In AustraliŽ hebben wij ook veel wilde lori's gezien (rainbow lorikeets). Leuke en kleurrijke vogels die veel kabaal maken.
Ook een andere soort die wij hebben gezien is de 'scaly-breasted lorikeet'. Zij zijn kleiner en minder kleurrijk dan de rainbow lori's.
