Tonight's final at Vale Park has been called off can only assume down to the amount of rain we've had today

I know it's passed a pitch inspection but it's absolutely pouring it down in the middle of Nottingham at the moment - a late postponement wouldn't surprise me if it does this for another two hours.

Tempting as it is, I think I'll stay in the dry tonight. biggrin.gif

Can't be any worse than chorley away a few years ago, when Phil and I thought our car would be swept away in the downpours, unbelievably the game went ahead and we won 5-2, but wouldn't surprise me if the leek fans have a wasted journey, bound to effect the following, but could be an advantage with leek used to playing on these pitches.
