Didn't Matt Haddrell play for us as a young lad for part of a season, a year or two before he joined Macclesfield. Also, I could be wrong here, but didn't Robbie Earle once play for Kidsgrove before joining Vale? And of course, Tom Schwarz is now doing quite well playing in the top league in New Zealand.
