different.

So I would like to know, Do you guys ever get made fun of for playing Runescape?

My answer is yes I do. I'll be at school or with people who have previously played Runescape and would ask," Hey, Do you still play that Runescape game"? and i'll say yes and they will smirk or something like that.

Others just say it's stupid, wow is so much better, or graphics suck. I don't let it get to me though.

Yes, from my oldest brother only though.

i dont usually talk about runescape when im at school or at with my irl friends. but i do occationally have ppl talk about how "lame" runescape is, and i play it too much. but the only real time ive been teased about it is this one kid, who used to randomly ask "do you still play runescape?" and i would reply yes, and he would laugh, or say wow, or something. the sad part is... he played runescape a year and a half ago... rofl

None of my friends or anyone at my school knows I play

All my Family and only afew Friends know I play Runescape.
I get some stick sometimes from my brothers and thats it really.

I dont care about it tho tbh, if a mates asks if I play Runescape, I'll give them a straight answer, 'Yes' and if they laugh I wouldnt care as its something I enjoy and if you enjoy something, you shouldnt be ashamed of it.

I completely agree Flamm, basically anyone who has asked me knows that I play. My mom and some family members ask what I am playing when I am on rs, but they don't act snotty about it, they just say they don't understand it much rofl.

I used to play at a public library when I was younger and didn't have a laptop or computer and a friend got me to play. Of course people asked what it was and I told them with no regrets. I really don't care who knows to be honest because what I do is my business.

Telling my friends i play runescape would be like murder. being the sexy jock i am only my BEST FRIEND knows i play and he logs on from time to time

lol i've never told anyone I play runescape.
Only people that know are my house family and I've requested they don't tell anyone.
just cuz I'm a little embarrassed about it.
and whenever the topic comes up about runescape I just agree and say its stupid ( i know im ashamed of myself ): )

I have one friend that doesnt go to my school that knows i play runescape.
But if i told anyone at my school it wouldnt be good.

Dunno what to feel about this topic as i dont like talking about it, i think of myself and my runescape self as two differnet people.

lol ya. well in 5th grade it was ok for ppl to know u played runescape cuz like everyone did but now in 8th grade I'm like the only one so I just kinda keep it on the down low.

its actually amazingly alike we are i have exactly the same thing we me.

wait nvm. i just remembered one of my best friends in the whole world knows i play. he lives in kansas tho so he dont tell no one. and he logs on from time to time so its cool. but i totally trust him.
