Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital has been through a lot of drama over the years and it only seems to be continuing rather than ending completely. Kutner's attempted suicide has his co-workers watching him like a hawk because they fear that he might try it again. Now, threatening letters are being sent to Princeton Plainsboro by an unidentified sender claiming that they're going to take over the entire hospital or shut it down completely. Cuddy and the board are starting to think that they should close down and transfer all the patients until they clear up these threatening letters. House on the other hand won't allow for that to happen. He is sure that it's just some annoying teenager trying to draw attention to themselves. Refusing to shut the hospital down, House keeps fighting with Cuddy and the board to keep Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital from closing. House does not to give this person any satisfaction by doing the one thing that they want the Hospital's board to do.

On top of threatening letters, there's the usual drama that the staff faces. Cuddy's got so much to handle she doesn't know what to do with her baby girl anymore. House's past comes back to bit him in kinky way. Stalker girl Ali's back and now she's legal. You'd think House could get rid of her but she's there as a visitor and House doesn't have any proof that she's stalking him. Of course House isn't the only one who seems paranoid now. Wilson thinks he's going crazy, he's seeing his dead girlfriend walking around and talking to him. Is it just guilt because he's moved on or is he really going crazy? With all that drama it's a wonder how the diagnostic team keeps their eyes on Kutner, something's got him way in the dumps, to point of taking pills to get happy. One thing could send him off to the psych ward. Kutner and House aren’t the only pill poppers on the team. Thirteen's Huntington's disease is kicking in bad. She doesn't want to stop working though, she thinks everything’s going fine but can others convince her after some mishaps around the office? And the drama doesn't stop there. Happy Newlywed's Chase and Cameron aren’t really that happy, between then it seems like everyday is anything but Tuesday for them. Is their flame dying or are they just having a rough start, maybe they'll find comfort in someone else's arms? Everything changes in a heartbeat.
