Think we will get alot of applications ,facilities pretty good, expect a few nwcfl div managers to apply, ex professional footballers, looking for their first management job, locally dundas fits the bill, proven record ( lower level),can't think of anyone else locally for the job.

Scott dundas would probably bring several players from a successful norton utd side, along with a few first teamers that will stay and Johnson and bull from reserves .Scott dundas got norton promoted and made several finals on a smaller budjet and average crowds of 40.Johnno is a great bloke, but his track record as manager was not that good at leek. We do need someone who can work on a limited budjet, Scott was a legend at the grove scoring 53 goals in a season from midfield.

Does JR think he's Roman Abramovich, BEST F.A CUP RUN - money banked - RETAIN SENIOR CUP - success - MID TABLE FINISH - potential - AGREE TO REDUCED BUDGET AND KEEP ALL PLAYERS - bonus- FIGHT TO KEEP YOUTH TEAM - building structure of clubs future - TRYING TO ATTRACT FINANCE -

VERDICT
SACK THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

CONCLUSION

MIND BOGGLING, DELUDED, VINDICTIVE AND CERTAINLY NOT DESERVING OF HELP -

I'm here.

While some people posting on here clearly know more than has been disclosed publicly, I don't so can't comment on any of the reasons behind this decision or whether it's a good or bad thing.

What I can do is thank Pete and Bucko for all the work they've done over the past few seasons. Play-offs, Staffs Cup wins, best FA Cup run ever and more wins over Leek than I could possibly count.

Under Mick's leadership, there has been a real "in it together" attitude within the club; I would suggest it would be a very bad thing if this were not to be maintained.

For the first time in a very long time I am SPEECHLESS , if I say what I am thinking then quite a few will be upset .
I will wait for my boiling blood to cool down.
Absolutely UN- believable but some people have more faces than the Kidsgrove town hall clock

There is no reason why kev and carl from the reserves cant do the first team job, as an outsider I watch a few games and the players worked hard and played some good football. I take my hat off to them as I think it is the hardest job in the club, they dont get paid either they do it because they enjoy being part of the club, and it couldnt of been easy for them to get the to play like I witnessed , and oh i heard they dont pay the reserves they done it for the enjoyment of playing for a big club, once they adapted to the league they struggled against teams in the top 5 granted although they drew 4-4 with abbey last game of the season, and lost by the odd goal in a few other meetings with top clubs, so they not too far off the mark, but i am sure having seen a good progression throughout the season with them and a couple of u18s jj and bully and spencer they will be a lot stronger next season. I think jono from the reserves and a couple of other would relish the opportunity to play at a higher level, and i think they could do. I think with the inclusion of a couple of reserves and some first team players who want to stay on would make a good side, who ever gets the job I hope they give the reserves and the likes of jj, bully and spencer a good opportunity at playing first team football. Best of luck who ever gets it. Come on grove, smile.gif
