Xsorbit.com will give you your own free "SMF" message board and run everything for you. I have one and have never had any down-time with it. These boards are lightning quick. Although you won't find as many skins as you would with the "Invisionfree" ones, these are still very good lightweight forums and as I stated above, really lightning quick.
