I Love to hear John sing.
I have all of his albums from It's now or never to the Worth the wait CD, but sad to say I don't have the two he made while still on the Dukes and that is the quiet man & If you believe. I listen to the cassette versions of Too good to stop now, Tryin' to outrun the wind, A memory like you, Take the long way home, You ain't seen the last of me every now and then. |

I know exactly what you mean. John has one of the smoothest and sexiest voices I have ever heard. I am trying to build my collection of his tapes/cd's/albums but it is very slow going. They are getting to be really really hard to find. I wish he would offer remakes of them through his website.
I think one of his greatest songs is his rendition of "Still".... ohh is there anything better? Actually there would be one better... that would be if he recorded the old Styx song "Babe". OMG I remember him singing that song years ago during one of the New Years Rockin Eve shows or something and I thought somebody was gonna have to mop me up off of the floor! |

Are you kidding me, I melt when I hear (from his old album "It's now or never")
"you could be the one woman". |
